We are deeply grateful for the outstanding care and guidance provided by Anthony Aguayo at Pierce…read moreBrothers Crestlawn Memorial Park. Anthony assisted my family, my cousin and his mother, and I with great professionalism and genuine kindness throughout the process of securing a cemetery space and arranging funeral services. He took the time to thoroughly explain every aspect of the arrangements, including the available services, amenities, and associated costs. His clear and comprehensive explanations allowed us to fully understand our options and make informed decisions with confidence. Despite our arriving late to both appointments, Anthony remained exceptionally patient and accommodating. His professionalism, candor, and thoughtful demeanor brought a sense of calm and reassurance during a difficult time. We sincerely appreciate Anthony's dedication and the respectful manner in which he supported our family. We highly recommend him to anyone seeking compassionate and knowledgeable assistance at Crestlawn.

This is something families should be told while making funeral arrangements, not left for them to discover later. If it's stated somewhere in the paperwork, that's not something most people are focused on when they're grieving. It's not right that everything was thrown away without any warning. We later found out that decorations are only allowed during certain holidays, but we didn't know that until we called to ask why everything was gone. We spent thousands of dollars on his funeral because we wanted to honor him and give him a beautiful place to visit and the least they can do is communicate and give a warning so we would be aware. It was heartbreaking to find out that everything had been discarded, including gifts left by his children. A simple conversation or even a courtesy warning before removing everything would have meant so much to our family.

No request was too big. And everything they did was done with empathy and love. AARON make sure that we were taking care of the entire time and walk us through step-by-step during this very very difficult time. He allowed us to basically run the service away that we wanted it based on the guidelines and what we paid for he always gave us more time because he understands the difficulties of emotions and feelings during this time. Thank you so much for such an amazing service although I hope to never ever see you again soon if ever there was a need which the circle of life says there will be we will definitely be returning here. This would be a 10 star review if possible

If you ever want to be upcharged, this is the place to go! My goodness--it wasn't enough to pay for…read morethe casket, viewing, and time, etc. Everything came with a fee. Don't expect to watch your loved one's casket actually lowered into the ground either. You have to pay over $300 more for that to happen. We were actually told that we needed to leave so they could do so. Why? No idea. Obviously, they are going to do so, so why would it matter if you are there or not?! I've been to many funerals and at no time did they asked for a casket liner (in case the person needs to be exhumed, not optional.) and not once was there an upcharge to watch the casket placed in the ground. Odd they don't require a liner in Wisconsin or Minnesota where they actually have weather. My suggestion is to ask to be cremated, unless you have an extra $10k laying around.

I paid Norco Family Funeral Home to order 4 death certificates, expecting them ready by the funeral date. When I needed one sooner, I bought a copy directly from Riverside County for $26 and found errors on it, which made it unusable. I caught this before the funeral home placed their own order, which saved them $104 in re-order fees. I did their quality control for free, in the middle of planning my father's funeral. No apology or thanks from them, but whatever. I move on. The funeral came and went. No certificates. "Check back next week." When I called the following week, I was offered two options: drive back to pick the certificates up myself, or have them mailed with no guarantee -- they were "not responsible" if anything happened. I believe I was speaking with the owner, Jon, who repeated that phrase like a liability shield rather than an answer. I asked for certified mail since I couldn't make the drive again, and he quoted me another $50 for it. No apology. No offer to reimburse the $26 I'd spent on an unusable certificate. No acknowledgment that I'd saved his business over $100. Just "people make mistakes," and arguments every time I brought up those facts. The service itself went smoothly, which is the only reason this isn't one star (although they forgot to play the music I had sent). But Jon's attitude and refusal to right his wrong truly shocked me. Norco Family Funeral had every chance to make this right, and chose not to. That tells you everything you need to know.
