Tried miracle in sight for the first time! I originally found them on yelp and since they're right down the street from me I decided to give them a chance. We are so glad we did. Scheduling an appointment was simple and their website is easy to navigate. I was scheduled for an appt within an hour of me reaching out. ( for the next morning) I was able to pick a package that was a great price and just what we needed. When we arrived we had the pleasure of meeting Melody. She is very professional and gave my family and I a warm welcome. The room wasnt too big However, it was very calming and comfortable. Overall, I loved the set up! Melody did an amazing job with my scan. Im 34 weeks already so I anticipated getting some fuzzy shots. But melody still pulled off a very memorable moment for my kids. They loved seeing their baby sister on screen and in 3D. Just a heads up, I was reminded that their was no recording or photos allowed . we definitely respected that and everyone else should too :) We were able to select our photos as a family and we couldn't be happier. During Covid, my husband has only been able to come to 2 appointments with me. I made an appointment here to see our baby even though I'm due in less than a week bc he really wanted to have another ultrasound. Our insurance only provided 2 so this was a perfect option. I was told during the scheduling process that bc I'm so close to being due and bc she is so low, there's a high chance of not getting many good facial pictures. I wasn't worried about that, more just wanted to see her and make sure her umbilical cord wasn't around her neck at all. They were still able to get some good pictures of our baby though! Great experience! Went in at 27 weeks to see a glimpse of baby girl and was very happy with choosing miracle in sight very comfortable and professional setting. Got some great pics even though my daughter was shoved up on one side and didn't wana move to much haha. Tech was very patient and did the very best to get good pics. We loved our first visit so much that we are now scheduled to return for a second one. The staff is so very kind and friendly, and very patient and flexible with working around our scheduling needs so long as they aren't booked up; which is completely understandable. Our first visit our baby girl was being SO stubborn and luckily we had spare time so the sweet woman let me stand up and drink more juice to get her to move around-which worked! Came in for the 3D ultrasound. I found this gem through yelp (of course). Check in was easy and once I filled out the paperwork, we were taken into one of the rooms. The room was big with two couches and a huge screen. The tech (I forgot her name) was wonderful! She helped my baby show her face and we got to see all of her! It was quite an experience. My baby wasn't cooperating so it took a while to get the shot we needed, but our ulta sound technician was so patient and kind and took the time we needed. Its sad to me that there so few words in the English language to express how awful these people are. Words like "assholes" and "complete idiots" fail to capture the depth and breadth of Miracle in Sight. But I'll try. Long story short, the wife and I had a 4pm appointment. We ran four (4) minutes late, for which I did the courteous thing and called ahead to say we were running behind. We showed up with the baby doing back flips from the sno cone my wife ate. And we sat. And we waited, and waited, and waited. At 4:30, I was told "the room should be ready any minute now." At 4:45, the tech finally came out of the room from the folks who had just had their ultrasound, and began trying to figure out how to make the printer work so she could print their images. At 4:55, as the tech was on the phone with someone still trying the fix the printer, I told the office lady "thanks very much, but I think we're going to cancel this." She offered to reschedule, but my wife was quite steamed and wanted out. So I declined, and since I had prepaid (like a moron, no advantage to you, every advantage to Miracle In Sight), I asked for a refund on my credit card. The, ahem, helpful polite and pleasant clerk said she didn't know how to do a refund. Since I worked retail for years, I offered to show her. She declined my offer. And told me they weren't allowed to do refunds. I explained to her that she should call her boss, and tell her I would be charging back what they had put on my credit card (which, if you didn't know, costs the retailer big money and big hassle w/ MC/Visa/etc). And we left at 5:00. incidentally, the earlier group was still in the room, and the tech was still trying to print their photos. Our baby had pretty much stopped with the flips, as the sugar had long worn off. At 5:04, the owner called me (see? threaten to charge stuff back and see what happens). He proceeded to berate me for breaching the contract, for showing up late (seriously. We were four minutes late. no exaggeration), and for not waiting for his tech to figure out the printer. Like all of this is my fault. He finally gave me my money back, but not before he proved himself to be an A #One Asshole. As a piece of advice to Miracle in Sight, there are multiple business' running a 3d/4d ultrasound service. They all run about the same price point for the same service. If you're not going to distinguish yourself with cheap prices or great service or fun extras, try NOT to distinguish yourself by being rude, incompetent jerks. Ok? Ok. read more

