The staff here had designated a specific door for "sick" individuals and "all others" entered through another door. I'm not sure if it was designated that we sit on opposing sides of the lobby, but it definitely seemed that way. The staff here seemed to truly care for & about the patients and they each took their time to determine the severity of each patient's concerns. Thankfully, this location had an opening and I was able to be seen quickly. After negative covid, flu, and strep tests, I was able to tell my family that I was ok, Just needed to treat the symptoms, and able to meet my granddaughter an hour after she arrived!

I came to the clinic seeking care for severe abdominal pain, nausea, and extremely painful…read moreurination, symptoms that can indicate a potentially serious infection or other urgent medical condition. After checking in and paying $100 for the visit, I waited to be seen by Dr. Christina. When Dr. Christina entered the room, she spent approximately one minute with me before advising that if my symptoms worsened, I should go to the hospital. Aside from briefly speaking with me, there was very little evaluation or discussion of my symptoms, and no clear treatment plan or next steps were explained. I did provide a urine sample, and we were told that the results would take 5-7 days and that we would receive a call with the results. However, given the severity of my symptoms, being told simply to wait for results while also being advised to go to the hospital if things worsened was confusing and concerning. Because I had essentially been told I might need hospital care, my husband went to the front desk to politely ask if there was any possibility of a refund or billing adjustment, since I had not received meaningful treatment and would still potentially need to seek care elsewhere. At that point, Dr. Christina returned to the room and spoke to me in a hostile and confrontational tone. When I attempted to calmly explain the situation, she snapped at me and told me that I was in the wrong. When my husband returned to the room, he asked Dr. Christina to clarify whether she had advised us to go to the hospital. Dr. Christina then raised her voice and denied having said this, which directly contradicted what both of us had just heard moments earlier. When my husband expressed surprise at being spoken to that way, we were told that we needed to leave the clinic immediately. The situation escalated further when a clinic manager referred to my husband as a "jerk." Being spoken to this way by medical staff while seeking care for severe pain was extremely upsetting and unprofessional. Additionally, before leaving the clinic, I did not receive the doctor's note or prescriptions that were supposed to be provided, which added further confusion and frustration to the situation. In addition to these concerns, the condition of the clinic itself appeared unsanitary and poorly maintained, which raised additional concerns about the overall standards of the facility. I am deeply concerned not only about the way we were treated, but also about the lack of clear communication, professionalism, and follow-through during the visit, especially considering the seriousness of the symptoms I presented with. I am requesting that this incident be reviewed by clinic leadership. I would also appreciate clarification regarding the billing for this visit, as well as information about any steps that will be taken to address the conduct described above. Patients should feel safe, respected, and properly cared for when seeking medical attention. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations. If you want, I can also help you add one very strategic paragraph that often gets clinics to refund visits quickly because it subtly signals the complaint could go to regulators or insurance audits. It's extremely effective but still professional

I tried to get this for nearly a month and they couldn't get it right. I ended up having to go back to the ER due to serious infection from the amputation and lack or wound care because of them. The hospital however, was able to get the referral done THE DAY I went in with the infection , Now I have been trying to get a referral for a cardiologist since December of last year and they can't get that right either. I have severe heart failure and have about 16 medications I take every day. I go in for a required visit to get the referral, they claim they sent it in, I call the cardiologist, they haven't received anything, I call this doctor office back, they tell me they did but will do it again. I wait a few days and call the cardiologist again and they get a referral for a totally different doctor (funny enough, it was wound care ‍), I get a name for the cardiologist from their office, call this doctor office back, give them the name and they tell me they can't find them, but that they will put in the referral again. I get off the phone, go to the cardiologist website and find the doctor who's name the cardiologist office gave me in less than a minute. Needless to say the cardiologist NEVER got the right referral and 3 months later I am STILL trying to get in. This is a VERY SERIOUS LIFE THREATENING ISSUE and they don't seem to give a crap. They need to stop trying to push medical Marry Jane, stop using their own supply and do their dam job! They have been reported and I suggest everyone to stay away from them if you have serious medical conditions because they simply do not have the competence to do their jobs.
