I expected I'd need a new windshield. At G&R, they easily could have sold me one--but instead, Rosie at the front office said, "No, don't do that. Let's see if we can get it off." They removed it completely. Even better, they cleaned the entire car and didn't charge me for it. Honest, skilled, and genuinely kind people. They do windshield replacement, body work, and clearly much more--but they also do the right thing. I highly recommend G&R.

I had my Jeep removed and had it picked up by NO LIMIT AUTO in Queens Village and not only did they fight with my insurance company to have the Salvage title removed they fixed it for approximately $11,000!!!.. From drop off to pick up, I was met with nothing but professionalism. My car was side swiped on two separate occasions and they handled the insurance process impeccably. The shop owner came out to greet me personally when I dropped off my car and gave me his contact information. My friend was running late picking me up and he offered more than once to get me an Uber. At pick up, there was a slight incident that was not on them. They quickly went into action and everything was resolved in record time. They absolutely did more than they needed to even though it was not their fault. Theo assured me that everything would be taken care of and truly exceeded my expectations.
