MY HUMBLE REQUEST, PLS DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME HERE. Disappointed with their workmanship. They are not skilled enough to repair BMWs. I observed few. - They don't have skilled people who can identify the REAL root cause of the problem. - They start highlighting issues one by one and rip off your money. Since they have already started their work , you will be left with no option except accepting for further repairs. - He says as waranty for 6months but he has never kept his promise. - My experience is that, despite that rip of, the problem was NOT fixed. When I took the car on the 3rd day, he said he has not fixed that component and also mentioned he doesn't have time to look into it now. read more

Went to three repair shops before getting referred to Jose by a great friend that just had his Mercedes repaired there and had a great experience. Not only quicker than going to the dealer but well below the dealer cost estimate. I just bought the used Mercedes which came with a warranty and Jose quickly filed the claim and got immediate results when the other groups wouldn't make the call to the warranty company because they hadn't heard of them. Highly DISAPPOINTED after seeing that this was supposed to be a five star business..... On Wednesday evening I started to have some trouble with my car on my way back from Waco, so I took it to a shop where they ran a diagnostics on it. Thinking it was a more bigger issue, it was a camshaft sensor causing cylinders 1,2,3,5 to mis fire. I did however understand then, why my car would shake a bit and jerk and pull every now and then. My car still ran okay because I was still able to run my errands around town even after I got back. I needed to be in Austin to help plan with my daughter's wedding this weekend for which is in 2 weeks. I called an auto parts store and asked if they could refer me to someone who worked on Audi and or other foreign vehicles. He directed me to this place...Of course, what would be the right thing to do, YELP..I called him that same evening asking him about cost and if i could have it fixed by this weekend. He says to bring it in between 7:30 and 8 (which by the way were not open at that time) to have him do a computer diagnostic for $89. If I choose to have repairs done there then he would waive the fee. With the wedding and just being a single parent, I asked one of Jose's mechanics to give me an estimate of more or less what I would be looking at in cost to make sure I could afford to have it fixed. I had already done a diagnostic test on the vehicle and knew what the issues were, I asked him to go by that and that I understood if another minor repair had to be done behind it. Roughly he said it would be around $300 to $400 which was still within my budget. After around lunchtime, Jose called and said that it was not just the camshaft sensor and that it was my timing chain going out as well. If he fixed my car it was going to cost me $1600 to repair (Way over my budget with a wedding around the corner) because he would have to replace all the miscellaneous parts that went with the repairs. Which I understood to the fullest but still could not afford to fix at this time. I felt that my car would be able to survive a few more weeks. It just wasn't something I could do at this time. Under the impression I would still have to pay for the diagnostic test, he tells me not to worry about the fee and for me to come pick up the car. Which I did appreciate dearly. So, I then asked him if he could check the shocks and struts that another mechanic had done for me about a couple of months ago, and I would pay him because they were making more noise now then when before he changed them out. I didn't feel comfortable leaving without paying for his services. But was persistent on me not paying him anything. Again, very great full! Jose and his staff, Yes were extremely polite and very courteous. When I came to pick up my vehicle I noticed a pretty good size drip puddle under my car that did not do that before dropping it off. I began to get very emotional and upset. I knew it was coming from my car, but stated that it was from another vehicle that was parked their before mine was. I then got All the way under my car and seen the oil of some sort dripping from one of the parts. He still said it was not a big deal, and just radiator fluid. I did have to put radiator fluid every now and again but after what they had done, I had never seen it leaking from underneath like I did that day. Yes, I knew it had a leak, so I just got in my car. Leaving still thinking that it's okay because my car still runs decent right? And I can still get around town to finish this wedding right? WRONG!!! My car didn't even want to go past 20 to 30 miles an hour without shaking and trembling so bad... I just about wanted to have a nervous breakdown... So is he HONEST? NO.. Hard to believe. I'm not a mechanic, but I could definitely see that he did more damage than good to my car. Instead of owning up and fixing the damage or mistake that he may have caused, he just sent me off on my merry little way. I guess that is why he did not charge me for the services because he had done more damage than he did good. My car STILL RAN and DID NOT leak any types of fluids when I took it to them. Why even touch anything without my consent ? The computer diagnostics tells you the issues the car is having without having to even touch the car does it not? I can't help but feel like he created a bigger issue to have me come out more money to fix. Or maybe not, but make sure the owner can afford to have it done before touching the vehicle. These vehicles are very expensive I know, and even more expensive to repair. Again, I am highly disappointed because of the rating and survey I read to be quite false and DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO TANGO CAR CLINIC FOR ANY FOREIGN CAR REPAIRS... Note to self, get rid of the Audi and get a Chevy. Sigh.... read more

Wow! My first time ever to rate a company on yelp. I'm only doing this so people out there know there is still trust worthy people in this world. A great family member reffered me to this awesome place. After having two estimates done at two different shops and both quoting me $4k for a suspension fault light on my Range Rover. In the other hand, This place was very honest and only quoted me for what was causing the light to go on which was one front shock. The two other shops didn't care they quoted me for two front shoks and new compressor. I would have never known the difference, me being a female i would have never known. This place is definitely very honest and best part my truck is running great. Definitely trustworthy company! !! read more

He's courteous, honest, punctual, knowledgable, thorough and very reasonably priced. With his array of diagnostic equipment, I truly believe he can tackle any challenge.
