(Disclaimer: this is actually a bad review but for reasons,I gave 3 stars) My husband was symptomatic and tested positive for covid on a Monday. I had very mild symptoms and also tested Monday via a 15 minute rapid and it came back negative. The next two days I continued to have more mild symptoms so I went back to get a pcr done on Wednesday. The PA, Robert Faulk enters the room and asks why I am getting tested again. I told him my husband recently tested positive and I had a cough, I had some phlegm, runny nose itchy throat and back aches. He then proceeded to dismiss all of my symptoms one by one and explain that it doesn't sound like covid and it's probably just allergies. I stopped explaining myself and how I felt, and was really tempted to tell him that I was an RN, that I know what I'm talking about and I'm not some paranoid patient that takes a covid test weekly like how he was making me feel. The conversation ended with me saying, "well, I guess we will see." And he responded back with the same and told me he would call with the results. He never assessed me. He didn't touch me. He didn't listen to my lungs or check my throat at all. I'm a patient that believes is covid positive with a cough and he doesn't even check me. My PCR did indeed come back positive. Mr. Foulk exhibited very poor care and concern at my visit. I understand that that he is seeing patient after patient but please, do not minimize a patients genuine concerns of having covid especially when someone close to them is positive. Please listen to every patient as if it's something new and you are really trying to help them. Assess the patients, LISTEN TO THEIR LUNGS! I hope that he reads this and its a learning opportunity. That he will then begin to listen and actually help the next patient and maybe save their life by doing so. All of the other staff that I encountered on both testing occasions were excellent, from the front desk to the first PA, Ashley Rodrigue that I saw the first day. For that reason I gave 3 stars. Ashley Rodrigue was attentive, kind, funny, explained things very well and listened to my concerns. Thank you for that. read more

The physician assistant was awesome. Kind and explained everything, but the medical assistant that provided blood pressure etc... acted like she was in a hurry, mumbling her words, took my blood pressure with my jacket on instead of asked me to take it off, She also turned the monitor machine towards her, so I couldn't see the results. I have been to this place before, always friendly. But not this day. The medical assistant at the front desk was helpful no complaints about her. No I would recommend this place anymore. read more

Waited in exam room over 30 minutes by myself after vitals taken. When PA finally came in assessment seemed unsure of what to do. PA left me the second time in the exam room. I waited for 15 minutes and I left . There was no one in the clinic but me to be seen. Not sure why all the delay delays . Horrible Urgent Care. They apparently do not know how to use an EKG Machine. We were told my husband has had a heart attack and they needed to call an ambulance. Went to the emergency room and repeated the EKG and was completely normal. They are a joke! read more

The PA was awesome but the front dest and Medical Assistant was not. Its ashame to have someone in the front desk be rude and unhappy. The front desk person sets the mood of the place. I hope they find someone else for the front desk. The MA can get more training if that what she needs to be more considerate of the people who come in ill. Again the PA was amazing. read more

This place is a joke. They over charged me and I have been waiting for a refund since June 2024. I have called multiple times and have been told we are working on it. They have no straight answers as to when this will happen. They billed me twice for the same date of service. Where is my refund? I had to give 1 star just to post the review. If you have an emergency, perceived or real, this is NOT the place to go. I took my wife there with severe abdominal pain, literally sweating and dry heaving in the waiting room. I did not call for an appointment, I just showed up, so there is that (meaning they may be ill equipped to do anything other than take appointments for mild symptoms). I did ask if it was an emergency room, which the lady behind the counter confirmed that it was an "emergent care facility" which may mean something other than "don't come here if you are in pain". The reason for my angst with this organization is that the ONLY thing the lady seemed interested in was my insurance. Then a big to do to clarify that I could make the co-pay cost of the visit. I said no problem, and then with my wife going through the pain that i could only imagine, 45 minutes... a FULL 45 minutes later and not only was she not seen, but no one also even bothered to ask what was going on or if there was anything that could be done to address her pain or discomfort... I would have paid for it as well, if that was the reason they didn't care to show any humanity. Finally, well, after 45 minutes, I grew frustrated and left, taking her instead to a hospital with a functional emergent care center. This place may be good for sniffles and aches, with an appointment, however my time in need told me all I need to know about the human component of this location. I will not be back. read more

The lobby was clean. The front desk was very helpful with verifying our insurance. Dr was very nice. He gave us helpful information on the symptoms our daughter was having and did not rush us through the visit. read more

If you have insurance you will need to pay up front anyway. And then they will file insurance and never pay you back.

