After 1 year, I made a medical decision to switch to an audiologist at my medical practice. Since leaving hearing life, they have called many times trying to get me to make an appointment. I suspect this is from a national call center. I have said NO with an explanation several times. Sometimes they call several days in a row from different phone numbers. The reason for my low rating is they kept calling even after I asked to be removed from the calling list.

Me and my wife have been using these services for a while and can whole-heartedly recommend Dr. Teresa Leverett as she has not given us a headache even once. Payment is straight-forward. Costs are stated up front. If she can't do something, she'll help you find someone who can. She's a doctor who actually seems to care about her patients, and we're glad we went with her.

He had an appointment with this practice today and they refused him as a patient due to having a history heart issues. He wasn't looking for a heart specialist, he has one; he was looking for a general practitioner that cares about the patient. When I called, questioning why she refused him as a patient, she was condescending and even asked if I would have made the call questioning her decision if she was a man. I was also told she has 'the right' to refuse anyone she doesn't feel is a 'good fit' with her practice.

My mother made an appointment to see them, without my knowledge, but we could never get around to…read moregetting there. Either the weather hampered our travel, or there was another appointment with another of my mother's doctors. The receptionist, Melissa, was so patient and cheerful, so genuinely so, I was feeling bad that we couldn't get our act together. Usually receptionists eventually give up. We cancelled at least 4 times, at a minimum, but Melissa didn't seem to bat an eyelash and accepted all our changes graciously. I will admit to having a bad attitude. I was starting to think my mother was a serial hard-of-hearing hypochondriac who liked getting her hearing tested. We have gone through two hearing tests, made two purchases, to no success. The hearing pieces were either too difficult for her to wear or would get lost. So, I saw this as a total waste of time and lots of money down the drain. Boy, am I glad we eventually visited them. What a pleasant and wholly life-changing surprise for my mother. They greeted us with genuine warmth and happiness that we finally made it. Genuine smiles. Not flashy smiles that disappear into officiousness: let me have your credit card, please. They didn't even ask for the credit card in fact until two visits later, after the hearing aid were fit to my mother's satisfaction. Obviously, I could write a blogpost about them. These people love their work. Did I say they love their work? Kristine, the Board Certified Instrument Specialist, genuinely gets excited explaining things and we literally enjoyed our visit. She loves helping people. She knows that she's providing people a much needed service. She spent at least 2.5 hours with us testing my mother's hearing. She explained everything to us in detail. And she was actually engaging. She really communicated! How many people don't do that. Too many go through the motions. Not this business. This is a business that doesn't have to advertise, as they have a word-of-mouth reputation. But I am taking it upon myself to create this account for them because they provide such a genuine service to people with hearing loss. They answer all your questions. And they provide a wonderful service. They aren't there to sell you a particular brand. They have lots to choose from. They also cleaned my mothers ears, which is more complicated than one thinks. They give batteries for life, too. My mother's life has changed. Dramatically. And so has mine. Now it's ME who listens to the television too loudly because my mother had the TV on so loud I was so used to it. Now, I get crickets from her bedroom because she turns the TV down because everything is so magnified. I cannot express how grateful I am to Kristine and her staff for changing my mother's quality of life -- 100%. If you love your loved one, then however far you must do so: drive to this particular office. Not any other. These people love their jobs, and they love serving you.

Our dentist Dr. Nichol is the best !!!, followed by Dr. Doug who happens to be married to her. This office is thriving with multiple dentists, technicians & office staff. The office seems to be busy all the time. I recommend using Dunstan Dental for all your dental needs. Today I spent 3.5 hours in the chair having multiple procedures done. Todays invoice was a choker for sure but God Bless dental insurance picking up 50% of the invoice. It seems like I must come out of retirement & get a job to pay the bill. Only kidding but going to the dentist is not an inexpensive proposition.
