Could definitely be more patient with sonograms. They rushed ours and we couldn't even see our baby. Very upsetting.

Extremely long wait even with appointment. Defeats the purpose of the "Minute Clinic"

Quality Urgent Care- Schertz - When I called in for stomach virus. She acted like I texted the wrong number. Same number I've used my entire employment time here.

(Disclaimer: this is actually a bad review but for reasons,I gave 3 stars) My husband was…read moresymptomatic and tested positive for covid on a Monday. I had very mild symptoms and also tested Monday via a 15 minute rapid and it came back negative. The next two days I continued to have more mild symptoms so I went back to get a pcr done on Wednesday. The PA, Robert Faulk enters the room and asks why I am getting tested again. I told him my husband recently tested positive and I had a cough, I had some phlegm, runny nose itchy throat and back aches. He then proceeded to dismiss all of my symptoms one by one and explain that it doesn't sound like covid and it's probably just allergies. I stopped explaining myself and how I felt, and was really tempted to tell him that I was an RN, that I know what I'm talking about and I'm not some paranoid patient that takes a covid test weekly like how he was making me feel. The conversation ended with me saying, "well, I guess we will see." And he responded back with the same and told me he would call with the results. He never assessed me. He didn't touch me. He didn't listen to my lungs or check my throat at all. I'm a patient that believes is covid positive with a cough and he doesn't even check me. My PCR did indeed come back positive. Mr. Foulk exhibited very poor care and concern at my visit. I understand that that he is seeing patient after patient but please, do not minimize a patients genuine concerns of having covid especially when someone close to them is positive. Please listen to every patient as if it's something new and you are really trying to help them. Assess the patients, LISTEN TO THEIR LUNGS! I hope that he reads this and its a learning opportunity. That he will then begin to listen and actually help the next patient and maybe save their life by doing so. All of the other staff that I encountered on both testing occasions were excellent, from the front desk to the first PA, Ashley Rodrigue that I saw the first day. For that reason I gave 3 stars. Ashley Rodrigue was attentive, kind, funny, explained things very well and listened to my concerns. Thank you for that.

The physician assistant was awesome. Kind and explained everything, but the medical assistant that…read moreprovided blood pressure etc... acted like she was in a hurry, mumbling her words, took my blood pressure with my jacket on instead of asked me to take it off, She also turned the monitor machine towards her, so I couldn't see the results. I have been to this place before, always friendly. But not this day. The medical assistant at the front desk was helpful no complaints about her. No I would recommend this place anymore.

This means that we have paid hundreds to this business. They had been so friendly and professional before that I reviewed on Facebook and encouraged others to visit. Today was a terrible experience - the worst from any clinic or any customer service - period. When we walked in this afternoon, there was just one other patient in the lobby. The receptionist was nowhere to be seen. After a few minutes the receptionist who said her name was Shalene but her name tag was backwards so I couldn't see her name, walked up. She acted like I was bothering her and it escalated quickly. Her tone was unprofessional and rude. Me: "Hi." Shalene: "What do you need?" Me: "My son needs to be seen. But I have a new insurance and want to know the price first, please." *Hand her the card. Her: Your ID and insurance card??? *I hand her the insurance and search my wallet for my ID. Her: I can tell you right now it is going to be the full price because of your deductible. You are not in the system so you need to fill out everything again. Have you even is s the iPad? Me: Your tone is really rude and I am not used to that here. People are usually really nice. Are you ok??? Her: you need to leave NOW. He cannot see the doctor. *Tosses cards over the computer. (Before we walked out to find another clinic she said she knew I was going to complain but she wanted to apologize but added that she was not rude and that I was the rude one. She mentioned she is employee of the month every month.) Wow.

We had been a few times with no issues. The front desk was great and saw an excellent provider. The…read morethird time we went we saw nurse partitioner who accidentally wrote the dosage wrong for my daughter. The pharmacist caught it and I thought no harm no foul. The 4th time we saw the same provider and she kept moving her neck roughly (she had a neck sprain) causing her to scream and almost cry all while not communicating to my daughter at all what she would do next. My daughter has the highest pain tolerance of anyone I know. I asked her to stop, she refused. She kept touching my daughter even as I began to yell at her. I seriously had to pick my 7 year old up and run from the exam room to get her to stop. The whole time she's using unprofessional language speaking in double negatives, using ain't etc.. I immediately took her to the Schertz ER and received excellent patient care without my daughter screaming in pain AT ALL even when X-rays were required. When I left the receptionist did not seem surprised I was having an issue with this particular provider. I called after the ER and asked that the clinic director contact me. Again, the receptionist did not seem surprised. I was contacted by the clinic director who told me the regional director would contact me. Regional director essentially accused me of being racist for complaining about her unprofessional speech and dismissed her speech as being a ELL (I had no idea she was an ELL as all of her pronunciation was PERFECT), also dismissed my suggestions that he should speak to her colleagues as they did not seem surprised that someone was complaining about her patient care. He said he would "look into it" but I highly doubt anything will be done. Will absolutely never visit this clinic again. Sad because it is the closest to my home and the patient wait times are so short!

Continued to get worse and the following Tuesday I was running a temp between 100 and 104.  Made another appt on that Friday and explained symptoms were getting worse another BRIEF exam I was told take OTC. No additional script. It would work it's self out.  Sunday symptoms were not improving so I called to and the PA for meds.   I was told she would call back.  I called a second time and was told she would call but probably not till tomorrow. Never received a call At 8:30 I went to another urgent care. They did a thorough exam inc X-rays and determined I had early Pneumonia.  Obviously I won't be back.  I was charged 2 deductible's.  Wouldn't be a big deal except I had no relief from their exams.

It was from 3 years ago but it was paid. Even if he had one I think it's negligence to still not see him. That's something that shouldn't be deny. Anyways they take forever to see you here, once the doctor did come in he was nice and was able to help and figure out what he had. Thankfully he's feeling better today but still not my favorite clinic.

I went to my PCP and they said there was nothing they could do...go home. Well, 10 days later, I'm STILL sick, and they have no appointments in the next month. So, I made sure MedPost took my insurance and came here. I was in and out very quickly. Dr. Quenstedt was caring, knowledgeable, and thorough. She sent in a prescription, and I was on my way in no time. I ended up having to go back after a week because I felt better for a few days, then right back sick. I was lucky enough to see Dr. Quenstedt again, and this time, there was no snafu with the pharmacy, and I am feeling almost back to my usual self now! I definitely recommend MedPost for a speedy recovery when you're not feeling well or injured. Just a tip...be sure they have your correct info (DOB) if a prescription is called in. It caused me a lot of frustration to figure out the disconnect between MedPost and the pharmacy.
