I needed a 8ftx6ft birthday backdrop to be done in two days. I submitted a project quote here on Yelp and I had several responses from other printing shops including RedDot Printing. I was told my backdrop couldn't be done in two days, I was told that my image's resolution was too small, and other printing shops never responded. Z from RedDot Printing responds within minutes. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request. I knew that I placed this order last minute and I knew I was an amateur with the design, but Z made my vision into reality. Z, thank you so much for everything. Your work is impeccable! When it was my turn I said hello to the associate, gave her my package and she scanned my phone, and gave me my receipt. Then it was my boyfriend's turn after. He said, "Hello, sorry I have a lot." She didn't say anything, no hello, no it's okay, how can I help, NOTHING....First sign of rudeness and bad customer service. If someone doesn't greet me, that's already a big no no & red flag. She starts scanning the codes and taking the packages, all this while she looks annoyed, like we're bothering her. After a few scans she tells him, "can you turn up your brightness." But with attitude. Once he noticed there were 2 people in line he told her that was it and we ended up going to the kiosk to do it ourselves. While we're at the kiosk when people would come in she would say, "Welcome." But not in a friendly way or ready to help. An older lady came in, went to the counter, said hello and tried to make small talk with the associate. The associate didn't greet her or go along with the small talk. No smile, nothing. I felt bad for the lady. Then other people start coming in and all of a sudden her attitude changes. She starts greeting them by name, asking how they're doing and being all nice. The other associate in the back also comes to the counter and starts small talk with one of those customers. I was like, wow. So now you know, if you come in here, just get straight to business, don't expect friendliness and good customer service....unless you are a regular & they know you. Unfortunately, this one is about 4 min from where I live, but won't be coming here anymore. Don't want to go somewhere where I feel like I'm bothering them and feel rushed. I'll drive the extra 5 min to the Woodburry location. Nicer, cleaner and better customer service.

This next part is kind of embarrassing but it must be mentioned...I mixed up their hours and went to pick it up on friday at 5:03pm but they had just closed at 5pm. I panicked because I was literally having people come down to help me with my photoshoot the next day and the shop is closed on the weekends. Closing early and then being rude to a customer who arrived during business hours is unacceptable. This review is looonnnng overdue. My family and I were planning a family reunion of over 200 family members. The family reunion was taking place in St.Lucia, July 2018 (the Helen of the West Indies). We were planning a family reunion with a Give Back component - so we had more items than usual. We needed a whole bunch of things done - like, t-shirts, stage banners, step and repeat banner, concert tickets, flyers, keychains, wristbands, name-tags...keep in mind that these items are needed in St.Lucia - to be shipped internationally. I can't begin to tell you the type of service we received - from precision with the correct coloring - our family logo to be represented and printed on all items, like the color on the t-shirt and the color of the banner - the same color but different fabric - James and Robert were masters at knowing exactly what to do to get the same color on all outputs - I was clueless about the process - I was educated professionally and patiently and the end results on all our orders were UNBELIEVABLY AMAZING - top of the line, quality output. Everyone in the St.Lucia bragged about the t-shirts, banners, wristband etc we brought home. Additionally every item made it to St.Lucia on time. Here is something else...at the final hour we decided to get wristbands... To get the best price on that promotional item, James (the owner) had to order the wristbands from China and guess what - he worked some magic...wristbands from China to St.Lucia - we were scared that the wristbands would not arrive on time - James said "I'll get it done"... - I'm telling you...the wristbands made it to St.Lucia in record time... I think it took less than 24 hours to ship from China to St.Lucia - in all, we couldn't believe when the wristbands arrived in St.Lucia - we were not expecting such an early arrival. Additionally, James delivered every item on time as promised...he ensure we had enough time to get all items to St.Lucia before the reunion. What an amazing experience we had with James and his team. Oh! and one last thing...BELIEVE ME...I shopped around to other prominent places before we decided to go with James, Minuteman Press - RESULTS - the pricing on alllllll of his items where significantly less - we had a huge cost savings. Oh, one more...I've got to tell you this last experience...James and his team go "the extra mile" in understanding his client's expectations and understanding the magnitude of their project - not only my huge project but while I was there I saw him handle small jobs too - Here is an example of what I mean when I say "the extra mile" - while I was in St.Lucia a couple of days before the reunion, I needed some name-tags...there were a couple of other family members still at home (HB) who were leaving for St.Lucia the afternoon. I called James that morning and ask him whether he would be able to make the special name-tags for me. So my cousin is running around doing last minute stuff - and need to leaves for the airport by 2pm - you all know how it is traveling - things pop up no matter how much you plan...well it happened - and James came to our rescue...he knew how valuable the name-tags were - I emailed him the design, he printed them and delivered to my cousin in Huntington Beach. Thanks you James and your team for going above and beyond...going "the extra mile" providing all the items to make our family reunion a success... I recommended on a scale of 1 to 10, - I give an 11 - I highly recommend James and his team for all your printing jobs...you will not only receive top quality output products - you will receive it on-time and save on the cost - COST SAVINGS too AND have an amazing experience that money can not buy.
