I now FULLY BELIEVE what Lalena S. states a couple of reviews down, because the exact same thing happened to us - for "Jeffery L." to reply with "I make it to all of my appointments." is a lie. I will stick with 'just the facts': - My wife contacted JT's on Wednesday, August 26th, and made an appointment for them to come out and detail her Honda Pilot on Wednesday, Sept. 9th, using the 'economy package'. - The afternoon of Sept. 8th, after receiving confirmations via text and email that her appointment was still set for the next day at our house, she called to remind them they'd need to bring a long hose. At that time she was told that they would NOT come and keep the appointment after all, that the best they could do was service it if she drove the vehicle to them. Not sure when they planned on letting her know this as they were only telling her because she initiated contact. - She agreed to drive to them to get her vehicle cleaned. Via text, she was then told that they wanted her to get the much more expensive "Diamond Deluxe" package with the add-on of cleaning under the hood, because they felt that was more in line with what she needed (without having even seen the Pilot yet, mind you). That would be $250 instead of the $100 she had agreed to. - She informed them, "No, the originally agreed upon Economy cleaning will be fine." She wanted him to do the service HE PREVIOUSLY AGREED TO even though he already changed the terms once by refusing to come to our residence. - That morning, she woke up and saw successive text messages from JT's, first stating, "Just so you know, I won't do your vehicle if I feel it needs more than an economy detail package." Then, before she could even respond he wrote "Actually, I'm gonna have to pass on this job just to be safe." Since her vehicle was being shipped out the very next morning it left her high and dry at the last minute. She had to contact another company who could hopefully squeeze her in that day. So as you can see, they absolutely have a history of 1) trying to blackmail customers into paying for a more expensive package by waiting until the last second and then hoping they have you over a barrel, and 2) not keeping appointments that they make. Those are "just the facts". JT's treats their customers like idiots and tries to take advantage of them; make an appointment at your own peril. Meanwhile we were able to get a great cleaning for less than $100 with another company, who was actually mobile (came to our residence) and kept their appointment. We had absolutely no problem with our vehicle PCS inspection the next day. read more

Recently I moved back home to Hawaii. My Scion Xb is 12 years old and was basically a mess. Lots of road trips on the Mainland, 2 round trips shipments to/from the Mainland, and going through 5 Michigan winters. The paint had chips, swirls, a lot of scratches, and the spray wax from the automated car wash didn't last a week. The Xbox needed a little TLC. A buddy from work mentioned JT's Auto Detailing on post, and the great job JT did on a car that belonged to someone we both knew. Went to JT's to get a quote and schedule an appointment. The quote was on the high end of what I expected to pay, but if JT was going to take the Xb down to the bare paint, clay, compound, paint correct, polish, glaze, seal, and wax I knew it would take a long time and be pretty pricey. Got a next day appointment. The next day turned in my vehicle and went about my work day. JT messaged in the afternoon that he would need a little extra time, so props on keeping me updated. I stayed at the office for a bit and later went to the shoppette to have an early dinner. At the scheduled time, went up to his workbay. JT was putting the finishing touches on my Xb. It looked darn good, the best in many years. There were still some chips, water spots, and scratches. I figured it would, you can't suddenly reverse many years of neglect. Overall, I was happy with the detailing job. Personally I couldn't justify spending the sums required to have my car detailed on a regular basis. In my mind, this helped bring my Xb to a point where I could reasonably maintain it for 6-12 months- while I learned to detail my car personally and acquire the necessary supplies and equipment to do so. And I definitely learned my lesson to regularly detail my car when new so drastic measures don't have to be taken. Repeat and recommend. read more

If you want your vehicle to look better than when it came off the showroom floor, JT's is what you are looking for. He and his team are amazing, I called on a Friday and Saturday morning they were at my door ready to go. My Jeep was dirty inside and out, I have NEVER seen the jeep looking so good. I have had it detailed multiple times over the 3 years (PCS moves to ship etc) but this is the first time I felt the person working on it treated it like it was their own vehicle. Took my car in for interior cleaning, and was pretty disappointed. Paid extra for having sand in my car, not a crazy amount either. Seat shampooing was crappy, all my seats looked exactly the same like nothing was done, just slightly damp. The dash, radio, and steering wheel area wasn't cleaned, not even wiped down. The sides of my doors weren't vacuumed or cleaned either, even though I took it upon myself to take everything out so that he could clean it. Couldn't see how shetty everything was because I picked it up from his house at night and it was dark. Jeff came to my house with his young son to do the exterior and interior of my 2016 Audi convertible on the morning of 2 January 2020. After completion with the car parked in the garage, I did a quick cursory inspection of the exterior and interior without getting into the car as Jeff stated on numerous times to me he had many years of detailing experience. Superficially, it looked like when I wash and vacuum the car and I was OK with that. Next day I got into my car with black interior and noticed some dog hair and faded stains on my console, dust and dog hair on the dash as well as front and rear seats. Bottoms of exterior black grill and trim had water spots and buildup of dirt and residue. Interesting note: I texted him about the dirty interior initially and although he offered to come back, he stated " Guess I have to train my son a little bit more." Poor detailing job for a someone with over 24 years experience and maybe had a bad day. Would not recommend JT's. read more
