When a jeweler talks you into spending less money at their shop, you know that you've found the right jeweler. In the end, they were right and my ring looks absolutely beautiful. I get compliments all the time. They also can repair anything and helped me with a few necklaces and a bracelet.

A few days later I was shopping in that same strip mall and stopped in to see where he was at with the designs. With a 'used car salesman' type of attitude, he told me he had not yet even started on it and that he would call me in a few days. Well, I learned why his smile and attitude seemed so fake, for a few days went by, then a couple of weeks......and nothing. Apparently, my money was not good enough for him and that business must be so good that he could afford to blow off a $2,000+ sale. I did not want to waste anymore of my time with Sako for he definitely put me off. So be it. There are plenty of other jewelers in the area I suggest you go to who would gladly accept your money. From my experience, Diamond Creations is not one of them.

My fiancé called in a couple days before the full 3 weeks because I was excited, they first couldn't find my fiancé's order because they put it under the wrong person (same name though), and was told our promise date would be 1/14/26. My fiancé called to see if it was in on that day and the sales lady said all of the repair jewelers were out sick so we were going to have to wait another 3 weeks. I ended up calling them that same day to figure out what was going on, the sales lady kept cutting me off, claiming there was nothing she could do to help anything in this situation. She was getting noticeably upset and put on hold for 3 minutes after fighting with me to somehow find my ring. What I had to go through for them to thoroughly check the store for my ring was insane. We picked the engagement ring up that night and was told my infinity band would be another 3 weeks, which we didn't totally care about since they had to customs make it for a 8.5 size ring. My fiancé called in on 1/29 to check on it and AGAIN they couldn't find him and put the order in under the wrong person. They fixed it but said that the tracking for the ring just said shipped and they didn't know why it said that so they told him they would email corporate to find out. The sales lady called my fiancé 1/31/26 to say they couldn't custom make or resize a ring that's on clearance, my fiancé asked if it was put on clearance before or after he bought it and the sales lady said after. Again claiming there was literally nothing she could do. We came in today 2/1/26 and got a refund for the wedding band. If you want a memorial, easy and seamless engagement memory when it come to anything about your ring, DO NOT COME TO HELZBERG. There was no proof, just that the item was missing. I told her I didn't take anything and offered to help look for it--if she stopped threatening me. Instead, she took me to court. It took three months for them to produce video footage, which confirmed what I'd said all along: I never stole anything. I was not found guilty of any crime, yet I was forced to pay over $1,500 in legal costs simply to defend myself against a baseless accusation. Glow Fish Studios doesn't feel like a business anymore--it feels like a sting operation run by someone who gets a little too much satisfaction from accusing and humiliating people. I used to shop here often. I have no criminal background. This was deeply traumatic, and it seems they care more about "catching shoplifters" than actually treating customers like human beings. If you value integrity, avoid this place. They are not the small business they pretend to be. Overpriced shit that isn't even from real witches. Just gentrified, rich white women who profit off aesthetics, not authenticity. Save yourself the drama and support Motown Witch or Moonlit Mystic LLC--actual Black-owned Detroit shops that honor the craft and don't treat their customers like suspects.
