The office is beautiful and immaculate. The waiting room is spacious with a handful of stunning aquariums, including a large built-in aquarium that divides the room into two seating areas. There is a small kitchen area with bottled water kept cold in a mini fridge, a Keurig with K-Cups, and a few tables where you can sit and enjoy your coffee. It's those little extras that set this place apart. The medical care is excellent. The medical team is knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. The reception staff is welcoming, organized and very friendly. Being open seven days a week is convenient, and it's reassuring to know this level of care is available if you need it. Hopefully you will never need an urgent care, but if you do, I highly recommend this one. They are on Military, just North of Atlantic Ave, in the same plaza as Batteries Plus.

He emphasized I was to tell him if I felt any pain and he would inject more novocaine until I had NO pain. He kept his word and I thanked him for using small stitches- I was impressed By his technique.I am seeing him tomorrow so he can remove the stitches! We were told to buy a cream and go to a wound care center. When I expressed that I was disappointed and asked if anything else could be done, the doctor's response was, "What do you want me to do?" No wound care, dressing change, or treatment was provided. I left feeling that our concerns were dismissed and that we did not receive the level of care I expected for an urgent care visit. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location.

At that point, I was told by the snarky lady was now nicer, "I'm sorry, we don't have the proper specimen cup, but you can go to the other MD Now urgent care 5 miles (21 minutes) away because they have the correct one." Why she could not have told me that when I initially arrived and spoke to her is beyond me. I explicitly stated I was there for a drug screening. Also the online check-in process is pointless--you still have to re-check in on your phone once you arrive, which is completely redundant. Fair warning: if you walk in and see even two people in the waiting room, you're better off going to the ER.
