They went way over the budget we had discussed, and they were very slow to respond to any correspondence. The car agreed to buy was to be in complete "like new" working order. The AC did not work in the heat of August. Sidco requested we return the car for repair which we did, but then after driving all the way to Forth Worth where they are located from down town Dallas, Sidco wanted to keep our already purchased vehicle for an extended amount of time without providing a loaner car. (again, they advertised the car to be in like new condition, but the vehicle we purchased from them was not. They should have provided an alternate vehicle while the one we had just purchased was getting repaired) What Sidco Auto says they provide, is not what they delivered. It has been awful! We did not get the exact model discussed, AC did not work, they went way over our budget which our lender would not cover. Now they will not pay for our out of pocket expenses on the repair of our AC. If you are not an expert in used cars, or auctions yourself, just stick with Kelly Blue Book, Consumer Reports and go to a reputable name brand dealer.

The first part was great untill it was sold. However It was driven well and the previous dealer replaced many parts. Brian got it cheap because it needed $3500 in repairs, which he knew would not be apparent for the consumer. So, not being a Lexus dealer , these cars need to be thoroughly inpected by a mechanic, or just leave. All the cars are made very appealing on the surface, which he demands top market for. They even had someone drive it over that day from the Grand Prairie lot so that we could test drive it. Jesse was our salesman and he is really great! Very nice and he has amazing customer service. I am in the middle of finding out who did the inspection because I will be turning them in for falsify records. So many promises made; however, they were just lies to move you along. I bought a BMW from this "dealership" and as soon as I got it home, airbag lights, seatbelt lights, check engine light and front headlight malfunction lights all came on. The hard shell convertible top is even leaking! The owner promised to fix it; however, it was a lie. Car Experts Groups is a total sham and they scam people intentionally. I paid cash for the car and now I have to spend well over $3,000 to hopefully fix the oil pan, gaskets, drain the oil because the wrong oil was put in the car! (How ignorant can you be to do that!), replace seals to prevent leaks, install an entire underbody protection kit because the vehicle is missing the protector for the cables going from the engine to the battery. These are just the mechanical issues that I know of yet. The headlight mechanism is $1,200 and I haven't even gotten a quote on the airbag and seatbelt lights, that is something BMW will have to do. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS PLACE! Liars and thieves! I don't know how people like this sleep at night....

They were fair with us from the start, especially considering a few factors involved in our financing, and at no point did we feel like they were trying to rip us off. There was no haggling, the interest rates were fair, and the process felt straightforward and honest. Mike was especially kind throughout the entire experience. We actually had an unexpected situation happen while we were financing over the phone -- another customer came in and bought the car we originally wanted. At first, I honestly thought we were being upsold and taken advantage of (sorry, Mike), and I definitely let him have an earful about it. To his credit, Mike stayed completely professional, patient, and respectful. He took the time to fully explain what happened, answered every question honestly, and never got defensive. They began remotely accessing my Tesla--setting off alarms at night, popping the trunk, and worst of all: turning the heat on while my ADA-certified service dog was locked inside on a scorching day. She suffered heat stroke and had to be rushed to the vet. This wasn't an accident. It was a cruel, calculated action--and I now have a police report documenting it.
