On top of this, I got home and my linen pottery barn curtains were ripped and they didn't even tell me about it. I put my clothes in the dryers and stepped out briefly to pick up my mom. When I came back (about 15 minutes later) the employee had taken my clothes out of two of the four dryers I was using, even though the laundromat was empty and there were plenty of open dryers. She said another customer need it the dryers, and later claimed her employer told her to remove unattended loads. I told her that I 100% agreed when is busy and no dryers are available. What bothered me most is the inconsistency! on a previous visit, when the laundromat was extremely busy, I waited over 45 minutes for an unattended dryer because the staff told me removing clothes would be an "invasion of privacy." I used to like coming here and would drive 7-8 minutes from home, even with laundromats closer to me. But after today, I won't be returning.
