I needed a 8ftx6ft birthday backdrop to be done in two days. I submitted a project quote here on Yelp and I had several responses from other printing shops including RedDot Printing. I was told my backdrop couldn't be done in two days, I was told that my image's resolution was too small, and other printing shops never responded. Z from RedDot Printing responds within minutes. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request. I knew that I placed this order last minute and I knew I was an amateur with the design, but Z made my vision into reality. Z, thank you so much for everything. Your work is impeccable! Printed. I designed them on Canva, but needed them printed (like real trading cards). I called Z and from the first phone call, he was pleasantly helpful. After a couple of back and forth emails, he had them off to print. I picked up within a week of our first conversation and was blown away at the final product. Exceeding my expectations, truly. Z was able to help me make each of our 12 players their own card, which I then packaged as a team set and gave each player within a homemade/DIY sleeve. This is an update to my previous review. In response to my refund request, they would only do it…read moreif I deleted my review while also saying I'm not a nice person. That's a pet peeve of mine when businesses try to alter reviews by "If you rate us five stars on yelp, you get a complimentary _____" or "We will only provide a refund if you delete the review." I opted not to and requested a charge back through my bank which I knew would likely fail as the business did make an attempt to correct the issue. My gripe is it shouldn't have come to this. All three passport photos were out of spec, and one was flat out rejected. If a service isn't adequate, any business should provide a refund when they know it's not feasible to re-do the service. I was only asking for a refund on the one that was rejected. I hope this review brings about better customer service and more compassion. As I said in my previous review, their other services are fine, and my experience shouldn't deter you from coming here.
