Not only did they have the soonest available date in all of Southern California among the many homes we contacted, but the venue itself was also beautiful and well maintained. For our Hindu service, the staff's knowledge and experience stood out. They were deeply familiar with the rituals and respectful of every detail. The entire arrangement was made during a single visit, which was especially helpful while we were in mourning. We worked closely with Devonne, who was a true professional--always available via email, text, or phone. Coordinating the flyer content, flower arrangements, and audio files remotely was seamless and allowed us to focus on other aspects of the ceremony without additional trips to the funeral home. The level of service we received was outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was courteous, solemn, and attentive. I tried to park at two nearby businesses only to be told they would tow my car. It was such a horrible experience and it caused me to be late to the service when I was on time. I called the mortuary to let them know I couldn't find parking just to be told I'd have to find parking out in the street. If you are expecting a large attendance DO NOT have your loved ones services here. The nearby businesses must be used to this telling people they will tow your car as you try to park and leave your car.

I met with a pre need counselor who gave me incorrect information. I expected that I was going to finalize details and pay the balance, instead I was ending the meeting and finding another mortuary to take charge. The only positive thing was the care team that took charge of his remains. I was charged a transfer fee which I feel Miller Jones should've taken the loss since it was their representative who misled me. Initially I was also told that they would issue me a full refund, but I had to pay the $600 first. I felt that was stupid and they should've just deducted the $600 from what I had paid. I was informed that was their policy. I fussed so much that they finally did deduct the fee and issued me a check for the difference in a day or so. After my husband was in the care of another company, Miller Jones posted an online obituary without my knowledge or approval. I had to contact them to have it removed.
