I purchased a car with them in 2024. I have been going through issues having issues with the Car and With miracle Toyota. Recently, I went to miracle Toyota on July 18 of 2026 to get a maintenance on my car to be told. There is a recall on your car or something with the fuel line and your truck could catch on fire. The young lady laughed and said we need to schedule this ASAP. I scheduled an appointment July 18 of 2026 at 4:30 PM to get there and be told that someone tried to call me. They ran out of parts so the supervisor rescheduled it for Saturday, July 25 2026 at 7 AM in the morning. I was there at 6:30 first in line to pull my car in. The young called over to a different department, then said we don't have any parts have to call her when the parts come in. If there is a recall on this 2024 then why is it that miracle Toyota is playing with my kids in my life. But they want me to upgrade to a new model. Their service department is a scam and needs to be investigated. I recently brought my vehicle in due to a check engine light on my 2014 Prius C. I was told it would be $500 before tax just to diagnose the issue. I agreed to the charge. They took my vehicle back. While waiting there is someone in their lobby who goes around on a clipboard looking for people waiting while their cars are serviced. He sat down next to me and started asking about if I was looking to give up my Prius as their dealership would be interested in having it. After I explained I had no interest in selling my car he went on to tell me the Prius is such an easy sell for him as they are such a reliable car and he has someone in South Florida who can get him replacement Hybrid batteries for cheap in which he can flip these cars with high profits. At this point I was not sitting easy. I was then told my Hybrid Battery was defective and needed to be replaced along with a sensor. They stated the fix was going to be 8-9k. I asked them what caused it to happen and why wasn't there any mention of this being a problem before in which the rep told me it was because I didn't do the hybrid cleaning. My car has been getting the hybrid cleaning at other dealerships as I just moved over to this area so when I questioned how he knew this it was met with crickets. I told them to just get my car ready for pick up and I will have to decide what I want to do. The car was still able to be driven so I drove it home. I then decided to go to another shop who told me the error code could sometimes be triggered by a bad 12v battery. We swapped that out and the error went away. (Yes I know that resets the computer) I then called the dealer to ask why this wasn't a troubleshooting step and was told they have actual certified hybrid techs and this is not the actual fix and my problem would come back after 150 miles driven. I then drove my car the 150 miles and guess what, no alarm triggered. I called them back and asked for a refund at this point since I feel they were just trying to get money out of me and was told that isn't going to happen. read more

This is my third time purchasing with Toyota, but my first experience with this location. The process lacked transparency, honesty, and respect--far below the standard Toyota is known for. As an active duty military member buying out of state, I clearly communicated my situation and understood that it will take a couple days. Timeline: * Paperwork shipped Friday from dealership * Completed and returned Tuesday * Received by dealership Thursday (confirmed by phone CC) * Follow-up Friday: I called to ask when the car would be ready for pick up. I was told I would receive a call back but I never did. * Saturday: I called again to ask when the car would be ready. I was told I'd receive a call in an hour. After waiting 4 hours, I called back. I was put on an endless loop of transfers. I was then told they were "busy" and someone would call back. After hearing this several times before I said I would call back in an hour. The representative giggled saying "We might still be busy at that time". This level of delay and lack of communication is unacceptable. Once my check was received, communication dropped. Being told the team was "busy" over multiple days with no updates shows poor customer service and lack of accountability. My trade-in vehicle was already listed on their website while my new vehicle processing was being delayed. This felt unprofessional and prioritized their sales pipeline over honoring my purchase. Despite multiple requests for window tint, it took 10 days and wasn't completed until the day of pickup. This shows poor planning and lack of follow-through. Miracle Toyota Dealership Service Center First of all, before I relay the negative portion of my experience, let me state that my interactions with 2 of the 3 dealership service center advisors was solid. They were professional and courteous. I also appreciate that this is a relatively small dealership so I felt less like a "number". Below is where my concerns lie. I took my wife's 2018 RAV 4 in to the dealership service center to have some