They do a great job here for 15 Bucks. They are friendly and are quick with it. I go here about every 3 months. There was street parking available in front like on slower days like Monday-Tuesday at 10am. Will go back for my next fresh cut for sure read more

Honestly, this place deserves much higher than it's 3 star rating! A solid haircut at a working class price and a beautiful microcosm of East Oakland. Prices start at $12 for women and $10 for men and in the 20 minutes I was there, there were Asian folks, Hispanic folks, and white folks. In their own words, they don't mess around with the really fancy stuff but if you're looking for a good haircut at a great price, this is the spot! BEAWARE OF THIS PLACE. I asked for a simply trim with scissors. A few inches off is all I'm asking for. She kept telling me ok and started to prep my hair. As she started to cut my hair she took the trimmer and started using it to cut my hair. I told her before I sat down that all I wanted was a scissors trim and she told me ok. Don't get fooled how the area and the environment looks. They do speak their language a lot. It does not bother me. Most of my coworkers go here for haircut and highlights. They always go here for Debbie. Just Debbie, period. I tried having highlights and hair cut here every now and then and I am satisfied. Best of all it is cheap compared to other salon. read more

After having the typical long, layered, Asian girl hairstyle for most of my life, I finally decided that I wanted a change, a BIG change. I drive past Miracle Beauty Salon every day on my way home from work and it's usually pretty packed. So, I figured that I would give it a try. I made an appointment to for a haircut and shampoo. When I got there, I noticed that the salon was small, but clean. All the stylists there were very friendly and talkative. My stylist called me over and had me sit in her chair. -- Now, I have to tell you that I was extremely nervous and having second thoughts about chopping off over 10 inches of hair! But I stuck to my guns and decided to go through with it; it was probably due to the coaxing of my stylist, who put me at ease with small talk and jokes. After the initial shock of losing so much hair, I took a good look at the actual cut and LOVED IT! The stylist had a great eye for symmetry and I can't say that I was disappointed at all. She even taught me how to blow out my hair at home. Altogether, the cut and shampoo was $20. What a GREAT deal! So much more worth it than those pricey salons that don't even cut your hair the way that you want. Looks like I found a new go-to place to get my hair done! read more

Hair cut took like 10 minutes max, the lady did not even try. She just took my hair and snipped off 4-5 inches when I said only two and she didn't even offer me a mirror when it was finished. I had to ask and even then she had my brother hold it up for me. Hair was uneven and choppy too. Don't go there. read more

Decent place to get your brows waxed. Haircut& color? Not so much. Even though I'm left with a wax residue, my brows look great and never too thin. It's only $5, so why complain abut the wax residue right? I can just wash it off when I get home. But let me tell you about my experience getting my hair colored here... It was quite a few years ago. I'm a natural brunette going for red. My hair was bleached and heat-dried to the point where my scalp was burning. I didn't think that was supposed to happen so I told them about this and they said the process was done. To top it off, they were talking amongst theirselves in their language and basicly made me feel left out. Safe to say I won't be going there for haircuts or color. It REALLY deserve a ZERO star! I had the worst hair cut ever in my life. Its cheap for a reason..... My haircut was so bad that my friend with no experience had to re-cut it. It came out alot nicer then the lady at the shop did. Coulda save my money and spented it on food instead. There is also a long wait. Save your TIME and MONEY to go elsewhere. Or else you might have to hide in the house for a long time until your hair grows back!!!! read more

Great service! Very nice workers. I haven't come here since I was about 12. The stylists listens and actually cut your hair the way you ask them to. They're also very patient with my little boys. Especially with my 1yo absolutely hating getting cuts. He isn't the easiest to work with. I've become a regular here. read more

NEVER GO THERE.. they rush your hair cut.. The Vietnamese lady talks NON STOP WHILE CUTTING YOUR HAIR.. they fked up my hair yesterday because of her talking to her co worker non fking stop.. I got home n noticed how fkd up it was.. Went back to fix it.. They blamed me.. And were RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL.. talking shit in their language while cutting my hair WTF? I've been going there for over 15 yrs fkn years! I try to give them a chance but they still manage to fk ish up!! Such a typical non english speaking employee talkin ish abt customers while doing their sloppy job.. How dare them!! My friends has been going as well since 15yr old.. I came on Sunday morning, and had a ma'am cut my hair. She did a horrible job. Only $10 for my hair and its cheap, but you get what you paid for. I would not recommend this place for ppl who just want to cut their hair short, not for those who like to cut their hair nicely. read more

It's the worst place I have ever been to to cut my hair. DON'T EVER GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! They f***d up my hair and my boyfriends hair. They have bad service too. I asked the lady to cut my boyfriend's hair a little shorter on the side and on the top. When I tell her that, she complains to the lady that was cutting my hair. Worst of all, when another customer came in, he asked how long will he have to wait? The lady with the giant mole that was cutting my hair said "right now", when she wasn't even done cutting my hair. I was like wtf? Then she said, "Is this short enough?" When she chopped off 2 inches off my hair. I only asked her to cut a little bit of my hair. She didn't even bother to offer me the mirror so that I can look at the back of my hair cause she wanted to kick me out of my chair so that she can get another customer to sit down on my chair. I had to ask for the mirror. My hair was a mess, my hair was so uneven and my bangs are really short.
