I scheduled a Basic in Sight package and was very pleased with my experience. Melody is so friendly and makes you feel so comfortable. There were toys for my toddler which is always a plus and the family room (where the session takes place) is very nice! We saw our little girl and got to choose the pictures we wanted to take home. This place is the worst! The techs are not trained well in sonography or manners! The tech is not friendly or personable like you would expect at a place like this. After all this is suppose to be a very happy occasion. I made the mistake of purchasing the 2 U/S deal (not on sale either)- one for gender at 16 wks and the other for 3D later in the pregnancy. These people called me like bill collectors until I scheduled the 3D ultrasound. They were literally harassing me; calling twice a week or more. I kept telling them I wanted to wait until later but finally on the last call they told me it was my last chance to do it and they will not allow you to do it past 29 weeks for some reason. Probably lack of training and/or cheap equipment. I have had them done before at another place past 30 weeks and they turned out great. By that point the baby has enough meat on them to not look like a skeleton. Anyway, because they won't allow me to go past 29 weeks I had to schedule it on the same day that I had my gestational diabetes test done. They never mentioned to me not to do that. Well my baby slept the entire time so I got about 40 of the same exact sleeping pose from the side view. Unlike what their website claims they didn't allow me to come back for free even though the session was bad. You could tell the tech just wanted to go home. She stopped even trying to get a good pose..I had to ask for a gender shot. She kinda sighed and said she had looked before and it was hidden but after persisting she tried again and found it. Its apparent she doesn't like to do her job or take any pride in her work. Then the tech was really rude about having taken the test earlier that day and in a condescending tone told me that is why the baby was sleeping..and saying things like "I don't know why people do that"..etc.. I told her it was b/c they were harassing me to come in and do this u/s and I didn't have another free day until 2 more weeks..Then she says "yeah that would be too late.. its already really late as it is"...WTF??? What a B*! By this point, I just wanted to leave before I went off on her. The pictures all sucked and there was not one good pic on the CD. Worthless! Don't let the cheap prices reel you in! You will get what you pay for! read more

I absolutely loved our experience here! I could not have been happier. After having a horrible experience at another place, I immediately called here and she got me in 15 minutes later. She took her time doing the ultrasound, the room was spacious with toys for our toddler to play with in the ultrasound room. The photos were wonderful and she worked hard to get us good images of more than just baby's face! Extremely satisfied and we got a gift bag at the end with lots of free stuff in it! read more

This place is wonderful!! They provide great service beforehand: easy scheduling, friendly staff, lots of availability. They're housed in a cute little house that offices several doctors. The ultrasound room is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The bed is comfy and they have a really big screen TV for you to watch what's going on. The ultrasound was GREAT. It was high quality, and we were very pleased. We couldn't ID the baby's gender the first time, but the tech tried to help us! She gave us lots of extra time to walk around, drink OJ, etc. When we finally decided it wouldn't work, she scheduled us for a free follow up the next week. She was just as friendly and professional the next time. She found the baby's gender pretty quickly, but kept trying for a really good picture so that *I* felt comfortable with her judgment call. And I am! It was a great experience. They're very professional, very courteous, and made me feel very comfortable. I'm thrilled we went, and I'm looking forward to going again later in our pregnancy! read more

We visited this place today after getting the deal from groupon. I bought the groupon and scheduled an appointment in the same day. It was very convenient for us. The place was relatively hard to find but it is probably also because of the heavy rain. Check in took only couple of minutes and we got to see our baby in 10 minutes. The waiting area and especially the ultrasound room were very well desgined and we felt like at home during the session. There is a large screen that you can see your baby better. The sonographer was a very nice and helpful person. We got to see our baby's gender and and saw our baby's face in 3D image. We received a gift package with some baby stuff. What a great experience! My partner and I went in for a gender determination at 14 weeks, 5 days because we couldn't wait until our OB-scheduled determination at 20 weeks. I was nervous about whether or not we'd be able to find out that early, but Melody determined quickly and clearly that it's a boy! She took her time, pointing out the boy-specific-features ;) and even the organs and placenta. She even took several attempts at a 3D peak, even though baby was pretty tucked away behind the placenta. We enjoyed the time and care given and I would recommend it to anyone anxious to know the sex of their baby and get an extra look. read more

