The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and elegant--exactly what you'd hope for when shopping for the dress of your dreams. But what truly made this experience unforgettable was Susie. She gave the most amazing customer service I have ever experienced, hands down. From start to finish, she was professional, attentive, kind, and--most importantly--genuinely excited to help me find my wedding dress. She made what could have been a stressful process feel fun, smooth, and even magical. Susie listened closely to what I was envisioning and quickly pulled several gowns that matched both my style and budget. I never felt pressured or rushed. She made sure I had time to try on each dress thoroughly and even encouraged me to revisit my top choices so I could feel confident in my decision. Her eye for detail is unmatched--she noticed the little things that made a big difference, from the way certain fabrics moved to how the dress would photograph in different lighting. What stood out most was how easy and comfortable she made the entire process. She was patient, honest (in the best way), and incredibly intuitive. It felt like shopping with a knowledgeable best friend who truly had my back and wanted nothing more than for me to feel beautiful and confident. The rest of the team at the shop was also wonderful--helpful, friendly, and professional--but Susie really went above and beyond. She followed up after my appointment to make sure I felt good about my decision and answered every little question I had with care. I first learned about Miosa Bride-Folsom on Instagram when I saw that Randy Fenoli will be having his trunk show there. I made my appointment online. Then I received a link to the Miosa Bride Dashboard where I could "like" dresses available on their Lookbook so that my stylist can get a sense of what I'm looking for. I also received a call confirming my appointment, going through details and logistics of how a Trunk Show works at Miosa, and was able to share some dresses I have in mind. When I arrived, I was immediately welcomed in and checked in. We waited until all 8 brides arrived for the appointment time to hear a special welcome message from the designer Randy Fenoli himself. My stylist was Sophia and I cannot say enough good things about her. Let's start: - Sophia got a clear idea of what I was looking for. - I shared the top 3 dresses I was MOST looking forward to in the trunk so and like a NINJA she worked fast to get my #1 dress in my fitting room. This is a huge deal because the bridal salon was BUSY, and for my stylist to advocate for me and work to get what my heart was set on meant the world. - Sophia gave my family and I enough time to savor in our YES TO THE DRESS moment that I didn't feel rushed. - I felt understood and heard, not pushed around to make a sale. The professionalism and friendliness of all the staff was present - We were welcomed with water and then celebrated with champagne! I highly recommend shopping for your dream bridal gown at Miosa. This is a reply to Britney from my original post. Stating that I used to be a former employee (mind you almost 4 years ago) is irrelevant and is violating my privacy. Yes, I worked for Miosa before. I had high hopes to finding my dress in one of the establishments. Also, yes I know exactly how the bridal industry is and I know what to say and what not to say to a bride in order to make her feel her best to aid in finding "the one." Given the fact that this time I'm a customer trying to express my experience here, then having you justifying the poor actions of your worker and not accepting accountability shows the hypocrisy and bias as a manager to protect and dismiss the discouraging experience I had. Like you said, context matters right? Keep in mind, there's a reason why I chose my dress at Miosa Downtown Sacramento as oppose to your location after my first appointment there, even though I had a total of 2 appointments at your location. First appointment, was with Faith and she was so kind and amazing, second appointment was hoping for the same experience and it went south. Instead of trying to check a discouraged customer/bride, you should try to implement trainings on how to encourage brides during an appointment. I went for my wedding dress appointment last Saturday at Miosa (Folsom location) and WOW, I couldn't be happier with my experience. Upon entering the store, my group was immediately greeted with warm smiles, a pristine facility, and we were led to our fitting room. All of the rooms are separated so all parties had their own space and the dressing area was a good size. Masks had to be kept on due to COVID protocols but it wasn't an issue while trying on dresses. Alex is your go-to consultant if you want to find your dream dress! From the moment he entered the room, he made it clear that his first priority was the bride and he took all of my needs/feedback and ran with them. Alex pulled a good variety of dresses that fit my wants/needs and a few that were wild cards. He brought out three "batches" of dresses so the process wasn't overwhelming and he was open to anything I wanted to try on. Overall, I tried on +/- 10 dresses and Alex made me feel confident in all of them. I ended up picking a dress that was a "wild card" and I'm completely obsessed. That dress had me singing and dancing in the fitting room... Alex made the entire process stress-free and fun. Thank you so so much Alex, I can't wait for my dress to come in! read more

