Maybe they are fine with lying at Molina/Black, Starr & Frost - I'm not. She made an additional recommendation for a small halo of diamonds to be put around the sapphire. It absolutely made my ring sing and was perfectly executed! From the beginning of the process to the finished work, and getting my ring back, this review barely describe how happy I am with the work and this company. I was only notified Jan 31, 2025, by email that they would be temporarily relocating with no explanation given for the reason and a message I would receive my ring when they were up and running again. I only found out the business was actually sold after researching it on my own on the internet. I have sent emails and letters asking for the current status, for any kind of update, but get nothing in response. It is now almost the end of May I have been waiting. I think this is a totally unacceptable way to handle this situation with a customer who has paid for an expensive ring in full and has trusted them with a personal diamond which came from my mother's wedding ring. I have been left hanging and now I don't even know if I will ever see it again, if my entire investment is gone, or what to think or do. Nevertheless my intention is not to be confrontational, I am just very upset and frustrated by the way things have turned out and am seeking honest communication regarding the situation.
