Found this place on our drive north, we were looking for a quick bite that wasn't a fast food chain. Glad we stopped! We were greeted upon arrival, there was a bit of a wait but not terrible. They were taking orders and getting the food out quick! It's not huge but there are a few tables to sit and enjoy your food. Seems to be a local favorite. There is a huge case of cakes and cookies when you walk in. The subs are made to order and they don't skimp on them, very filling! They have bottled beverages or self serve iced tea & Lemonade. We came for the subs and of course left with some cookies for the road! Not sure if they have anything else but will definitely be back to check it out and have more off the menu!! read more

I've had Miranda's on my list of places to try while on my way to visit my parents in south florida. I am always looking for a good spot to stop to break up the long drive. On my most recent trip to visit my parents I finally stopped for some sandwiches and cake. The photos on this yelp page a less than appetizing. But the restaurant itself looks nice for a small hole in the wall kind of establishment. We ordered cold subs and a variety of baked goods. The subs were good. The bread was nice and soft. We brought the baked goods to my parents to share. We had 3 slices of cake and 4 cookies. The cookies were okay. Nothing great, nothing terrible. The cake on the other hand was not good. All 3 slices of cake did not taste good. Not a single one was redeemed. We ended up throwing them away. I love cake, so that is a big sign for how bad they were. The prices here are very affordable. 2 subs, 3 slices of cake, and 4 cookies cost under $25. I would come back from the subs, but I would skip the baked goods. read more

So, the food is great 10/10. Aside from the food being great, the workers here are always prompt and service is super fast. Only thing is these people be fast and wrong! I was waiting for my sandwich and not only I was waiting for a long time they got it wrong and the customer service is horrible. Also went inside to eat and the tables were sticky and disgusting. And inside was a homeless person spending there days there harassing customers. Told the manager and they manager did nothing. The man keeps singing to customers and asking for money and ruined my whole experience. Also fired a wonderful employee. NEVER AGAIN!!!... read more

Wow do not believe the review that called this place a "hole in the wall" It is a stand alone building much larger than most sub shops and the cookies are delish. I had a 6 in Italian sub and could only finish half of it . The ham and salami on it were lean good quality meats. I will be a regular customer now that I have discovered this hidden gem. read more

They bake their own bread before the sun comes up, so the sandwiches are fresh when you place your order. You can get a sandwich within 5 minutes of it's order. Lots of meat. They pour a special oil vinegar sauce on it. If you are gonna eat it later, have them put the sauce on the side. I never pass a bread pudding that I can resist. But after tasting Miranda's bread pudding only the best will do . NOTHING compares to their Bread Pudding. The owner was kind enough to special bake me a large one to take home to Ga. My partner was totally impressed with all the different pastries he tried. I have lived in Fort Pierce for 4 years and never heard of Miranda's until this week. I went for a rare treat; a lunch with co-workers. The sub was delicious. I had a roast beef, turkey and ham sub and ate off it 3 times! I was not as impressed with the brownie, but I will definitely go back for more subs! Subway does not come close; nor does Jimmy John's. I will frequent a locally owned restaurant any day over a chain. read more

Miranda's Subs is great Bakery here in the city of Fort Pierce. They've been around for years providing fresh Bread and some delicious Subs. I do love to order their subs occasionally but I prefer to order the Chef Salad with Ranch dressing as it's my favorite item on the menu. read more

A very good experience! Fresh bread, tasty sandwich, friendly and fast service. It's important to point out that this isn't the Miranda's with bars on the windows in a seedy strip plaza on the East side of Angle Rd (we were ready to turn and leave); it's the nice new building directly across on the West side of the road. We stopped for lunch while passing through town from 95 to the Turnpike. It was worth it and a better alternative to all the fast food joints on 70. read more

ordered a 6in sub for take out and when I got back to work the sub was no where near 6 in more like a 3 and 1/2 inch sub!!! The bread was cut wrong and there was no "end" to my sub only two middle portions. Oh and I asked for a cup for water and they charged me .25 cents for the cup and lid, because since I wasn't buying a drink I needed to pay for the cup! I will never go back horrible experience and this place is way too OVER PRICED! I paid almost $11 for two 3 and a 1/2 inch subs and two cups of water!!!!!! read more
