Heard about this place from my boyfriend's sister who use to go here all the time. My boyfriend has had some bad luck with his car (scratches, rocks hitting his car, a weird mark on his rear bumper). I originally wanted to get his car detailed for his birthday or then later on for Christmas but we ended up not even doing that. We just got his car detailed last Tuesday and WOW. Jon was professional and has great customer service. We went at 830 and got the car assessed and told us he would call us when the car is ready. He told us it could take 3-4 hours so we knew it would be awhile. The only regret I have is not taking before and after photos. There was this weird mark on his back bumper, couldn't be washed off with just soap and scrubbing so we knew it had to be buffed out. I swear when we got the car back, it was like brand new! Will definitely come back for another detailing. I want to do my family members car too. Miracle Man Auto Detailing not only lived up to their name but they also exceeded it! We brought in a Toyota Corolla LE that had a lot of dog hair, dirty seats, water spots, a dirty engine, and one of the headlights were scuffed. John put in the effort to remove the seats and cleaned all of the dog hair and dirt under them. The seats before had marks from spills, but after he was done with them, I didn't even recognize that they were the same seats. All the water spots were gone as well. When John saw the engine, he immediately knew that he had to take care of it, and he did! The engine was unrecognizable! Finally, the left headlight was scuffed, and John ordered a kit and polished it. He even added new rubber mats to the car! To sum it up, we came in with a very dirty car and it came out looking new! I could go on forever on how great my experience was, but the bottom line is, if anyone is looking to get their car detailed, this is the perfect place! John was very easy to work with and he has a lot of passion for his job. (It's a good thing that he is picky and will only settle for your car to look spotless lol!) Jon is so amazing! He really is quite the MiracleMan! I had him detail and ceramic my new Jeep and when he was done with it, it looked 100x better than it did when it was delivered brand new from the dealership! So my car is black and I purchased it at night and wasnt able to see any any flaws. The next day I noticed some chemical overspray spots all on the hood and took it back to dealership to fix. They had a newbie detail kid try and buff the spots out and OMG... he swirled the s*** out of my hood and roof. So I don't usually get my car detailed but I had spilled a whole blender full of green juice all over the front passenger floor in my new Toyota Tacoma. I tried to clean it to the best of my abilities but the extent of the damage was just way worse than I thought. So I went on yelp and found Miracle Man Auto Detailing. I had called and left a message and John later returned my call. After explaining my situation to him he understood the sense of urgency and he was so compassionate and was willing to accommodate me early the next morning! The service lasted a little over an hour because he only had to clean that one area. He removed the front passenger seat and the panels so he could clean the carpet thoroughly, which is good because that juice got EVERYWHERE! The overall service experience was EXCELLENT! Unfortunately I was very disappointed. It all started off great. They had a quick response and communication was great. Then it all went down hill. I was told i could arrive at 7am to drop off the car at his location. I showed up a bit later to try to let him settle in. I arrived around 7:30am and sat around over and hour without anyone showing up. I then texted and called several times with No response or acknowledgement. I ended up leaving after waiting over an hour and sent him a text asking him to give me a ring when he arrived to try to come back. I never got that call or or text. I'm glad I was able to find a dependable service after I left his shop. The work done was perfectly fixed the paint transfer and the female employee I could tell she was focused and cared about the finished product. Had me out in 10 mins tops. HOWEVER, coming to the place three times to finally get it fixed. NOT good. Made an appointment at 8:30 AM sat there for 30 mins. Called a few different numbers no answers. Also did not show. The second appointment was made for 8:00 AM the next day. Sat there almost an hour and called Jon no answer. Call business line no answer. EVEN TEXTED. NOTHING. that was a BIG Inconvenient. My husband brought in his Tacoma and was blown away by the amazing work John & his crew did on his truck! These guys went far beyond what was expected from a 'normal' detail job---every square inch of the truck was impeccably clean and made to look 'like-new' again. Not only did the exterior look immaculate, but they cleaned the inside of the cab top-to-bottom, even taking out the seats to clean every square inch. The wheel wells looked completely brand new---not a speck of dirt was down there. They even cleaned under the hood---engine, hoses, etc.---I've never seen the underside of a hood look that clean on a 5 year old vehicle! My husband and I were both incredibly impressed by the Miracle Man detailing job.
