From the day we dropped off the car to the day it was finished, it was 13 days total. They mentioned it could take up to a month because they had to wait for parts from the manufacturer, so this was pretty good. Also, they would send us daily texts with updates on our vehicle. Dropping off and picking up the vehicle was easy. Most of the people working there were cordial. The parking lot was spacious; it was easy to get in and out of; it is in a convenient location.
