This company unloaded my 26' rental truck full of our belongings from a three bedroom house into storage on November 16, 2020. I had asked for 3 movers but they were short staffed on this day, so two young men, Trevor and Mike, unloaded our truck in just about exactly one hour. They were polite and kind and very professional. I am a cheapskate by necessity, I am retired and on a fixed income. Office manager Meagan gave me a veteran discount and due to having two workers instead of three and due to the short time it took for them to unload, they came in under the price that I was quoted. This had to be the best money l ever spent. Worth every penny and God forbid if I have to move again, I will definitely call Miracle Man Movers again. Today is December 4th, and about noon today as promised, I got a call from my team of movers to let me know that they were on their way to my storage unit. Today it was Trevor, Nick and Matt. They were again, professional, kind and careful with our belongings. They asked me at the start if I had any concerns today. I really appreciated that. I asked if they would set all lawn tools, mowers and outdoor items on the side of the driveway. They were very efficient and asked me which room for each package. Again they finished in less time than they had estimated and l was given a veteran discount again. A really great value. I'm 60 and just don't have the energy plus l have a bad back. Again this was the best money I ever spent. Much thanks to Meagan, Trevor, Mike, Nick and Matt. Each one of them was responsive, kept their promises and exceeded my expectations in every way. Tonight when l was putting the two bed frames together l noticed two roller wheels were missing so l emailed Meagan asking if she would have the guys check the truck and see if the wheels were found. Within a short time, Nick called me and said he put the wheels on the garage work bench. So l finished the day a real success and got both beds assembled. Thanks to the Miracle Man Movers, they are true professionals. There's a lot of movers out there and there not all like this. Save your time and just call these guys. Movers Great, Company Shady While the moving crew performed their duties professionally, my overall experience with this company has been unacceptable due to a serious failure to resolve an insurance claim. During the move, the movers caused significant damage to a high-end refrigerator. At the time of service, the company represented that they were insured and that any damage would be addressed promptly through their claims process. Despite these assurances, it has now been nearly 100 days (they promised resolution in 30) since the incident, and the matter remains unresolved. Worse, the person responsible for moving the claim forward (the owner's mother Anna) has been completely unresponsive. I have made multiple attempts to obtain updates, documentation, and a clear timeline for reimbursement, but the company has not provided meaningful communication or taken substantive action to remedy the loss. This prolonged delay appears inconsistent with reasonable industry standards for insured carriers and raises concerns about the company's compliance with its stated obligations. Although the moving staff themselves were courteous and efficient, the company's failure to honor its own insurance representations has resulted in financial harm and a substantial breach of trust. Until they demonstrate the ability to properly process and resolve claims, I cannot recommend their services. read more

We had three men show up to move everything out of a little house into a storage box. The third guy was a bonus - I paid for 2. They were very happy, positive, easy to work with, NEVER grumbled about the rickety, steep stairs they had to go up and down and did a great job utilizing the space in our 20 foot container. We even had room to spare! They moved the entire house in under 2 hours, in the rain! Some of our items were heavy and awkward but they just picked stuff up and figured out the best way to put in our box. I honestly have never seen movers that were so happy! They joked with us and amongst each other. They were fun to be around and we were so happy to have someone else do all the heavy lifting. The price was more than reasonable. We will be calling them again to move it all back into the house when our remodel is complete! read more

We give Miracle Man Movers a 5 star because of the affordable price, professionalism and efficiency. We moved from a 2 story house that had a lot of stairs to a 3 story house that has even more stairs. Not a problem for this team.... even when heavy items were carried to the third floor only to be returned to the 1st floor. Our house sits on a hill and on the day of the move it was cold and rainy. It took 3 full trucks and 6 men to move our belongs and not one person complained or missed a beat. These men were professional and courteous. Our belongs were handled with care by proper masking and moving blankets wrapped around our fragile items. Everyone wore a mask at all times, foot coverings and laid plastic covering on our stairs. Miracle Man Movers helped. us move from Portland to Longview WA. They had the best rate by far when comparing rates to other local moving businesses. They sent two guys Mike & Matt to help us move and we couldn't have asked for two better people to help our move. Mike and Matt were very good at what they were doing and had a very positive attitude the whole time. We even enjoyed the conversations we had with them. They also moved a washer and dryer from our basement up an impossibly steep and narrow staircase and were all smiles the whole time. Very professional and communicative. Called me to let me know of a small delay at their first appointment and advised us on their new ETA. The delay was not their fault at all so don't let that veer you from this company because they are very efficient and didn't waste time or try to cut corners. They even helped us sort the Uhaul layout out so that everything fit nicely for us during transit. No damages and they got the heavy stuff out of our two story apartment with ease. Nick, Thomas and Mike really did a great job. They were able to complete the move more quickly than was estimated. They really hustled where there was room. Where their path narrowed they slowed and were very careful. I've found no damage. They arrived and left with good attitudes. I had hurt my back helping my girlfriend move and was having a lot of discomfort letting strangers handle my belongings. This crew was a great relief to those fears. I will recommend and hope to use again. They moved the contents of a studio apartment to a two bedroom, which was approx two blocks away. I had 45 boxes and 11 furniture items. read more

In spite of the Corona virus glitch, this company was able to meet our urgent needs and move what was left in our storage unit to our home. I needed a large, heavy, single item moved from upstairs to downstairs. I was able to get on the schedule for the next day. I was most impressed with their communication. They called way ahead of their arrival window to let me know they were running behind on their current job... i greatly appreciated this. It is rare. This company communicates very well prior to the move, during the move and follow up. The guys were awesome!! I got a flat rate for my move and they were the only ones to offer me a set rate regardless of time. My two movers showed up in a small UHaul truck that they rented, and were relaxed yet motivated. We had to take two trips to move the entirety of my apartment (partially because of the small truck they rented) but thanks to the flat rate I knew that I wouldn't be paying extra for them to finish moving my stuff.