routine maintenance completed. I paid approximately $2,700 in total, including $1300 to have her trunk repaired--it was getting stuck in the up position. After the work was completed and while I was still at the service center, I observed that one of the trunk's hydraulic lifts (I had been apprised by the service advisor that the lifts were the culprit) was still making a crunching sound. I asked the service advisor about that, and he didn't believe it to be an issue, so I a bit reluctantly concurred. I also observed that the respective hydraulic lifts did not match eachother (which my wife pointed out later), however assumed that maybe they weren't supposed to. After waiting 12 hours for the services to be completed, I drove away. Later that evening, while my wife and I were out-and-about, the trunk got stuck in the up position several times. We hoped that this was a post repair fluke. I also noticed when we returned home that the car was leaking oil (as evidenced by oil spots on my new garage floor). I took the car back in to the service center a second time to have the oil leak addressed. I was apprised by a service advisor that the automotive technician had neglected to fully tighten a gasket, and that this had been remedied. The next day, I noticed the car was still leaking oil and that the trunk was again getting stuck in the up position. I took my wife's car back to the service center a third time to have those issues addressed. I was apprised this time by a service advisor that the oil leak was due to the technician not having cleaned up residual oil after the service was completed. I was also informed once again that the trunk had been fixed. The next day I observed that the trunk was still getting stuck. I took my wife's car back to the service center a fourth time. I was apprised by a service advisor that a faulty part had been used for the initial repair (I wondered if this was why the respective hydraulic lifts didn't match) and that another would be ordered. I discussed my frustration with a service advisor and asked if it was not customary for a service center, as a gesture of goodwill, to provide at least a free oil change when a customer receives this kind of sustained unsatisfactory service. He kindly obliged. I returned a fifth time to the service center to have the new trunk hydraulic lift installed. After the repair, I observed that the respective hydraulic lifts now matched, and that the trunk was finally quiet as it opened/closed. I shared this with my wife, who asked me if I had questioned the service center as to whether they had initially placed a used or substandard part on her car, or whether they had only replaced one of the hydraulic lifts (I had wondered the same thing). I apprised her that I had not asked and that I was tired, having had 5 visits within two weeks for the same issues. I write this now tired and frustrated, and my wife is downright angry. I provided an account of the aforementioned to the service center manager, who listened attentively and assured me of the service center's commitment to quality. In sum, after spending approximately $2700 for routine maintenance and replacement of trunk hydraulic lifts on my wife's 2018 RAV-4, and after 5 visits and much frustration, the car appears to finally be fixed. I've got my free oil change in pocket, however am reluctant to return to this service center. read more

My license plate is now being used illegally on multiple cars because of this dealership‼ On June 12, 2025, I traded in my Toyota Camry at Miracle Toyota. My brother's license plate was still on the vehicle, and I was told I could return later to pick it up. When I tried, the salesperson's story (Curtis) kept changing -- first he said it was "locked up," then that it had been "broken into," and later that the car went to auction with the plate still on it. Because the dealership never returned the plate, it is now being used illegally on multiple vehicles. I have received toll violations, a parking ticket, and other charges tied to cars I do not own. This is extremely serious and puts me at legal and financial risk. When I raised concerns, the dealership even tried to pressure me into signing paperwork that would have prevented me from going to the media or seeking reimbursement for future charges -- even though more violations are still arriving in the mail. On top of that, they filed my registration in the wrong county (Osceola instead of Polk), causing incorrect tax charges. This is not just poor service -- this is negligence that has enabled fraudulent use of my license plate. Customers deserve to know before doing business here. read more

