At one point, I overheard her complaining under her breath that customers kept coming in whenever she was trying to take a break. That comment, combined with her overall demeanor, made me feel unwelcome. She also spoke to me in a condescending tone, as though she were addressing a child rather than a customer. Customer service sets the tone for any business, and unfortunately, this interaction left a very negative impression.
