So, I called to ask about the wait and they said probably around 15 mins, so I was about 10 mins away and felt this would be my best option. They weren't personable at all and no small talk at all, just confirmed what I wanted and the shape and thickness I like my brows. It wasn't the gentleness threading I'm used to, but she got the job done and my brows looked great. I felt like they hurt a bit after for a couple of days, so I was wondering if I'd been cut, but I just took care of it at home in my routine moisture care maintenance. I created an appointment, however, I unfortunately chose a "gel manicure" instead of the correct "acrylic-full set" that I usually get. Definitely a mistake on my end, however, the nail technician was able to explain to me the error in my booking and how she does not work with acrylic. I instead opted to have my daughter get her nails and toes done. The process was very easy and Vladlena made sure that she was comfortable, however, by the time I got in the car my daughters toe-nail polish was coming off and by the time I got home she only had polish on 4/10 fingers which was a huge disappointment due to the fact that my daughter was very excited to get them done. She had fantastic customer service and talked to me the whole time! Due to covid she has take greater practices to keep everyone safe. She takes temperatures and sanitize your hands before entering into the business. I asked for eyebrow threading and upper lip. I loved my threader. Her name is Nisa (might be spelled differently) and she was so funny and easy to talk to. I'm sure I'm not alone in this, but going to a new brow place always feels like a risk. There is always the fear of potentially getting your brows messed up. Nisa and I laughed about this. I told her I wanted my brows thick and long. She determined a light clean up with be good for them and I was really happy with the results. We giggled about past nightmare brow stories and how threading one side of the face can be more painful than the other sometimes. It was good convo and above all else a good experience. Eyebrow threading is $15 and upper lip was $10. I'm looking forward to returning and getting my brows done here again.

On walking in for my first ever visit, I was shocked to be greeted in a bright, clean, and very quiet spot. I was the only customer and was quickly greeted by Nisa. I appreciated that she asked what service I'd like to get and I asked her the cost ahead of time, as the service list was scrolling across the digital screen and had already passed the threading services. She told me to have a seat and then went to wash her hands, and came back to begin my eyebrow threading service. She was nice and personable and asked me how I like my eyebrows. I thought it was a nice gesture that she recognized that I had never been to the business and usually go elsewhere, so she acknowledged wanting to learn more about the thickness I like and shape. She worked quickly to clean up my brows and while working a couple of other customers came in and she was able to greet them while still providing my service. She was patient and kept providing the mirror for me to provide feedback to her on whether I was happy with my brows or if I wanted her to continue working to remove any fine hairs or to continue improving the shape. This visit definitely exceeded my expectations because I was not expecting it to be personable and to have someone so patient who really did value my happiness with my brows. Overall great service and I would recommend this place to others for your brow services. I will definitely return. I also think this is a newer location and she did tell me they have been on West broad for many years, so seems like a place with a good history.
