This meant dressing and grooming ones self for such an occasion; including a decent pair of shoes and a respectable watch. Always. The choice on whom I purchased my Rolex from was equally as important to me- I'm hoping this will be my first of many. Leo's went above and beyond when I brought in my vintage Omega wrist watch. Everyone was down to earth, friendly and knowledgeable. They found a bracelet that would work with the watch, customized the end links to fit perfectly and brushed the bracelet to match the watch case. No complaints whatsoever. They have a great selection of Pandora and Vera Bradley. This is nice, as they are the only local place with that kind of selection. The service here is hit or miss. I've never had outrageously good or bad service, it's just kind of.......blah. I've taken gifts from there without a receipt, and they did give me store credit, which was nice. My sweet husband bought my beautiful engagement ring from Leo's in 2016. It was a round cut diamond with a halo and cost him over $3,000. Not even 3 months had passed when a diamond fell out. Within the first year of having the ring, a total of 5 diamonds fell out and I was having to constantly send in my ring to have them replace it. After finally calling and talking to the sales representative who sold us the ring, the lady tells us that the ring is known to be faulty (but she did not think to tell my husband this when he was considering buying it?!) after many frustrating months, she told me that we would be able to exchange the faulty ring for a new one. When arriving at the store, the sales rep told us that we could not exchange it afterall and that I could either keep the old ring with the missing diamond or exchange it for a plain band with a simple diamond in the middle and we would also need to pay for the setting...What!? She told me I damaged the ring by being too rough with it (I take it off when I clean, shower, sleep and workout so I'm just really confused on how that was possible. I have been very careful ever since loosing the first diamond). The ring that she gave me was cheaper than the original one we bought and I was given no other options. My husband is still paying his Dad back for a ring that I no longer have due to lack of communication by Leo's. If we had just known this ring was faulty, we would not have bought it in the first place. I'm super bummed that I am now stuck with a ring I don't love and still making payments on one that is faulty. I don't mean to complain- the sales representative was a very sweet lady but she didn't seem to want to help fix this situation. For anyone thinking about getting a round halo cut diamond ring, please reconsider where you buy it from! I would hate for this to happen to anyone else read more

I went to Leo's Jewelry today for the first time, based on the referral of a friend. It took me about a half hour to get there, but it was worth it! I was first impressed at how large the store was. It was impeccably clean. The staff were very professional, I worked with the owner, David, because i talked to him over the phone, and he seemed very honest and professional. I was shopping for diamond stud earrings for my girlfriend , and I had some old jewelry to trade in. David found me some beautiful earrings that were in my price range, and gave me a very fair deal on the exchange. I first went to Leo's back in 2012 as I was getting prepared to propose to my now wife. I had no idea what I was doing when it came to jewelery, but Leo's is a local store in the neighborhood and I wanted to support them. They are very knowledgable in their field and I felt like I had a great educational session with the saleswoman. They gave me a great deal on an engagement ring/wedding band set and I was on my way out the door the same day. The only downside is that I purchased the set in white gold which has to be sent in about every 6 months for coloring and polishing. I knew this was a requirement going into the purchase, but I found out after my purchase that they charge for it while other stores typically don't. It isn't a lot of money, but I feel like that would have been an added value to my purchase. Overall a great customer service experience. read more

This place is the equivalent of a sleazy pawn shop dressed up as a Rolex AD. I've been here two times interested in a Rolex they spoke to me like I was child and where very unprofessional in the way they interacted with me. I spoke with two sales associates who both equally belittling and pompous. I brought in a Rolex I own as well as another watch I was thinking about trading in toward a preowned Rolex I was interested in the gentlemen gave me a ridiculous trade In price and proceeded to tell me how fair his offer was. I took the watch to the diamond factory where I was treated as a equal the gentleman offered me double what Leo's wanted to pay. I've been meaning to write a review about this place. I'm looking for a particular Rolex watch, so I call this place, due to a reference I found online. The price was decent, however, the sales rep I talked to told me that the warranty had to be filled out to include a Michigan residence, and he also told me that they will remove all the stickers off the Rolex, all this after a wire transfer of thousands of dollars. Now, I'm really into watches , and I know the in's and out's of an authorized rolex dealer, and what this sales person told me is complete garbage. I wouldn't recommend this jeweler based on the above. I don't mind wiring money, but if I purchase an expensive Rolex watch, I will be the one removing the stickers off of it, and I don't have to live in MI to purchase out of state. So I bypassed them, and will purchase out of state with a more friendlier AD who will accommodate the norm. read more

One of my stipulations was I did not want to work with a sales person who was pushy and uneducated. I went to the mall stores and the people were horrible. Full of lies and so called sales. Micheal was just the opposite. He told me the truth and was very patient. We came back three or four times looking for the right ring and we got it for an exceptional value. I went there with my wife to pick out our wedding bands, we picked them out bought them and then can the big day, at this point we were living in Kansas. We came back for Christmas after the wedding, needing to get our rings resized. Took them in on 12/23/15 to get them resized and were told hey why don't you leave your diamond as well, we will clean it for you. We did and were told it would be ready on 12/30/15, right before we are set to head back to home in Kansas. We go in and they go to the back to grab our jewelry, well they come back 10 minutes later and say "hey I apologize, but what was your last name again?" 10 minutes after that they come back and we are told "I do not know how to tell you this but we cannot find your jewelry anywhere." Trying t pick my jaw up off the ground I say so you just don't have our jewelry, well it could be in the owners daughters car, well can we check, she has her car at the airport and will not be back for a couple of weeks. So 3 weeks later, we get a call and we are told that it is not in the car. We have to wait a couple of more weeks before we can fly back to the state and see what we can do to fix it. Long story short we had our wedding rings for less than 6 months and our jewelry store lost them. Did the owner ever say a single word to us, absolutely not, no phone call, email, or even text of him saying I am sorry for screwing this up! Never going back! read more

I work with Rob the manager who is great and have bought 3 Rolexs from him. They have a huge selection of rolexs and preowned . I never feel pressured to buy anything like I did at other jewelry stores . We bring our jewelry in for cleaning and I would never trust my wife's diamond with any jeweler except this place .
