Absolutely amazing! I ended up here yesterday after leaving my nieces volleyball game, I live all…read morethe way in Spring but I was in so much pain I found them on Yelp and I see why they have such excellent reviews. When we walked in, all we smelled was clean! The floors and chairs had just been sanitized and they didn't miss a spot. Ryan at the front desk is just a gem! Talk about going the extra mile...I'm huge on good customer service and she had a big smile on her face, greeted us so warmly, and was quick with getting me registered. I got hit with some bad genetics and have advanced arthritis for my age. I had a C4-C6 cervical fusion 4 years ago and ortho said I would have to be fused from T1-S1 (that's my whole spine basically) and he does not want put me through that so sent me to pain management which I thought would be great but they have dropped the ball on scheduling my spinal injections and I've suffered for months due to bad communication. I've had a pinched nerve in my neck since May and had a trigger point injection from my pain management that lasted all of 3 hours. They said I couldn't get another for 3 months. I call in August and they said they could get me in for October 7th. Which brings me back to AFC. I was in the back in less than 15 minutes from checking in. Dr. Zhang came in and gave the best handshake and let me just say is bedside manner is superb. I explained to him my issue, showed him my x-rays and MRI's, and it took him no time to start a plan. He examined me and saw how hard the knot in my shoulder was as how the inflammation had spread. He immediately said you need a spinal surgeon. Gave me a referral to follow up, placed orders for imaging, and gave me a powerful steroid injection that started working literally immediately. This was not your run of the mill steroid shot. He gave me something that would actually work. It is now the next day and the knot in my shoulder is gone! I slept through the night and haven't been able to do that since May for trying to find a position to put my arm in to take pressure of the nerve. It has been beyond miserable. But I woke up this morning feeling amazing! This is the best I've felt in a really long time and just want to say thank them for such great care! They have even followed up with me today to see how I was feeling. I've worked in healthcare in one capacity or another my entire career. I've been on the IT side of things now for a decade but I remember being in direct patient care and this is the type of experience I wanted my patients to have every visit.

This was my 2nd visit to this urgent care clinic. The first time was good. This time - not so much…read more Long story short, I ended up testing positive for Covid. The doctor or nurse practitioner - whatever she is - last name Weaver - came into the room and after I said hello she responded with "you have Covid" in a monotone voice. No warmth, compassion or kindness. She told me she was sending 2 prescriptions to my pharmacy. Didn't tell me what they were or how to use them. Then she told me she would be sending me an email of something - I couldn't understand her mumbling under the mask, but I never received it. Didn't offer remedies to help me feel better. No discharge instructions. Nothing. As if I didn't feel bad enough - physically and emotionally about having Covid, this woman made me feel pretty shitty. I can't recommend this place anymore. I certainly won't be returning. I'm giving them 1 star because the front desk people and the tech that took my vitals and administered my tests were all friendly.

I wouldn't trust my health or the health of a loved one to this facility…read more I brought a family member here hoping to get quality care without a wait - since they were ill. The first thing they pushed for was a Covid test even though Advil had effectively haunted the symptoms they were experiencing. No further tests were performed. Just here is a Z - pack and GOOD LUCK, "Friend". The Nurse Practitioner will give you her card and tell you to feel free to call or text her if you have any concerns or need further assistance. She won't respond if you call her.At least she didn't when we reached out several times. Fortunately we were seen by the medical staff at Memorial Hermann, because a potentially life-threatening condition was overlooked. Lesson learned: When it comes to your health don't just trust anyone - especially when their standard of care and practices are not closely monitored.

I walked into this urgent care facility in REAL pain, simply asking for help verifying my insurance coverage using the member ID on my card something that should be quick and standard at any front desk. Instead of receiving even basic assistance, I was met with a nasty attitude, zero communication, and complete disregard from the front desk employee, Myra. Let me be very clear: Myra was completely unhelpful, dismissive, and showed absolutely no compassion for someone seeking medical attention. She acted like assisting me was an inconvenience, refused to properly verify my information, and made no effort to guide me or even communicate what was going on. No eye contact, no explanation, no empathy just pure rudeness and attitude. What's even more concerning is that Myra is the FIRST point of contact in a medical facility. People come into urgent care scared, in pain, and needing help and THIS is how they're treated? It's honestly alarming. If this is how patients are greeted, I can only imagine how many others have been dismissed or turned away while needing care. I left still in pain, frustrated, and completely disrespected all because Myra couldn't show basic professionalism or human decency. No patient should EVER be made to feel like a burden when they are seeking medical help. If you value your time, your health, or basic respect, DO NOT come to this location. This experience was unacceptable on every level, and management seriously needs to address the behavior of their staff especially Myra because this is not okay. I truly hope leadership sees this and takes immediate action, because no patient deserves to be treated like this.

I am totally surprised at the lack of concern for my mother's safety.
