Sometimes they are able to fix something same day, and they polish up my wedding bands for no charge. I do find their estimated repair times are inaccurate (LOL...because they always call 3-7 days SOONER than anticipated!) :D One other thing I like a lot is that if you see one of their custom pieces, they put it in the system under your name (like a registry)...in case your special someone wants to surprise you. If I ever leave AZ, it will be hard to find another jeweler like Barnes!

When I told them this they sent the $20 fee through Apple Cash, and they did offer to replace the stone if I sent it to them. After what happened I didn't trust these guys to replace it with a stone of equal quality. I called and "Andy" yelled hystericlally at me for several minutes, accusing me of breaking it myself. Then he hung up. It was really weird.