the service department is something , I bought a new 2024 Rav4. I'm still not sure what is covered and what not. I've had several issues when I bring the car here it's never a Toyota issues it's always wear and tear issue and have to pay another diagnostic fee for them to fix anything. I sit here for hours I make appointments at 7am right when they open I'm here and I'm the 2nd car in line and I still end up spending about 3 hrs min here. even for an oil change staff all around isn't that friendly. I sit in the waiting room 5 ft from the open deck service area and they will call and tell me to come over to their desk. some of them will actually come over to you. even buying the car there was issues. I should have known and went to another dealer or back to VW. within a year I have spent more money on repairs on my Rav4 then I have in 9 years on my VW Touareg. Choose another dealer or take your car to a different shop. This Toyota dealership never seems to have it together. read more

Not the warmest first impression. This was my first time visiting this dealership, mainly because it's close to our new home. I pulled into the service driveway and waited by my car, as I know that's usually the process. A gentleman acknowledged me politely but said the person next to him would assist me--which never happened. Then I was told I had parked in the car wash lane. I explained that I had just moved from Nevada and wasn't familiar with the layout. I was told to leave the car there and go inside for help. Once inside, I asked for assistance, but everyone seemed too busy and no one followed up. Eventually, I went back outside, and someone finally approached and asked if I had been helped. When I said no, they called a service advisor who came out, took us to his desk, and got everything taken care of. He later called to let me know the car was ready and had even been washed. The service advisor was professional and did his job, but the overall experience felt disorganized and unwelcoming. Still undecided if I'll return here. I might just stick with Kendall Toyota--even if it's a 3-hour drive--where I always received excellent service. read more

I took my car in for an oil change. After waiting for about two hours they come to me and say they have bad news. The plug for the oil pan is stripped and it will cost about $900 to replace it. Instead of telling me the technician made a mistake by stripping the threads and they will fix it but it might take some time, they say I have to pay for it. When I spoke with almost all of the managers (Martha Ayala, Mery Gerena, Frank and Christopher Garcia about all these issues, I was met with zero empathy. I drop my car on 4/2/2025 and on May 15th Martha Ayala call me to ask if she can move the car to Steward Collison Repairs since they can't repair, of course Miracle Toyota did more damages, but she said the reason why was because they lost the person who was repairing my car. Also she clearly stated that Miracle Toyota use Stewards as a back up... I had paid $2,300 in retal car and they do not want to take full responsibility. Miracle Toyota was the one who took my car and did more damages than repairs and then 45 days later they have to use another shop... Finally yesterday I pick up my Sienna now I have to go back to Miracle Toyota because one of the tires has a screw... So, please do a favor to yourself. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. I purchased my 2022 Toyota Corolla almost two weeks ago from Miracle Toyota. My boyfriend and I got there right when they opened and were immediately greeted by Ziyad. I have never purchased a car before, so this was all new to me. Thankfully my boyfriend was there with me as he's purchased cars before and could communicate what I was looking for, while ensuring that we got a good deal. Ziyad was patient and worked with us to find a car that I liked. He was personable, honest, and straight to the point. I had a strict budget walking into the dealership and the listing price when we first sat down, was high and had some extra fees and expenses on there. Ziyad worked with us and got those extra fees taken off, however, the price was still too high for me. So, he walked over and got his manager and we all sat and talked trying to find a price and payment plan that worked for me. They offered us an okay deal, and I was planning on walking out as this was the first car I saw and was not sure if I was ready to buy. Then another GM came over and shot down the price again, saying that if I purchased today, he could get me what I was looking for. They also had an All-State Agency there on site which made it easy to walk out of there with insurance. Everyone was very nice, cooperative, and listened to what I wanted. I recently brought my 2021 Tundra in for an electrical diagnostic because many of the electronics inside the cab stopped working. After a $380 inspection, I was told that the fuse block needed to be replaced. I was given a $1400 estimate for 5 hours of work to install a $60 part. After some online research, I discovered that Toyota considers it a 3hr job although many other certified mechanics consider it a 2hr job. I decided to replace the fuse block myself, and after 40 min of work, the fuse block was replaced, and the truck is as good as new. While I'm appreciative of Miracle Toyota for the correct diagnosis, I feel the service department attempted to take advantage of the situation by providing a largely inflated estimate. If I had no knowledge or experience in vehicle service/maintenance, I would have been left without a choice, and I'm sure this happens to many people every day in that service department. Please be aware of these predatorial practices and at least seek a second opinion when dealing with Miracle Toyota's service department. I've purchased 3 vehicles from them, and I will not be purchasing another. read more

