Do NOT waste your money here! I was burned with the drill, cut, and scalded with water! And left with a terrible pedicure! I came in today for a walk in pedicure, and it was a horrible experience from start to finish. I was the only customer in there, so I was taken right away. The tech started filing my gel polish off, and burned me twice with the electric file. When I told her it burned she laughed and looked at her coworkers like I was exaggerating. Ok, fine. The rest went pretty well until the toward the end of the service, after she did my scrub, she asked me to put my legs back into the tub so she could rinse. She did not check the temp, and sprayed scalding water on me! I jumped out of the chair. She was super apologetic, and I let her finish my nails. I should've left. My nails look horrible! They're crooked, and she cut them WAY too short. I'm incredibly disappointed. I will not be returning and will warn everyone I know to stay far away. Now I know why that place never looks busy. read more

When I called to make an show appointment, I was told that Grace and Andy was out of the country so I made my appointment with someone else. I was quite surprised that they atmosphere was totally different in terms of no more piano music, which set the atmosphere for a welcome environment. It wasn't as clean as it was previously. Although Jessica did my nails nice, it was very rushed, and I've noticed that the other workers were moving in the same fashion. I'll be looking for another place to get my mani/pedi. read more

Worst experience ever! Had an appt with Grace who was the best and also the manager. Never got a confirmation so called the day before. Call was answered by an Asian woman who barely spoke English. Told her about my appointment with Grace and she said she had an emergency and was not there. Was told Aida could take me and Aida got on the phone and confirmed she could. Arrived for appointment and Aida had someone else and a man who knew nothing about pedicures was who I got. I had to wait for another tech to help correct what he did. I will never return. Awful management. Called in morning - made appt for 2:30 same day. At 2:35 another woman with a 2:30 appt was taken back because she made her appt yesterday. I asked when I would be taken back and told it would be another 30 mins. Somehow my appt was like a walk in. I left. This is second time I've experienced booking issues here. Asked for short almond gel nails. Guy questioned doing gel nails with almond shape. I told him if he couldn't do them then almond then to just do them square. He said no problem. Started my nails and asked how short, he cut them square where I said. Then proceeded to shape them as oval. I was not happy and they were not straight. In order to make them almond he kept doing shorter and shorter. I have at least 2 cuts on my skin and they look awful. Was my first time trying this salon and will not return! I didn't like my nails so they said they could take them off which was fine w me. After that I heard the Hispanic nail techs talking non stop about me in Spanish which I'm guessing they didn't know that I spoke. I ended up leaving in tears with my nails halfway soaked off. read more

Where do I begin? Well for starters it, seems as so they were short-staffed. There was only two people the day I went. I also asked for a pedicure and asked if they had time because I did not have an appointment and she took me right away. It seems that the lady doing my pedicure didn't want to work that day. She had an attitude. She was huffing, frowning, and puffing throughout my services. Everything I was asking for she was saying she didn't have the supplies for them and it seems as though she wanted to do whatever she wanted to do with my feet. I absolutely will not be returning ever again. They have poor customer service; I wasn't offered anything to drink, or even a mere smile from the time I walked into the salon. read more

Do not go to this salon. My daughter and I came in and they were short staffed but assured us "just 10 minutes...we are finishing up now." We sat down in the pedicure chairs and the water went cold after we waited 45 minutes. The guy then forgets we asked for manis too. Since two more customers had come in, I declined my mani so they could do my daughter's. The guy rushes through her mani and does a terrible job. The nails were bumpy, barely shaped, with gel chunks and polish underneath her nails. No cuticle clean-up bc as I was told later, "that's extra!" The bill came to $170 and I had sticker shock. I spent time understanding all the "extras" that they had added to the final price. They told us $35 for the "classic pedicure" plus $5 extra for buffing. They failed to mention it was $30 extra for gel we didn't ask for. But that's not all...the mani also had "extras" that were not mentioned including the use of "Gel X"...whatever the hell that is. I paid and we left the salon...but I HAD to come back to give some honest feedback on the need for them to communicate their prices honestly and to take their time to do a good job for a paying customer, especially given how much they were charging. The guy who did the mani was very defensive and dismissive. His colleague was apologetic and offered to redo the nails for free. She also tried to shove some cash into my hand to make things right. I politely declined. It wasn't about the money and I support small businesses. But all the hidden costs to jack up the prices just felt dishonest. Combine that with too many off-color comments and behaviors, it's an easy decision for us to never return. read more

would not recommend to anyone. I made an appointment for 1:15 didn't get helped until 1:55 then I didn't leave until 3:30. My nails are not the same shape and have bumps in them. I didn't even care how they looked i just wanted to leave. Waste of money and a HUGE waste of time. I will never be returning. read more
