Yea!) blood pressure, temperature, asked quite a few questions about my history and then drew blood. The PA came in, we talked some more, she looked at my ears, throat and listened intently at my lungs. In the end she said my issue was likely sinus related and that my lungs and everything else looked good. I was given 3 Rcs for the sinus and cough. I'd come back here for any issue. These people are good at what they do!

She goes and asks....only to return to tell me, "My provider is unable to do that at this time. Because, we are CLOSING EARLY TODAY. WE ARE CLOSING AT 5:00 TODAY, AND, THAT PROCEDURE WILL TAKE TOO LONG. IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT 30 MINUTES TO ADMINISTER." Imagine my stupor, as I stood there DUMBFOUNDED! As calmly as possible, I reached for my insurance card, ID and asked where the nearest URGENT CARE that WAS open was located and walked out. I USED TO THINK THAT TMC WAS ONE OF THE CITIES BEST. Now, I'm not so sure. I should have come to the NW Hospital center here in the neighborhood instead. I have always had a great experience with them.

They can do xray, bloodwork, and even have a pharmacy! The FIRECRACKERS at the Broadway location were amazing to me on Sunday. I have been coughing and wheezing for 3 weeks and finally had enough. Each member of the teaam was very nice to me and even though they were really busy and it took longer than probably normal, I was really happy They made sure to xray my chest and take blood to ensure they narrowed down the diagnosis as much as possible. After receiving some much needed treatment and some proper medications, I left feeling 10x better then when I arrived. I am hopeful that in the next week I can finally kick this!

It's that kind situation everywhere now. My only concern was checking out and getting my meditation. I believe the 2 girls were new and the 15 minutes it took yo check out wasn't the issue. It was the lack of confidence I had because they were outwardly loud about not knowing about the medicine, how to log it, who it was going too, etc. It made me really nervous. They were looking in a manual and almost arguing with each other about how to do what. It was a tad off putting but I'm hoping it's just part of having new employees maybe?

Got taken back after less than 10 minute wait which they get a second star for since it was still at the time of my appointment. Blood pressure, temp, O2 levels then into the treatment room where the same person who said I wasn't in the system asked me about my symptoms. Then just wait for the Nurse Practitioner. NP was nice, asked good questions, listened to the answers (not all of them do) and listened to my feedback. They had the script in stock so I walked out with the meds I needed, in under thirty minutes. Had the issue with the online appointment scheduling not been an issue this would have been a 5 star review.

The respiratory therapists have been amazing; the doctors have been responsive respectful and brilliant; the culinary team has been so kind and helpful; phlebotomy came in like magicians who seemed to use magic to draw her blood because nearly each time was painless; and the nurses..... let me TELL you about these nurses! Wow! I mean they were beyond attentive to my mom's medical and psychological needs. They went out of their way to help her maintain her dignity, and never once dismissed what she had to say, even when she was a little whack-a-doodle. They adjusted to whatever was best for her! I'm talking to you, Christine, Corrine and Aiden! You and your crew made my mama smile and laugh through the terribles and for that I am forever a fan. The team at TMC Rincon are to be commended for doing their jobs with heart! Oh and this is a brand new facility. The ER was timely and thorough; the place is beautiful; and the room had a couch that converts into an actual BED for me to stay with her! And they have done away with the big beeping monitor system that always drives both patients and families crazy. She had a mini monitor "pack" that sends the feed to a central monitoring location which alerts the staff in the actual hospital if there an issue. This frees the nurses to do real patient care, instead of constantly responding to unimportant beeps and buzzes. I think they have really managed to create a different hospital experience for patients and families alike. I am very pleased, impressed and grateful.

Here is the problem I have. Even after taking a copy of my insurance card, DL, and CC, they billed the wrong insurance company, and the claim was denied, so they billed my CC for almost $500.00. For a Covid test! It is now December 11th, and they have not refunded my money, nor have they billed the correct insurance company despite my 3 emails and 4 phone calls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I'm a small business…read moreowner and my husband is a disabled veteran, we can not afford traditional health insurance. Something simple, like an ear infection means a trip to urgent care. Our last urgent care visit took 4 hours and cost us $376, plus a trip to the pharmacy for meds that took over an hour and cost $79. Something not so simple, like the stitches I needed after slicing my thumb open set us back $4,768 because I had to go to the emergency room. For one low monthly price my family is now covered by Ohana. I don't have to worry about "what if's" or "can we afford this" when it comes to medical care. Jess Ganz comes out to our house and takes care of my entire families medical care. Ear infections, flu symptoms, stitches... anything you would go to a primary care OR urgent care for - Ohana handles!! Who wants to drag a miserable child with a fever and an aching ear to the doctors office? Not me! I simply message Ohana and get a same day appointment! Jess can diagnosis my child while he lays on HIS couch and watches Paw Patrol and the dispense the meds - all from my living room! Doesn't get much better than that.

It is not a small urgent care where you are cramped in with all the other sickies. This, and I'm assuming all Banner Urgent Cares, have appointments and video conferencing. I make that call based on their app. I set up an appointment and was seen within 5 minutes of that appointment time. When I came, there was only a couple of guys there and they were having a conversation. I think they probably were waiting on a patient. There was a woman and her children that eventually came in, too. So it was not busy. The Nurse Practitioner's name was Debbie and she was cheerful. I liked that. I came in to make sure this cold wasn't turning into a sinus infection. She explained the symptoms of a sinus infection and I could immediately tell I wasn't experiencing one. She also wanted to make sure that I didn't want antibiotics as there was nothing that could be done for a virus. She was pleasant, upbeat, and a good communicator. She also didn't charge me for the visit since there was really nothing that she could do. Bonus! Not sure how an urgent care could get five stars. If I think of a reason, maybe I'll come back and change it to five stars. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. They definitely are in the wrong field and should consider a career change.