I love the location of this urgent care but I hate how slow they move. you make an appointment online for 230 and by 3 nobody is still taken to the back for vitals. the flow should be a lot better and this would allow for people to feel like they are moving along with purpose. When you get to the back the techs sit down while writing information and move as if they are forced to be there. They should be standing, facing the patient ready to receive information. One provider works in the facility which is fine, but they could be operating so much better. Again great location just takes forever to be seen. The receptionist said that signing in online is equal to a regular check in time even though it's advertised as an appointment time read more

I was seen in less than 5 minutes. Nurse was absolutely amazing. Very kind, gentle, professional, and informative. Dr was in and out. Didn't seem very personable, but was professional. Amazing experience overall. read more

If zero stars were an option, I would definitely leave that. There is no point in creating an appointment because you will wait for hours to be seen if people walk in they will still jump you in line. I had 4 people in front of me that turned into 6. The lady in the front is terrible at explaining wait times, if you have an appointment I understand you may still have a little bit of a wait but you shouldn't be jumped by people walking in when you've been sitting in the building for an hour. They're fast in getting you in. My poor review is mostly due to the fact that the second you say you're unvaccinated there is a complete shift in some of the staffs treatment of you. Receptionist was rude. She told me my insurance website was down and couldn't Check if we had met our deductible and been that it was Sunday BCBS was closed. Lie....I called while waiting in the room...it was open. She didn't want to call. She then stated the copay could be anywhere from $150 to $300. I told her we had no choice since my child had to be seen. She was very rude and not a people person. At the end of the appointment we paid a not a thank you or have a nice day just a aha. 18 mo old WOULD HAVE DIED - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE My mom was watching my 18 mo old when she got bit by a snake. Not knowing whether or not it was poisonous, she rushed her to this urgent care. The receptionist refused to let the doctor see her due to the fact that other people had appointments / arrived first. They wouldn't simply check my 18 pound daughter's vitals to make sure she didn't have POISON coursing through her tiny veins. PLEASE CALL them and check to see if Dr. Godinez is working that day - if so, go somewhere else. That lady has ZERO beside manners. She is rude, rushes you out, and acts like she is dealing with numerous dying patients in the other rooms. As a diabetic they could have at least checked my blood sugar levels - given that I went in due to concerns that I was having a potential reaction to my recent COVID booster. She felt bothered by that and stated that the clinic was for Urgent Care issues and that my diabetic concerns were not that. Then what constitutes "Urgent Care" really? So, I am guessing I should have gone to the emergency room? I would not recommend this place to anyone based on my experience. I waited over two hours to be seen by her and rushed out in less than 5 minutes. Yeah - that's BS. A copay of $35 for absolutely nothing. I will be contacting Tricare next. read more

If I could give a zero I would. The physician showed no care for the discomfort or pain I was in. I told her it was not back pain (not looking for pain medication) but rather kidney pain. When I disagreed with her, saying that it was not typical back pain she told me to go somewhere else. She spent less than 2 minutes with me. Both the doctor and her staff are incompetent. The technician has no people skills and doesn't know how to communicate. Worst care provider I've ever been to. read more

PA Wyatt Cherry was great!! I felt light headed and began to pass out. He immediately sprung into action. Since I was out my wife told me that PA Cherry helped to catch me, lay me down to prevent me from falling and gave me some water which was a instant relief. In addition, the Nurse/Technician that took our Covid tests was great too. She was very professional, had a great bedside manner and was just kind during our moment of need which was very appreciated. It was a great experience overall. The entire staff there was friendly, caring, and attentive when we explained what my son had been experiencing and dealing with last week, even after after being seen by his pediatrician. They said it is viral and will have to run its course, no treatment. His tonsils continued to swell and when I called his doctors Saturday they told me they could not call anything in without seeing him again. We went to Urgent Care and this doctor called in a steroid prescription which already has him feeling much better. His tonsils are not as swollen, he was finally able to eat and sleep on Sunday. This place shouldn't be open and running. A true doc is never in office to treat people, only a glorified nurse. They steal your money then say they can't treat you and to go elsewhere. Additionally, need some one to help? They say call billing. In what world does that make sense? The manager is one person, then someone else calls. Then says she's not a manger and only person higher is billing. Clearly a previous patron had the same issues. Filed a grievance and will be spreading this to news and bbb. Please do not give these people your money, they shouldn't be licensed to be open. read more

They left the word "Low" off of their name. They are truly Low Quality Urgent Care. When a business makes a mistake, it is their responsibility to make it right. This place will not do so. My wife wasn't feeling well so she stayed home to make sure it was nothing serious. Her employer informed her that she would have to have either a negative COVID test or an alternative diagnosis in order to return to work. She explained all of this to "Low Quality Urgent Care" who then administered a PCR test. When she told them that she needed an alternative diagnosis in order to avoid being forced to use personal vacation days (which she had very clearly explained to them before), they told her that they would only give an alternative diagnosis with rapid test results. Their error in not explaining this will cost her two hard earned full vacation days. When my wife expressed her frustration with the end results and their error she was told that she would know better next time. I highly encourage anyone thinking about going here to drive a little further or wait a little longer in order to play a small part in letting the health care industry know that, ddespite wha they seem to think, they are not immune from the concept of customer service. read more

