Unfortunately, we were in a fender bender and needed our vehicle repaired. I can't comment on pricing because we went through our insurance. From the day we dropped off the car to the day it was finished, it was 13 days total. They mentioned it could take up to a month because they had to wait for parts from the manufacturer, so this was pretty good. Also, they would send us daily texts with updates on our vehicle. Dropping off and picking up the vehicle was easy. Most of the people working there were cordial. The parking lot was spacious; it was easy to get in and out of; it is in a convenient location. The repairs that were done on our vehicle was good. Overall, a good body shop to get auto body repairs, especially if your insurance covers it.

Melissa and Mike were professional and it was apparent from the start that these folks knew their "stuff". Because both were insurance claims, these people arranged for rentals to be picked up at the shop, and because there were "issues" with the estimates, they contacted the insurance adjuster. I did absolutely nothing, other than dropping the vehicles off and picking them up when the work had been expertly completed. Highly recommend them if you require QUALITY and TIMELY repairs.

Due to some roots they were unable to add the metal edging around the trees. Got some different options and went with some stone work which was done so beautifully. The crew also noticed the new deck that was built for the pool was built very poorly and suggested I contact the construction company. I did on their suggestion and the construction company admitted to their poor build and decided to rip it down and rebuild with new material and a new crew. Lawn and Order saved me a huge problem with their suggestions. I already have a few more projects in mind and I will be using Lawn and Order. These guys are AMAZING.

Will you get a matching set of four? Probably not, but can you argue with $100 to replace ALL your tires? Perfect for someone with a beater that just uses their car to get around town and doesn't see any sense in spending much for new tires. More important to this review: my situation. Balancing tires is somewhat of an art form. And god did I have some horrendous tires and wheels on my truck. Honestly, they were beyond repair. But even so, Rolando and his helper ALMOST got rid of all the vibration related to poor balancing on my original wheels. It was a good job given what he had to work with. But finally, I had it with the stock tires and wheels. So two weeks later, I craigslisted me a nice set of gently used alloy wheels with Goodyear Kevlar All-Terrain tires on them, and I took them straight to Ronaldo. He ran into some challenges during the balancing process, but the result? PURRRRRRFECT. No vibration whatsoever. And amazingly, he charges $5 to mount and balance a tire. CRAZY! I tip him every time. Technically, the total cost of services rendered during my two visits was $55, but I've paid him $80. Worth it. Yeah, it's just a little tire shop crammed into a garage in New Britain. Hours on Saturday were 8-6pm...was a little tough to communicate that and get an answer. They were ready to replace my 120$ Hancook tires with a 25 dollar tire...which would have been fine. But I made it clear I wanted to keep my tire if at all possible, and they removed a 1 inch screw and just charged me for the patch, which I would have to say is honesty since I dropped it off and picked it up. full disclosure, this experience was nearly a year ago but the location was just suggested to me by…read moreyelp so I'm writing this up now. They aren't great at sticking to appointments. I brought the car in for an oil change and to troubleshoot a lack of heat on the driver side. They advised they confirmed the heat was working despite not letting it run long enough to possibly get up to temp. I told them I would go run some errands and come back to show them what the issue was. Before I was able to get back I was called and asked to come back becasue the bay the car was in "had some fluid" in it. I asked what kind and they said they would figure it out. it was oil. The filter gasket was cracked and it leaked nearly all the new oil out in my 15 minutes of running around. When it was back in the bay they also left the plastic skid plate hanging by one screw under the filter and I could see the oil dripping off of it. #1. Troublehsoot the customer complaints #2. How are you going to not notice a cracked filter gasket, or did you just not care? #3. If you can't identify that a mystery fluid in the bay is engine oil you should lose your ASE certification. #4. After coming back the following day (and sitting in their lobby for hours, my airbag light was on (new) and I was told they don't touch airbags and I need to go to the dealer. They did fix that when I asked them how they replaced the heater core without taking the dash apart which would have required removing at least the cable for the passenger airbag indicator. That only took them 20 minutes to fix after I told them I would be having the dealer invoice them if I needed to go there. I have the lifetime alignment service so that is the only thing the vehicle will be back in for and only because I'm sure they won't refund it several years after purchase.

Why bother making an appointment if they're not even going to TRY to honor it? I took my key back and left with no oil change (no apology, either). All in all these people wasted four hours of my day. Congratulations, Firestone, you have permanently lost a longtime customer.