The Haines City Miracle Toyota location is horrible. I am not comfortable handing my car to them for service. I don't trust them. Took my car for service and noticed they went through the inside of the car and I had stuff missing. I have a 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander and I have an app on my phone for my vehicle. While my car was being serviced I kept receiving multiple notifications that several doors in the car were open. I found that odd because why are so many doors open for an oil change. I left the review below 4 weeks ago and shortly after there was a comment from Christopher Garcia (on a similar google review) asking that I call him for assistance. I called as he requested and he listened and apologized and made me feel like he could help. After talking with him 3 weeks passed and I heard nothing further. I called again 3 weeks to the day of the call and he not only seemed to forget who I was, but then quickly gave me canned answers and responses that were not aligned with our earlier discussion. Ultimately, nothing was done and he could only advise that "the computer recommended those tires." It's clear that Miracle Toyota is unable to provide quality service or display honesty and integrity with their interactions from both the service & sales team...as well as their customer engagement professionals. If you're looking for a new car or service for your vehicle, I would urge you to look elsewhere. While I was out of town, my elderly mother went to Miracle Toyota for an oil change. While she didn't get her car there originally, she owns a Toyota and thought going to the dealership was best when she retired and moved closer on a fixed income. While at the dealership last Friday for an Oil Change, she was repeatedly approached about selling her car due to the low milage and great condition. She declined multiple times. She was then told that in addition to her $75 oil change, they really needed to switch out all of the fluids in her car, and her new total would be around $600. She's a trusting person and believe the good in others so agreed. They finally returned telling her that she needed 4 new tires but that they could offer financing through them for everything making it affordable. Since I wasn't available by phone, she trusted them and moved forward. Her total for all of this ended up ~$2400!! When I returned home 2 days later, I checked in with her and learned what had happened. She sent me photos of the invoice and quickly noticed that they sold her 4 top of the line sports tires, which were completely unnecessary. After a quick google search, I found the tires that she purchased at a competitor with installation for over $700 less. Additionally, there were other tire options for her vehicle that were much less expensive and a fraction of the cost. Immediately I was hopeful that we may be able to return the tires or agree to some sort of price matching before my Mom would have to pay monthly for 2 years on these tires. Although it was a Sunday, we called to see if there was a return policy or price matching but no one was available. The first thing the following morning, we called and spoke with Frank, a service manager at Miracle Toyota. Not only was he unwilling to work with us, he also stated that "dealerships will always charge people more" and that next time "we should be sure to come with her to avoid these things." Ultimately we were told that if he tried to offer a discount or provide money back it would show that they did something wrong and refused. I understand that my Mom agreed to the purchases above and that her hand wasn't forced. A business is allowed to charge (or overcharge) for their services, as they would like. I also believe that supporting a business also means supporting their business practices, which include taking advantage of someone like my Mother. There are plenty of businesses that work with integrity and value their customers. I would urge you to find one of those before providing your business to Miracle Toyota. read more