I was a walk in at this clinic looking to have a blood tv test done. Front desk was not friendly just seemed like they were there for a paycheck. The MA was very nice and did a great job with everything. A few days after my test was done I received a phone call from the provider telling me that my test wasn't performed because the specimen was frozen. They didn't offer a retest or any information all he said was I'd have time call the front desk. Wasn't even able to transfer me to the front desk person. I then call the front desk and tell them that I just want a refund since my test was frozen which is unacceptable. She then said they don't offer refunds because I saw the provider (which I didn't) she wrote my name and number down and said someone would get back to me. Fast forward 2 months later and no one has gotten back to me. I will never go to this urgent care again they do bad buisness. read more

after waking up this morning with nearly debilitating menstrual cramps on the first day of my cycle, I tried to get an appointment with my primary care office but they're booked out for three weeks and recommended I try urgent care for some pain management in the meantime which led me here. The receptionist and MA were very nice and friendly but the second the PA walked in to start speaking with me, it was very obvious she had already clocked me as someone with drug seeking behavior. She asked me about the types of pain management I had used previously and if this was an ongoing issue to which I told her yes but I had gained some weight recently making the pain even worse. I told her how I had tried ibuprofen, a TENS machine, heating pads, and other over the counter pain meds. She asked me about my appointment date multiple times but in different wording, trying to catch me in a lie, and repeatedly asked what other pain management I had tried. I told her a doctor several years ago had once prescribed Norco for my menstrual cramps to which she replied "that seems excessive" as if that was somehow my fault. Her only solution was a Toradol injection (an NSAID that will help briefly) or 800 mg of Iburpofen (which I usually take and doesn't help). I left feeling extremely judged, belittled, and unseen. She did not seem to care at all about the pain I was experiencing and only focused on the fact that she was so sure I was looking to get my next fix. Please do better for your patients and consider that they actually might be experiencing severe pain. read more

Terrible. Waited 2 hours to get a flu test. Doctor "forgot" his stethoscope. They said they were dealing with a patient which was why it was taking so long. Doctor came in again and asked if I had been tested and I politely told him no. Told the nurse to check and waited another 30 minutes from that point. will never use this place again. was seen 12/26 and given a steroid shot and antibiotic. called them 1/3 still wheezing and not feeling good at all. was told doc would call me back. no call back. called again 1/4 and was told doc would call be 5. no call back. called again and was then told since i was seen more than 48 hours ago i would need to come back in or make a telehealth appointment. WTF. i asked receptionist why was i told this yesterday. she lied and said she told me. if that were true i would have made an appointment. did a telehealth appointment with mdlive and had prescriptions called into my pharmacy within 36 minutes of my call to less than Quality care. extremely disappointing. i have spent a lot of money at quality and now they will never see another cent from me. nor will i ever refer anyone to them again. read more

This is what happened to my Dad here: "A couple of days ago I was working on a car and got a little dirt or something in my right eye rite away I pocked a little hole in a bottle of drinking water and used it to rinse my eye out. I had my buddy take a picture of my eye so I could look and see if I could zoom in and see anything. I didn't see anything but as a good measure I went to a little quick emergency clinic to let them take a closer look. They took me to a exam room and a young man came and took my blood pressure/weight exec... After a short wait about 15 minutes a young female doctor come in and said I see you have something in your eye... I said I'm not sure I need you to look. She took a quick look with just her eyes and said oh I see it right there.. I asked you do?? She said yes just beside your cornea..I asked don't you need to look with any instruments or special glasses? I said I think that has been there for years are you sure it's fresh? She said sir I have 20/20 vision and I'm sure... Then she left the room coming back in about 10 minutes or so.. She went on to say I spoke with my supervisor and they said to use a small needle that we use for this to extract the piece. I said well if that is what needs done..( I have had that done before). She proceeded to do it and in no time at all she stopped and stepped back and said I think you need to see a specialist, I'm going to arrange it now. Sir you should be more careful with your eyes you could loose your vision then left the room. After about 15 minutes being left in there my eye started feeling strange and irritated, I took my phone out to look at it and it was full of blood. She returned saying we are still looking for someone to take you today it's not because of the blood but because of what is in it. I played along for another 45 minutes and they came in and said the only one they want me to see can't see me until the following day in a town 60 miles from where I live. I left and went to a eye specialist rite away and after using all the proper equipment he said there is nothing in my eye and the bleeding will take 3 weeks to heal. I put 3 pictures the one my buddy took the one in the room just after her work and one today 3 days into it." read more

Wow, I had been feeling horrible with flu/allergy symptoms for 6 days and wasn't getting any better with over the counter meds. Found this Quality Urgent Care right up the street from me in Schertz, Texas, that accepted my Tricare Prime Insurance. I was seen immediately, the intake nurse who took my vitals and basic info was so pleasant, and then the P.A. that saw me was incredible. Caring, smart, personable, totally prescribed me the meds I needed and now 24 hours later I feel so much better. I wish I knew her name, all I can say is she was on duty Saturday, 15 June at 3 pm.
