I never leave bad reviews, but this experience was beyond disappointing…read more I came in with a clear idea of the nail design I wanted, and not only did the technician refuse to do it, but he also rushed the entire process, didn't shape my nails properly, and was incredibly rude throughout the appointment. He made me feel like I was inconveniencing him just by being there. As you can see from the photos, the final result looks nothing like a professional manicure. The nails are uneven, poorly shaped, and messy. I walked out feeling frustrated, disrespected, and like I wasted both my time and money. If you care about quality service or just want to be treated respectfully, I'd highly recommend going anywhere else. I won't be back.
