The finish on the tiles looks nice but they left over spray on my fixtures that I haven't been able remove!

We were very happy with this company! We had just bought a new home and the only repair needed was the shower pan had a crack in it... we were scared we'd have to get a new pan and essentially re tile our whole shower which would have been very pricy! I have used them twice. A few years ago, to refinish a bath tub in the biscuit color. Recently I had the opposing bath sink coated; it had been coated the same back in the 1990s or so. Both jobs were very well done. With the tub, I made the mistake of not removing fixtures/drains. The tech will work around the protrusions in that case, so do the prep time. The sink (original metal) came out looking like-new; it had some rust spots coming through and that was pre-treated by the tech with an acid wash and fill-in. The sink price was actually lower than quoted originally back at the tub handling visit. I would recommend this local vendor to my friends to bring new life to old bathrooms. read more

I own several rental homes and decided to experiment by hiring Miracle Method to freshen some bathroom and kitchen fixtures. As always, I was concerned about downtime. I found them very responsive. Prices were about the same as new cast iron fixtures ($200.00 to refinish a double- bowl sink: 400.00 for a standard 60" tub). Additionally, I elected to pay a plumber to Disconnect drains so they could refinish the openings. Since both fixtures were set in tile, however, the savings over replacement were considerable. The jobs were completed within two or three days, and the fixtures looked great. The jury is still out on durability, but a couple years of rental usage should tell the tale. read more

Frankly I'm kind of surprised by some of the negative reviews I'm reading here. I've used Miracle Method to redo two old cast iron tubs. First one came out perfect. The second one I was unhappy with so they redid it for me at no extra charge. They are the nicest people and really work to make sure the customer is happy. I would definitely recommend them! read more

So we had a bathtub that needed redone due to a scratch that had started to rust and decided to get the tile and a cultured marble countertop done at the same time....first time took 2 days before we could inspect it - was total garbage! This guy left a seam from into the tub area (from tile wall) from 1/8" to over 1/2" around tub area??? - dude was so lazy didn't pull any trim rings (shower head) just slides out of way and valve cover which is two screws...didn't even try! So we called the company told them the problems so they sent the same fool "Triston" back out and of course waisted two more days and again was better but still garbage! So once again talked with the manager....we refused to have the same guy back so another guy came out and resprayed the tub now for the third time and so far looks ok but has dull spots and overall we are not very happy with it. They say 5 year warranty, at this point I'm sure we'll have issues with it! - I do think the product is good but the people they use SUCK! - they don't prep properly, apply the product property, mask off plumbing fixtures properly. This stuff is not cheap either...I would have been better off replacing it even with the added expense....DO YOURSELF A FAVOR - DO NOT USE THEM!!! read more

we had a sink done and they came back several times because it would develop bubbles in the surface. they would redo it and it would be o.k for awhile then bubble again. now it has cracks in the surface. read more
