I brought one medium size bag of laundry to be done and according to the website if you drop it off before 10am you can pick it up by 4pm. I called ahead to see if I needed to schedule an appointment to drop it off. They said I did not. So the next morning at 9am, I dropped off the laundry and was told I wouldn't be able to pick it up until the following day. Not exactly in accordance with their website claims but fine. She weighed the bag and printed out a receipt and to my shock it was $68. The clothes came out fine the next day when I picked them up, but I had a few button down shirts in the bag and was told in the future those would be extra! For close to $70 for one bag of laundry I thought that seemed a bit much.

She has no idea how to do French bustles and instead suggests inverted-cones by pulling the dress up and pinning on the outside. Unprofessional and irresponsible.