I was able to get a same day appointment with a time convenient for my schedule. The office was inviting, and my little was able to play while I completed paperwork. This was a huge perk for me--I love when office waiting areas have activities available for children. The ultrasound room was inviting, clean, and relaxing. Overall, I can't say enough great things about the business and owner. She's fabulous and makes you feel at home! By far the most comfortable I have been during a ultrasound. The staff was beyond amazing, I was able to ask questions and even joke without feeling judged or dumb. Highly recommend Miracle in Sight! We went at 29 weeks to get some pictures of our sweet little girl! She is stubborn and was breached the first time we went with both hands and both feet and her cord in front of her face. We couldn't get a single picture. We came back a week later after some spinning baby techniques and finally had a head down baby but she was still completely covering her face on my side. We got to come back one more time and of course baby wasn't having it but we poked and prodded until we got a couple good pictures! Melody was so patient and sweet and let us take our time to try to get baby moving. She truly wanted us to get some great pictures and did all she could to help! read more

I spoke with a lady on the phone to schedule an appointment for this week and was treated disrespectfully. Me and my husband tried to use the Groupon coupon we bought and even though I called this morning for an appointment for tomorrow or Friday they were booked once again after this is my second attempt to get an appointment. I was told that it seems like my schedule was busy and spring break and it's the busiest time of the year as if I was calling at an inconvenience and what really broke the camels back is saying she had openings today and Monday which if you work at a hospital those days in our lives are booked and she didn't want to work around them either and that I am ONLY 28 weeks so I have time as if because I am only that far along me scheduling an appointment isn't important and also if I am that desperate to get in my other option is to go by myself and share it with my husband even though he wanted it set up for him as if I didn't know that was an option and if that was the case I would've scheduled it that way. I never got an appointment and we will be asking Groupon to refund us back since I received bad customer service over the phone because my life to pay this company and also call technically 2-3 days ahead of time because I even had asked for if not tomorrow I asked for Friday and they don't accept Groupons on weekends which is fine but if I'm an inconvenience and Working In hospitals are not a scheduled 9-5 I can't be accommodated. I'm extremely disappointed and instead of it being who is right or wrong on the phone even though I was not trying to be right or wrong as she was and not accepting responsibility for anything I don't think they are responsible enough to do my ultrasound. I do not recommend this place at all. I was excited after seeing they were open on Saturdays from 8:30-1, I knew it was last minute, it's Wednesday and I wanted this Saturday. I asked if they had anything available and she told me yes, they had Saturday at 9am (what I had requested) but then asked if I could do Friday instead. I explained I worked Friday and Saturday was my only option. She very shortly told me she was trying to not to make appointments on Saturday as she wanted to take her daughter somewhere. This, in my opinion was unprofessional. I understand wanting to do things with your children, however when your website states you're open on Saturday's you should expect people to potentially want a Saturday appointment. I went ahead and booked the appointment thinking I wouldn't be able to get in anywhere else last minute but the more I thought on it, the more uncomfortable I got. It really made me feel as though they were going to rush through my ultrasound and why would I spend 110 dollars on somewhere only to feel uncomfortable. So I called another place who happily fit me in on Saturday. When I called MIS to cancel, I explained that I felt it was unprofessional that she told me she didn't want to schedule on Saturday for personal reasons and that it made me feel like I was going to be rushed through. She responded pretty rudely that it was a family business and she could make the hours she wanted. I responded that I understood that but that you shouldn't list Saturday hours if you don't want people to make Saturday appointments. She then told me she hoped someone gave me the exact same treatment, put me on hold and voided my transaction. Like I said, I get that it's a family business and that allows for flexibility, however, if you aren't wanting people to make Saturday appointments, perhaps put on your website Saturday appointments in special circumstances or something instead of listing normal operating hours. Also, don't tell me you were trying not to schedule on Saturday for personal reasons as that makes customers feel uneasy. Ultimately, customer service is key to me and I don't feel this business knows what professionalism is, let alone good customer service. read more

