We had a Rueben and a couple of chicken bacon ranches, and they were delicious! The service really stood out. Great, easy and quick stop for breakfast. Food quality was very, very good and tasters delicious. Prices were very affordable. Staff very friendly. Overall very clean with seating inside. So this is not a review on the one on 20th street. I went to the one on 82nd avenue in the bp gas station. Absolutely aweful. I asked for a footling roast beef. I make an annual trek to Vero Beach, Fl to speak to teens at Life For Youth Camp. One of the perks of this trek is visiting the 82nd ave deli located in the BP station on the corner of 60 and 82nd. The subs are delicious. The bread is on par with Jimmy Johns. They serve Boar's Head meats and they are also freak fast. Besides the subs, their bagel breakfast sandwiches are dynamite! The bacon is crispy, the bagel is toasted but if you're like me, you ask for it without mayo. The ladies behind the counter are super nice and the deli has a little sitting area you can chill in. So, whether you're in Vero or stopping at the Vero exit, make time to visit the 82nd ave deli and you will not be disappointed. I should also mention that they deliver. read more

I often buy gas it this station the Indian clerk is very nice, however today I stopped there was a Caucasian clerk the store was a bit busy and she was the only one working. I waited patiently in line for my turn only to see this guy that was clearly not in the line jump to the counter. I said sir the line begins here. He is making excuses. proceed to purchase my drink when the clerk basically wants to tell me to shut up. She then proceeds to grab my drink put it away and refused to serve me and takes the same guy. I do a lot of business with this place and my company fill all their trucks there. She was very rude and I won't spend another dollar there. she needs a lesson in customer serves and a make up tutoria. read more

I have been getting gas there and 3 or 4 subs a week, but today the deli person and the counter person both had masks on pulled down. I told them both to pull their masks up and the counter person told me this is America and we all have rights. I guess if the employees don't care about protecting themselves from covid, they surely won't care about protecting me. This little deli is a family owned business and takes pride in what they do. Delicious subs and even yogurt parfaits! The owner Jenan is so very nice and really works within her community. I have had the privilege of having the deli sponsor breakfast for my job and it was delish! We also purchased appetizers for an evening event and the hand size subs and meatballs were amaze! Stopped to get gas on my way to the beach and couldn't resist this cute deli. The fact that Boar's Head ads were everywhere gave me the confidence to order a sub (I don't like to try new places.) I'm so glad I did. I had turkey with pepperjack cheese and all the trimmings. The counter was exceptionally clean and organized and the clerk was friendly. Delicious subs... they use boars head meats and they are awesome! Now I don't have to find a public to get a good quality sub! The girls there are super friendly... always nice to see a smiling face They also have a little ice cream shop so you can get a couple scoops for dessert!! Man I'm excited to leave this review about 82nd Ave. subs, it is a must go. As far as I'm concerned, this sub shop is top-of-the-line no one can touch it. I'm a jersey guy and I know good food when I see it, and taste it. Not only do they have amazing subs, they also sell fresh luscious and juicy tomatoes, green bell peppers, and onions , from a local farmer in Vero Beach . Now here is the amazing thing, you can go in and purchase boars head sliced meats, and cheeses less than then what they charge at Publix, is that ridiculous. also try their tunafish subs they use albacore nothing but the best . If you want a fabulous sub and you demand quality like I do, then get over to this Sub Shop and do yourself a favor, treat yourself to quality. read more
