Yesterday I went in here for a Pre work health assessment and they didn't clear it out because my PB showed high.They told me they scheduled me for coming back next day and when I showed up today I realized they made wrong the appointment .They scheduled me for Sunday instead today .In short of course they didn't saw me since they close by lunch at 1 and they don't have enough people working there.Horrible experience messing the appointment dates and wasting my time and gas money.Of course I have to come back Sunday now since I need that dmn paper clear out.After this I'm never coming back. read more

Checkin and waited an hour on the waitlist just for the doctor to skip me on the call waitlist and then close for lunch. I asked why I was skipped the doctor said it was because the other patient was "just an injection". What is the point of a waitlist when they don't go in order. Why is there no lunch coverage from another provider daily so they can actually see all the patients? As I was leaving ANOTHER patient who came in 30 minutes after me was called in. I drove an hour to this location because it was the only one that had a next day appointment available. I didn't want to chance a walk-in at a closer location since walk-ins are not guaranteed. This was my first time at a Minute Clinic and didn't know what to expect. I received a text to check-in before my appointment and did so as soon as I arrived. I believe I was the first appointment of the day so I only waited a couple of minutes before being called in. The nurse practitioner, Jazmine, who helped me was so friendly, patient, and thorough. I didn't feel rushed during my visit at all and she was very detailed and took the time to explain everything to me. This is a special CVS with doctors and nurses on site to take care of patients in private rooms. The bad thing is that you can't really get a hold of people unless they happen to come out of the room. There is no receptionist, only a kiosk you use. The kiosk is somewhat hard to use. The services they provide are pretty limited. I think the potential is there to be really useful; they just to work on a few things. read more

This is the second time I went here for my A1C and cholesterol check. Cecile Suzette was amazing she greeted me with a friendly smile on her face and show me where to check in and everything went very easily and quickly. She is one of the NP that takes her time listening to me and explaining everything that I want to know about my test results. She is very knowledgeable and I love how she interacts with me and gives me the quality time that I need when I come to her clinic. At first I wasn't going to leave a review from my awful experience at this location. But after I've already moved past this experience, I received a notice via text message that my visit had been canceled... I thought that this was strange since I literally came away from this CVS Minute Clinic earlier in the afternoon. I would hate for this experience to happen to someone else and the thought crossed my mind that the staff removed my appointment from their records in hopes that there is no record. The doctor on-site by the name of "Cherise" was rude and spoke to me condescendingly. I don't expect 5-star customer service at a place like this but there is no need to talk down to me. We are all adults yet "Cherise" felt the need to point and give her "professional advice" that I shouldn't have come here and there is nothing they can do. She chastised me for not going to an ENT for my sinus infection and made sure to repeatedly explain that "This is not an ENT office! Why did you come here?" I must be crazy thinking that I could come to a clinic for some helpful advice or answers. Instead, I was given hostile treatment like I'm some kind of problem that I decided to come here. I've come to this place several times in the past and always received great service. But "Cherise" made sure to ruin that for me and showed me what kind of service this location provides. My husband and I wasted our time here today for our shingles vaccines. We took time off work went through the whole 5-10 minute process of checking in on the kiosk. Waited some more then were asked for our insurance cards and were turned away several minutes later. Customer service was lacking on every level. CVS needs to find a way to screen insurance before encouraging people constantly to get their vaccines there and then turning them away. I made an appointment at Rite aid when I returned home. Their process is so much better. They screened my insurance before they confirmed my appointment. Lesson learned , maybe I can save you some time and hassle. My husband and I needed medical help after testing positive for COVID (during the holidays). We received immediate services and complete care with a prescription at the CVS Minute Clinic. The intake person was very patient with us getting a complete medical background check and going over all details..when we saw our nurse Jennifer she was so kind and efficient.. also very sympathetic to our issues and concerns.. we left feeling much more positive than when we came in..Also Jennifer called to follow up on our progress and if we had any additional needs. Our only issue we encountered was the check in kiosk.. it proved to be a bit difficult for first timers.. I highly recommend this clinic and so happy to know there places like this (that I can feel good about). read more

Ok I love to hate on minute clinic... but it is super handy and helpful when you have a minor ailment and need to get a quick solution. This one I always seem to hit at lunchtime for the staff!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHhhhhh none the less... when you make it in and they are on duty it is a super quick easy and hassle free process to getting well. I had a weird leg rash when I came in here that I didn't have any idea where I got it. I was thinking poison oak from hiking, but regular anti poison oak/ivy creams didn't do anything to help out. So in I came after a week of total failure of OTC stuff. The staff checked me out and gave me a prescription cream that worked really fast along with an oral enhancer. In the end it was a quick and cheap solution to a super annoying health issue... YAY! None the less waiting in line or finding out what their hours are around lunch time, is not always that easy and can cause some delays that make everything harder and harder to deal with. But it's a great way to get taken care of on the cheap and it was just an office visit copay... I just wish they had more of these joints to get treated at and thus the lines would be shorter and not as cumbersome. read more