I have been driving Toyotas since 1975 and I've just experienced the absolute worst sale ever! I have been shopping for a new Prius for over a year. I went to four Toyota dealerships in the Greater Orlando area and had the same results. I purchased my last Prius from Central Toyota. I was charged twice for the same item on my sales contract and was told that they couldn't do anything about it. No service credits, nothing. Needless to say I never sat foot back into this dealership. The closest dealership to my house is Miracle Toyota in Haines City. I've already written a 1 star review on their service department. Now I get to review my recent buying experience with sales. I have been going back and forth with this dealership since January 2023. I could not find a new Prius Limited that had integrated GPS. Now the GPS feature is through Apple Car Play. The upside is that you don't have to pay for it. The downside is if you don't have cell service you don't have GPS. I told the sales people that I dealt with what I was looking for. I never received one call from any of them. The car has also undergone a new design so I was concerned that since I'm a pretty tall guy that I would not be comfortable. I asked to look at one. I kept being told that all of the new Prius that are shipped are bought before that they ever hit the dealership. FINALLY someone at Miracle told me that one was coming in and that I could look at it. I did and I fit just fine. Since I couldn't get anyone to call me back I would occasionally look at the Miracle Toyota website to see what they had coming in. I would call to see if it had integrated GPS. Nothing ever did. Finally here we are a year later and I found a new 2024 Prius that had Integrated GPS. I called and the internet sales person, Zach checked on it and yes, it had integrated GPS but it was a paid service. Well that was as close as we could get. My wife and I drove to the dealership and the whole sales experience sucked! We spoke to someone named Walid (Wade) Kader. It became evident very early in our talk that I knew more about the cars than he did. When they came in to tell me how much did they would give me for my 2019 Toyota Prius Limited with 73,000 miles on it I almost went berserk. They only offered me $13,000 when it plainly showed on their website that they wanted to buy my car and would give me between 17,000 $502,000 for my car. I had Wade look it up and he saw the same thing we finally got them up to 18,500 for my car. For me that was unacceptable. So we left. The more my wife and I talked about it we realized that if we wanted this car, that would be the only chance that we had to buy it. We called and Zach from internet sales said that we needed to put $500 down to hold the car. So we did. The car came in early, yay. We arrived at the dealership around 6:30 PM and was greeted by Wade. At this point, I didn't care who got the commission so we continued to work the contract out with him. We had to wait forever for finance and filled out multiple pieces of paperwork while we were waiting. by this time the dealership had closed. We finally got to see finance around 8:30 PM and worked out the deal. After all the paperwork was signed They told us that the floor mats were not in the car and the second key fob for the car was locked in a safe in the back and they could not get to it. We told them that we would come by two days after the sale to pick it up. They agreed. Well, we had free time on the day after the sale so we went back to the dealership to pick up our floor mats and our key fob to be told that neither were there that they were not shipped yet. I was hot then, but I kept my cool. They gave us a manual key for the door, but since it is a push button start, that key did nothing for us. We still only had one key fob. I called back today, Saturday, and they said the floor mats were there, but the key fob wasn't that Toyota would get in touch with me about the key fob. When I asked Wade in a text message (see the picture) when the key fob would be there, he was making jokes saying, "I'm not Toyota lol" Then sent me a little smiley face saying, " they will send it when they get it." I was very upset. We drove down to the dealership to get the car mats and I talked with a manager. Nobody could give us an answer, saying that the key fob will take anywhere from 3 to 6 months to get here. Meanwhile, my wife does not have her own key to a car that she cosigned with. we were told that we would get a full tank of gas with the car which they were more than willing to provide but I told him I didn't need gas I needed key fob. I was super mad and admitting that I showed my butt but it was only because Wade made light of the whole situation. read more

Okay so we live in central FL and headed down to Haines to get our car serviced. This is probably the closest dealership in our area. Showed up and checked in. Was all good with no problems. I asked for them to check the cabin air filter and replace the wiper blades. My service is included with the care package we bought when we got the car. I expected maybe to pay $100 as that's what it's been at other dealers. They were going a complete inspection and get back to me. We just had our car serviced here 4-5000 miles ago. Service guy comes out and hits me up for smoother $550.00. Says I needed to have fuel injectors cleaned as they has carbon build up etc. Doesn't show me any paperwork, nothing from the tech. Then says only 2 tires are covered under my plan for rotation. But there comping the other two tires (generous). So he is just standing there staring at me. lol. So I have it a few and then decided since