I was on time but putting my son in my moms car and called to let them know i was outside then when i came in the Lady was on her cell phone with her boyfriend for bout 5 min even though there is a Bell to let them know you have come inside then she proceeds to get me to fill out the paper for all the info they ask you on the phone then she tells me Its already 10 min into my 20 min session then i get in the room she rushes through it maybe 10 min and the whole time is texting on her cell phone then looking up and going awww look at that then when she is done she tells me that the father had called and said he was going to be late and the copies on the cd are repeats it is actually Like 1/2 doubles then has told me we couldnt be late bc there was another family and she wasnt going to make them wait and when the pictures were being printed the father shows up and gets upset w me and when we go outside to talk the Lady comes out locks the door and comes back 5 to 10 min later w chik fil a so there was no appt after mine and i would have rescheduled if I knew he had called horrible time but happy to see my baby read more

Great place! We went today for our gender determination ultrasound. Upon setting up our appointment, they explained everything in detail to me. They even recommended I bring OJ to drink in the waiting room while I filled out paperwork. Must have worked because our baby was dancing the jig or something! The technician really made our experience terrific. She was so kind. She took her time with us and explained everything we were seeing. Our baby was very active and we were getting the biggest kick out of watching her jump and move and wiggle. The tech seemed to be enjoying it just as much as we did, which made the experience that much better. You can tell she loves what she does! We cannot wait to go back in a few months for the 3D portion! read more

This is my third child and I have had this type of U/S done with each. This was by far the best experience I have ever had!! Scheduling was so easy and I was able to pay everything online with pay pal before hand. Our baby sitter canceled at the last minute and had to bring our 1 and 3 year old with us. There were toys in the waiting room to play with and they also had a great set up in the actual screening room for the kids to play with!! They didn't mind the kids being there at all which was a huge relief for us and we were able to really enjoy the experience! read more

Great experience ! I am 29 weeks to date. My husband and I went in for our appt at 2pm. We were told to arrive a bit early to fill out some paper work, which were were happy to do. The office was clean and compfy and so was the room where the sonogram was done. Our appointment started on time, a couple min early maybe and the technician took her time and was very sweet and polite. We had a few good pictures but baby girl was snoozing right up against my left side so a full facial picture was a little hard to see. We were offered the option to come back again to see if we could get a little bit better picture which we decided to do in a week. I would be happy with the current pictures we got but since we were given the option I decided to take it. I don't believe the one bad review someone posted on here. Plus it was their fault for being late since they were told to arrive early. As for the printer issue, that was probably a fluke as they seemed very put together and organized when my husband and I went. I would highly recommend Miracle in Sight, not only because they are the most reasonably priced but also because they are so kind and curtious. I will be back if I have a second child and will definently recommend the business to all of my friends who are having babies! read more

While the actual ultrasound quality was decent, we were a bit surprised at the negativity we got from the person working. Now we didn't come expecting crystal clear pictures and for everyone to be Mary Poppins, but when the first words they say after putting the wand on you is "well she's breech so that's the worst position she can be in for this" and then they go on to talk about how MOST babies are not breech at this stage, it's not the most welcoming situation. (My doctor did not seem worried for her to be breech at 28 weeks either) I appreciate that she did ask me to change positions to try to get my baby to move, but she continued making negative comments throughout my ultrasound. At the end she offered for us to come back for a redo (which is a nice policy, btw), but did so with a very negative tone that implied that our results were bad. We ended up taking the pictures and DVD that day and they are decent, I just didn't expect to be met with crankiness. Case in point, if your baby is stubborn, it might be a good idea to find somewhere else so that you're not left feeling like you have to apologize for your unborn baby. read more

From start to finish these people were exceptional! When I called to schedule my appointment they were very professional and offered several choices, even Saturdays! I was told about a special for 50% off as long as I secured my appointment by prepaying. We were given instructions on what to do before hand to ensure a great experience and she asked several times if we had any questions. We arrived early as instructed and we were immediately greeted with a smile. After we filled out our paperwork the technician took us back to the room. The room was welcoming and comfortable. Then she explained everything to us so that we knew exactly what to expect. I wish my doctor was this thorough! My baby was covering his face with his feet so she told me several different ways to move him and it worked! I'm so glad we chose Miracle In Sight. It was such a great experience and at a very reasonable price that we are thinking about going back again later in my pregnancy to see how my baby boy has grown. read more