When I tell you I had an even better experience than I could ever have imagined. I fully went in with the intention of just trying to figure out what I'm comfortable in so that I can find a dress at a later time. But what happened instead was surreal but so important for me and my confidence as a bride. I am someone who has very low confidence and I suffer with body acne. I thought finding a dress I felt any amount of beautiful in was going to be a long shot. But the girl who got stuck with my anxious butt totally got me. She understood my struggle which meant everything. It made the difference in finding my dress and finding the confidence in it. I found my dress that day. Or should I say I said yes to the dress, after all. But more than that I made a friend. Melissa is an absolute gem and a force when it comes to making sure her bride feels nothing short of comfortable and sure about the answers and decisions that they give her. She was a wonderful advocate and with a little help from my mom was able to find my perfect fairycore dream dress. Thank you Melissa! You may never know how much that actually meant to me! I literally cannot say enough nice things about Alex at Miosa Bride! He absolutely exceeded my expectations in helping me find my dream dress. He spent time in the beginning asking my very specific questions, trying to find out exactly what I was looking for, and he truly listened because every single dress was closer and closer to what I wanted until we found the one! He was very patient as we went through probably 15 dresses before we found it, and he never rushed me or seemed annoyed. He was extremely attentive and so nice to all my guests, and my 3 month old niece as well! When I did find the one, he squeezed me and seemed so genuinely happy that we found it! Miosa Bride in Folsom was also beautiful as a whole. Very boujee looking with white marble floors and sparkling chandeliers, and private rooms! With that said, we found lots of dresses still in our price range of $2,000! And COVID had absolutely no effect on our day either. We were able to have snacks, and champagne and stay in our private room, and we felt very safe! I am so grateful I went to Miosa Bridal (Folsom) to find my wedding dress. My bridal stylist Kiley was the best, and I am so grateful for her extensive knowledge and kindness for the entire duration of my appointment. Weeks before my appointment, Maddy reached out to get some information and would answer any questions I had. On the day of my appointment, I was a little nervous to try on dresses, but all that went away as soon as Kiley started to walk me through what was going to happen during my appointment. She made sure that I tried on other dresses before I tried on the one I really wanted to make sure I had different perspectives before I made my decision. Which in hindsight, was the best thing I could have done. She was so gracious and kind during the various times I wanted to go back to trying the dress I ended up choosing. All 7 of my family members who came to my appointment were so happy with the experience they had. I had an absolutely perfect experience at Miosa Bride Folsom! I highly recommend this boutique to any soon to be bride! I chose Miosa Bride becuase I really loved that they carry designers who make stunning, high quality wedding gowns for brides of any budget. Once I arrived for my appointment, I realized Miosa was not only a great boutique because of their stunning designers, it is also a wonderful place to buy a gown becuase of their stylist team! Once I walked in the door, I was greeted with smiling faces and kindness. Which made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I had a pretty good idea going into my appointment what kind of wedding dress I thought I wanted. But after trying on a few dresses, I just felt like my choices were falling flat. But my stylist Susie knew just what to do and suggested a few dresses I would have never thought would work on me. Such an amazing experience, this was my first time trying on wedding dresses and I was beyond excited!!! My consultant was Neni she was so sweet and listened to what I was looking for. She had asked if I had a Pinterest board with the wedding dresses that I've been looking at and I did and I am absolutely amazed with the dress I overall said yes to because it meant all my expectations! I grew up in Sacramento so I always saw Miosa bride on J St. and always imagine myself looking for a dress there. Unfortunately due to the rioting that location was destroyed but I am very glad that they opened a second location in Folsom. There's a clear difference in atmosphere when it comes to both the location in downtown is a bit more warm and a homey type of feel but overall beautiful as opposed to the new location in Folsom is very modern very chic. I highly recommend if you are in the market for a wedding dress definitely check out Miosa bride! I was lucky enough to work with Kiley, and she was there for me every step of the way--from picking out my dream dress to returning for alterations. I had the best experience at Miosa Folsom. First, I want to say how beautiful the aesthetics of the building/decor is. It really set the mood and the ambiance was everything from the private rooms to the huge body length mirrors to the drinks served (champagne/mimosa's). It gave luxury/royalty vibes because everything was new and modern. I was assigned to Sophia and she was so nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I told her what styles I was looking for and she pulled out so many gorgeous dresses for me to try. She was hands on and helped me get in and out of these wedding dresses. I tried on many and I was able to narrow it down to my 2 favorites. Sophia added it to my profile since I had other bridal fitting appointments. I was highly disappointed in the Miosa Sacramento location so I'll be back Miosa Folsom to finalize that purchase. I appreciate all your help Sophia & Miosa Folsom. I had tried on so many dresses before coming to Miosa Bride and was feeling doubtful that I would find the one. I met with Ashley who conducted a short interview to understand what my vision was for my dress and my budget. I had seen a dress in the window that I was dying to try on. Prior to trying on Ashley let me know the price given that it was outside my budget. I instantly fell in love with that dress but tried on many more dresses. While the first dress I tried on didn't end up being the one I got a dress that was very similar in style with just some more details that I wanted and it was within my budget. Ashley was so patient and explained everything to me. She was able to squeeze me back in the next day to try the dress again in the daylight given my appointment ended on a rainy evening. I would highly recommend this dress shop to anyone that is looking. The options there are endless and I'm sure everyone can find the one for them. read more
