Tenise helped guide me. The first cleaning application did not get the stain completely out. I did not want to sign a damage waiver for a more aggressive approach, so Tenise offered to try again to get the spot out without taking a more aggressive treatment. The stain came out! Thank you Tenise and Fabricare! This is not the first time Fabricare has worked its magic on a stain. A year or two ago, a bottle of red wine was knocked into my lap, and all over a white silk blouse. While I had little hope they could get the stain out, it came back as white as the day it was made - no sign of red wine anywhere.

Most recently, I dropped off a jacket on August 25 with a pickup date of September 2. When I went in on September 3--eight days later--it wasn't ready and couldn't be found. I was told it might be ready by 6 PM, but I needed it early the next morning. Previously, I brought a jacket in for alterations and the work wasn't done on time. The hems were rushed and poorly finished, and they couldn't handle the tailoring I needed. This, also, was brought in with ample time and needed desperately. For $14 to clean a jacket, I expected reliability and quality service. Unfortunately, this cleaner hasn't delivered either.