She even let me come back the next day to try again since he was facing my back the first time. I took my 2 young daughters with me and they loved it there as well. I was a little skeptical at first, being that I purchased a Living Social coupon on a whim. $50 for something that normally costs $100+? Too good to be true! We got the 'Miracle In Sight' package which included black/white and color photos, 2 DVDs (One 2D DVD and one 4D DVD), and other little fun knick knacks that I wasn't expecting. This place is located in Round Rock, which is a trek for me (coming from South Austin), but it was well worth the savings and the fact that I could get an appointment on the weekend. The place is in a suite that seems a bit older, but has a nice 'viewing' room that doesn't feel like a doctor's office. They call it the 'Family room' and there is plenty of room for friends and family to hang out and view the 'show'. It was only me and my husband, but the room made for a comfortable and roomy experience. The ultrasound tech was very welcoming and friendly as well. Our baby was actually not being very cooperative. He had decided it was a good day to be curled up in a ball and have his legs and feet right in front of his face.It took about 20-30 minutes of jumping around, shaking my belly, and playing upbeat music for the baby to finally get him to move his feet out of the way. The tech was very helpful in giving up tips to get the baby to cooperate and was patient in trying to get us some decent shots. When we finally got a clear face shot, we unfortunately didn't have much time to take pictures before the baby decided to turn his back to us and hide his face again! Long story short, we were still able to get 10-15 pictures out of the session with clear face shots. Normally if the baby is cooperating you could get as many as 30-40, but it just wasn't our day I guess. The tech gave us the option to reschedule for another appointment if we were not satisfied with the pictures, but decided to decline a 'reschedule' due to the fact that driving to Round Rock again would be hard to coordinate. We were still happy with what we turned out with and got a nice little baggy of pictures, DVDs, and free samples on our way out. I would definitely recommend for those that are looking for a 3D/4D experience. Just make sure to book early if you want a weekend time slot (as they go quick). They also 'stress' the 'arrive 10 minutes early rule' over the phone and in there appointment reminder emails, which I appreciate. It keeps all the other appointments on schedule. Nobody wants to be rushed or have their time cut short if the previous appointment run late! read more

I've been here a total of 3 times. My first experience was back in 2016 when I purchased a Groupon for gender. It was my first pregnancy so I didn't really know what to expect. I truly enjoyed it though. Registration was very quick and my appt was very relaxing and she was very encouraging too. I recently went for my second pregnancy and it was just as a nice experience with the first. I brought my mom along and she made a comment of how nice she was when we left. read more

We recently went in for an elective ultrasound to confirm gender. We were the first appointment of the day (8:30am on Tues) so the paperwork and getting back to the room was extremely efficient and timely. The woman who performed the ultrasound was very friendly and informative. Our baby was a little stubborn staying in one position, but the tech really spent time to get some good images. Had a lovely experience for our 4D ultrasound. Unfortunately our baby decided to face my back and it took multiple attempts to get her turned. Luckily we were the last appt of the day and the ultrasound tech was so patient while we were trying everything to get her to turn. Coke finally did the trick just FYI. On my first visit, I wanted to surprise my partner with a birthday gift of our son's face. I called not expecting to be squeezed in with my late timing, BUT the owner made a point to fit me in. My first impression (it is in the back, I was a little confused, but finally found it) was extremely incredible. The sonogram room is HUGE! It's so comfortable and relaxing! There's a HUGE tv directly in front of the bed to make sure Mom gets a good view too. Our first visit I was unable to see baby boy's beautiful face :( I did call and schedule for a week later, and was finally able to see his face! I have never been SO impressed with the staff, and the price for what you received. I did get the "Miracles In Sight" package, and have not stopped looking at his photos since. Only thing I would recommend is to drink TONS of water a week or two before, and pay attention to your baby's schedule! (first time mom, can't blame me for not knowing ;) ) I will absolutely recommend Miracles in Sight to anyone expecting, and dying to see their tiny one. read more

I absolutely love this place! The tech that I had ( I feel horrible that I don't remember her name)was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and was so knowledgeable. She really knew her stuff and even took the time to explain it to me because I had no idea what I was looking at. I initially went into blooming pregnancy spa on brody which was a lot more expensive for less pictures and a wrong gender reveal. The appointment was easy and quick to set up here and you get tons more for half the price of most places. The most important part to me was finally getting a correct gender reveal everything else was a fantastic plus. The room was super comfy and they have comfortable seating for the whole family.
