The lack of communication from the front desk was extremely frustrating and made the entire experience feel disorganized and disrespectful of patients' time. I understand delays can happen--especially around the holidays--but clearer updates and transparency would have gone a long way. I would not recommend booking an appointment here during busy periods and will not be returning.

A visit in 2022 and 2023 was not billed correctly and it was submitted with insufficient information to my insurance company, bear in mind I go in for almost the same issue most times,so I know my insurance definitely covers these treatments.My insurance company has reached out numerous times to get the records, but carespot has ignored the requests,so it shows as unpaid, unpaid due to their negligence.I even called this year asking them to please send the insurance The requested documentation, but nothing. My most recent experience was nothing short of humiliating and unprofessional. I was denied medical treatment due to a billing issue caused entirely by CareSpot's failure to send requested documentation to my insurance company. The insurance clearly stated in writing that they were waiting for medical records from CareSpot that were never provided--yet instead of resolving the issue, the staff insulted me in the lobby and refused to treat me. Despite my long history as a loyal and responsible patient with no unpaid balances, they treated me like I was trying to dodge a bill. This was not just poor customer service--it was a complete disregard for human decency and basic medical ethics. If you care about respectful treatment and responsible billing practices, I highly recommend going elsewhere. No patient should ever be denied care due to a provider's own administrative negligence.

    I visited this CareSpot location for UTI symptoms and was told to go to the ER for possible…read moreketoacidosis based on a urine test showing glucose of 500 and ketones of 40. However, my blood glucose at CareSpot was normal at 108. At the ER shortly afterward, repeat testing showed negative urine glucose, negative ketones, normal blood glucose levels, and no diagnosis of ketoacidosis. Instead, I was diagnosed and treated for the UTI symptoms that brought me to urgent care. As a result of this ER referral, the total medical charges exceeded $6,000. I escalated this concern to CareSpot leadership at the corporate office, including the CEO, VP of Operations, and directors. I was advised they were unsure why the urgent care findings were not replicated during the ER evaluation. I also requested information regarding whether the findings were rechecked before I was sent to the ER and whether any medical director supports the original findings and referral decision in light of the subsequent ER results. I have not received a response to those questions. Patients should understand that significant medical and financial decisions can be made based on testing that may not later be confirmed by subsequent hospital evaluation. Given the unresolved discrepancy between the urgent care and ER findings, these concerns are being escalated to the appropriate healthcare oversight and regulatory agencies for review.

I was never there before, and getting drug tested is not something I do very often. She made the whole experience really uncomfortable and weird. The company I was just hired with is a huge account for Care Spot; you would think they would treat people with respect and dignity. This MA needs to get a different job because she should not be working in healthcare, as miserable as she seemed. I am a nurse, and I leave my issues at the door when I go to work, and if I am so unhappy at work, then I move on. I would never take it out on the patients. Save yourself hours of wait time and go to LabCorp if you need a drug test. It is literally 5 minutes up the road inside of Walgreens. Looking at the past reviews, it seems that my complaint is as common as anyone else's. No one is taking accountability for the disposition of the staff members and how they are treating the patients. One review discussed a woman with head trauma who was told to go to the ER without even assessing her. Give her a bandage and send her on her way, but not to do anything at all is disgusting. I guess management is okay with their patients being mistreated. Something needs to be done about this place. There is NO room for hostility in healthcare, and that is all you get with this care spot. I implore management to make some changes, and I am available to discuss my experience if they care to do so. I doubt that will happen.

The so-called "care" I've received at your clinic is nothing short of malpractice mixed with arrogance. The first time I came in, your doctors treated me like I was the problem instead of the patient. They literally contaminated my healthy ear by bouncing back and forth between it and the infected one, as if they had no clue what a healthy ear was supposed to look like. That isn't medical treatment that's incompetence so severe I honestly don't know how half of your staff even passed pre-K, let alone medical school. You prescribed drops that did nothing. The next medication delayed things for a moment, but the infection came right back. And every single time I've returned, I've been dismissed and told to "come back when it's worse." Newsflash: after three ear infections, I know my own body. I don't need your condescending attitude to tell me to wait until I'm in excruciating pain or permanently damaged before you actually do your job. Your doctors strut around with superiority complexes, invalidating patients, and bleeding us dry financially while offering no real care. I'm not some idiot begging for narcotics I've been begging for antibiotics, for help, for someone to take me seriously. Instead, you waste my time, drain my bank account, and put my health at serious risk. And the moment I dared to stand up for myself -- to demand basic respect and actual treatment -- your staff painted me as "aggressive" and kicked me out. That's laughable. I wasn't aggressive.