it's my queens car I need to get it handled just in case he's right. When I went to pay the bill he is telling me I should get my tires rotated every 3 months as it's free. Doing this would help not have the other problems with the fuel filter? Ok. Then I just told him that doesn't sound right but ok. Let me remind you that I just got my car serviced here last year and I only have 20,000 miles on the car. So in the end, I am not sure if this place is dicey or they just don't properly train their service people. They need to go over the results of your inspection, etc. at least that is what I have seen in California Toyota dealerships. Funny he tells me about some payment plan after I paid my bill. lol. Yes I could have made a scene or caused an issue. But I am the customer that shows his dissatisfaction in other ways. Oh that's right there is YELP!! I visited this dealership 11/25/22 to look at Highlanders. ...To start: a $41k Highlander was marked up $10k for a total of $51k. (LOL!, not even close to the trim's MSRP) ...And how did it get that high: 'Miracle' Toyota had a $5k Market Condition tax they were adding to the vehicle. ....When I asked the sales rep about this odd inclusion he could barely explain or defend how ridiculous it actually was. He bumbled through 'chip shortage' and some other non-sense excuse for the markup but it was clear the dealership was trying to squeeze the customer for whatever they could. - I'm from West Palm Beach and I've shopped WPB and the Fort Lauderdale area (within the past couple weeks) and I've yet to see any sort of markups as egregious as what I saw at 'Miracle' Toyota. ...It was so ridiculous I wanted to post a review to hopefully help keep anyone else from falling prey to dubious practices like those found at 'Miracle' Toyota. - An opportunistic $5k speaks for itself. ...For that sort of mark up (well over 10% in this case), it suggests a bad dealership culture. My advice is to spend the time to visit a dealership somewhere else where hopefully you find the inevitable mark ups to be more reasonable. ...I literally laughed when I heard 'Chip Shortage'. Miracle Toyota - The details - Car Dealers Near Me - Haines City, Florida

I took my car in on a Friday to get an oil change on the promotion they were having for $29.99. Did not use my car until Monday when i had to take my son to school and all my sensors came on, as I dropped my son at school and when the lady opens the door the gasoline smell was so strong that I left the parking lot and left them all coughing. I pull over and have to get my car towed to the Toyota (mind you they had Toyota assistance and did not want to come tow my car because they said I had to call the fire department first because the car was leaking gas but I called other companies and said they would come do it, also told me I had to wait 1 hr to 2 hours). Fast forward, I get the diagnostic and they let me know that the fuel rail broke and I am going to have to pay around 2,000 dollars to replace it. I was getting ready to pay it because of course I need my car when my brother that has worked for Miracle Toyota for MORE THAN 7 YEARS calls me and tell me don't pay that let me take a loot at it first. I even asked the guy that checked me out you know how does this happen on a car that's practically new and he just said " these things just happen". When my brother takes a look at the car, again .... Mechanic for Toyota.... he lets me know that this doesn't just happen. One of the screws on the inside was bent and the other one was broken, this only happens if someone has leaned on it which he definitely let me know that they most likely leaned on it while they were changing the oil and no one took responsibility. This is very irresponsible of the person that did the damage and did not take responsibility for what they did when they endangered my child's life and mine. We have been loyal costumers of Toyota since 2014 and have bought multiple cars from Toyota. It is insane that this is the way we got treated, mind you they were going to charge me 2,000 dollars for something that is now going to cost me around 30-50 bucks. It was something as simple as taking responsibility and replacing the screws but instead they tried to stick it to me. Will never be returning to this location AGAIN!!! read more

My husband traded in our 2022 Camry on 9/22/24 with Miracle Toyota. The salesman by the name of Chuckie and his plethora of lies led him to purchase a 2025 Camry to which he now regrets. Buyer beware - should you sit in front of this salesman at Miracle Toyota in Haines City, please take your time and continually question his integrity. In addition, he was led to the Allstate Insurance desk. We both currently have a policy with Allstate. They were aware of this, but he was told at the desk that he couldn't replace the old car with the new one on that policy and that he needed to open a whole new policy. I believe this is an act of making a commission! FRAUD??? Please keep your "Spidey senses" keen when dealing with this dealership. read more