This was the worse experience when it comes to dealing with a "medical professional". Unfortunately, there was nothing professional when it comes to Darla. She's the Nurse Practitioner who I went to for my wellness activity check up that I intended to very for work but I was denied service because she said that the process would take "too long" and she wanted to go home. It was only 7:03 pm and online it said that they would take patients until 7:15pm. When I told her that she ignored me and closed her door. Today was my last day to submit my wellness activity to get a $500 credit towards medical expenses. Dishonest staff and unethical billing practices - My wife went in for a sinus infection. The nurse practitioner told her that she was not "authorized" (she could not explain it to us)to prescribe the antibiotic that my wife usually takes when she has a sinus infection, and told her that she could only prescribe another antibiotic which had many harmful side effects, so my wife left without receiving a prescription for her sinus infection. I called this location, spoke with the nurse practitioner, who told me that we would not be charged for my wife's visit since they could not prescribe an appropriate antibiotic for my wife. Now we have not only been billed for the visit, CVS billing states that they do not have any record of the nurse practitioner telling us we will not be chargers, and to make matters worse, while we were disputing the charge with CVS, in less than 2 months from my wife's visit, they have now turned the bill over to a collections agency! read more

We took my 2 1/2 year old nephew here to get his physical done for school, and Dorothy was so great with him. We needed the exam to be done urgently so Dorothy stayed a bit late on Friday night to make sure it got done, which was so awesome of her to do. She was very gentle and professional throughout and even got him talking to her after a few minutes (he's always shy around new people). :) This is my family and I's first experience at a MinuteClinic, but we would definitely return here to see Dorothy again. After going out of her way to ask several other pharmacies and clinics, she was able to refer me to a local clinic, and she even helped me with scheduling an appointment! read more

Came here in hopes of a quick diagnosis and prescription for an inhaler for my bronchitis. I am currently pregnant and the PA spent the entire time looking up how to treat me on the internet. Then have me a list of class c prescriptions. Waste of time and money. Left with nothing. Went to an urgent care where I was provided 2 breathing treatments and an inhaler. I have been to many minute clinics in the past while in college just because it was always easier to get treated here for minor illnesses then waiting to make an appointment with my PCP. Today my experience was negative enough to possibly never go back to a minute clinic. The nurse was beyond rude and judgmental and just wanted to try and brush me off. She acted as if I was incompetent and was very condescending in her tone and demeanor. I wish I had gotten her name, I have never had such a negative experience from a health care practitioner before or from minute clinic...walked out without getting any services done. read more

Check in online! I didn't know that was an option otherwise I would have. I got there at 11:15. 1 hour 30 wait. I decided to get my car washed instead of waiting around. I returned about 11:50 expecting a 25 minute wait. It was a couple minutes longer- ok I can deal with that. I sat for a while and checked the wait time again-WHAT now it's up to 1 hour 45 minutes because the nurse has to take a lunch break. I don't have a problem with lunch breaks but why not alert me ahead of time.!!! I gave up and left. I took 1 hour sick time to get my car washed! Came in at 6pm on a weekday after suffering for days with a UTI. Was extremely apprehensive about being seen and the treatment plan but within twenty minutes, I was in with the NP, received my antibiotics, and was on my way home. She was as sweet as can be, very calm and respectful to my pain, and did everything she could to make sure my treatment was affordable due to not being insured at this time. We went there last Friday when my daughter came down with a UTI. More than 3 hours later, we were seen. We showed up before they opened and the Nurse Practitioner saw only 2 patients in the 3 hours we waited. When I questioned her about what was taking so long, she was rude and said she could give us the phone number for the emergency room. When I told her we weren't going to the emergency room for a UTI, she said we would just have to wait because she was slammed. 2 patients in 3 hour is slammed? Most actual doctors would have seen 20 patients in that time. I wouldn't go to this Minute Clinic again if my life depended on it. I highly recommend that you stay away and find a much better run facility. read more

Just want to warn people not to use this clinic. They quoted me $28 for a TB test. I spoke with three different people who gave me the same price quote. When I went back 48 hours later to have the test read, they said it would cost another $28. This is not the industry norm,and doesn't happen anywhere else. Why weren't they upfront about their prices? Also, the place was filthy. Absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone!!! read more

I cannot recommend this place enough! When walking in the clinic you can see how friendly the staff all are, especially the NP that works there. NP took good care of me. she was friendly, courteous, and efficient. This place is also clean and spacious. There was absolutely no waiting , while I was there during mid day. I was checked in, consulted, tested, diagnosed, treated, and was out the door in 30 minutes. The nurse practitioner even called me a week later to see if I was okay and how I was doing on my medication. Despise the fact that I was sick as hell and was having trouble seeing a primary doctor it was easy going to see a nurse practitioner in CVS. Coming here totally made my day having an awesome, caring NP here. So if I ever get sick or have trouble seeing a doctor, I highly recommend coming to this place again. read more
