My stylist Susie was so amazing, she asked about some details of my venue and some key words on how I want to feel in my dress. I wanted romantic, elegant, and a timeless feel. She NAILED it. I fell in love with the dress Susie picked for me and said yes! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with all the extra details I was looking for too like adding little sleeves to the dress and looking at different veil options. Tiki was AMAZING!!! His help was incredible! I came in with 2 different Brides, I'm a Bridesmaid in both weddings, and each time Tiki was incredibly helpful! Tiki was so observant and gentle with us, really zeroing in on the brides taste and style! My friend Lindsey was able to work with another stylist who helped her find her dream dress too! In fact, when I was leaving the first appointment I mentioned I'd be back for the second appointment later that Saturday and on a whim, going above and beyond, Tiki checked to make sure the appointment was there and noticed it wasn't, we had left the store already and were walking away, when he ran out of the store to find us and told us what had happened! Yesterday, I had my first ever bridal appointment. My mum and I went not expecting to really like or purchase anything, as Folsom boutiquey isn't really my vibe. Our appointment with Kiley changed everything. She pulled really great dresses and I realized they had SO many options, including plenty that didn't have the frills, sequins, beading, or lace that I was trying to avoid. Two of my favorite dresses are from their private label, so they're actually not on the website or available anywhere else. I even found a unique veil that we LOVE and haven't seen online or anywhere else. Despite being nervous, Kiley made me feel really comfortable and was perfect. I could not recommend her enough. She even highlighted their Black Friday sales for me. Although I was planning to buy something off the rack or used, I'm going back tomorrow and will likely order my dress! Finally, as a queer person having a queer wedding, I felt safe & comfortable here. Initially I had a great experience and found the dress I can't wait to wear on my wedding day! Fast forward my dress wasn't suppose to come in until January 2024 and I randomly checked my portal and it said there was new charges to my account with a $250 storage fee so I called Miosa Bride Folsom last week and they said my dress has been at the store since the beginning of October and they emailed me... I never received an email. So I made an appointment for yesterday at 11am. I didn't realized it would be so busy (after thanksgiving/families in town) they took the $250 off after hassle then escorted me into a little closet in the back to try on my dress with no mirrors or lights in the room. There was dust bunny's and hair everywhere because it's not a common area where people try dresses on. Employees were stepping over my dress to bring other brides dresses to try on. My sister had to ask for champagne and veils to try on with my dress. After spending $4200 I'd think they would've atleast treated a paying customer better. I called the store today and spoke with the manger Brittany. All I got was "I'm sorry it was really busy that day..." next time try to not over schedule so brides who pay for dresses can have the same experience from start to finish. I'll recommend an Enzoani dress to all future brides but maybe try a different bridal shop! read more

Because they measured me so perfectly during the try on period I didn't have to get any alterations done really! From making my sister feel comfortable and at ease to providing comprehensive education and thorough recommendations, Melissa was a true professional and a genuine pleasure to work with. Customer service is outstanding. I'm plus sized and up until my appointment at this Miosa branch, I didn't have much success finding THE dress. While so many beautiful dresses, none felt like me and matched my body type in a way that it looked like my body (they usually made me look like I have a very short torso when in fact I have a slightly longer than average torso). I also wanted a lightweight dress I can move freely in without compromising beauty and potential color. My stylist, Kiley, was absolutely amazing, attentive, and compassionate. She made sure to measure me well, considering comfort as well as fit. She listened intently on my preferences, and the first dressed I tried in I cried. Because I finally saw my body. Me. Something that didn't make me feel like I was shorter or bigger than I was (which nothing wrong with that of course, it just wasn't my body type when I looked in the mirror). It was also lightweight while still gorgeous. We tried on many other dresses after that that were all amazing too that it was actually hard to make a decision. Then I found the one. Because it had everything I loved about the first dress, but a but lighter, lace work and sparkle I preferred a bit more, and a very light splash of lilac color which I was hoping for (something that wasn't just traditional white or ivory). I was so stunned it took me a moment to say yes to the dress and I'm so so happy I did!
