Spicy Wonton

This place was absolutely amazing and fast! I placed my order and with in 10min it was done. Highly recommended for lunch / dinner or event a nice cold boba drink. The place was super clean and the staff were very friendly. I'm definitely coming back even though I live in Columbia SC.

This was our second time eating here, about a year apart. I remembered really liking my first time dining here, and they did not disappoint this time either. So excited to hear that a location may be opening in Aiken!

Not the greatest ramen I've ever had but it definitely gets the job done. The noodles don't seem to be house made which is what I noticed immediately. The tonkotsu broth was rich and flavorful. I really appreciated how much meat they gave us in the ramen, usually places skimp on the meat. The ambiance is pretty good.

I've been looking for a ramen place in Augusta for a while now and stumbled upon this place. It looked fairly new but worth the try. The service for the food is pretty quick. You order at the counter and they give you a number and they bring out the food to your table. We decided to sit outside since it was a nice day and they were able to find us with no problem. I tried the spicy wontons as an "app" and they were probably the best I've had. They had the right amount of heat and had so much flavor. I could have ordered some to go just so that had more for later one. I ended up finishing the all of them before I knew it. Then I had the short rib ramen. The ramen was good but the short rib was not tender at all. It was not something that I could have ate with chopsticks for sure. So I ended up saving it for later to eat at home. When I ate it at home I did still enjoy it. Just to tough to eat out in public. Other than that it was still good. I did end up getting a Thai tea but I did not like their tapioca pearls. The lady at the front counter let me get a different drink and didn't charge me. I ended up trying something totally new and absolutely love it. It's was the strawberry milk with strawberry popping boba in it. The perfect match. I think next time I would try a different meat just because the short rib wasn't it for me that day but other than that the experience and food was really good and worth going to try.

Best Thai Tea in Augusta! During my four years at AU, I spent many a days going to Mirin for either lunch, a quick pick me up (thai tea), or a snack! The service is amazing, and the food is even better! Here are some of my personal favorites! The Thai Tea is my absolute favorite! The tapioca boba in it is absolutely delicious! The spicy miso ramen is also a classic! It is definitely got a kick to it! But the flavors are still there and delicious! The cheesy beef fries are ridiculously delicious! The bulgogi on top is something I didn't know I needed! Go give Mirin a try and you won't regret it!

This place is phenomenal. I've never had a bad thing on the menu, and my order always comes out super quick!

I've been to Mirin a few times and I am very comfortable giving it a solid 4-star rating. For me, one of the big sells is that you can eat a relatively healthy and nutritious meal at a decent price while out and about. The food itself is really rather simple. I would probably describe it as Asian Fusion for the most part. But the build your bowl aspect is a lot of fun. It think it's a great alternative to a burger and fries. The inside of the restaurant is fairly spartan but functions just fine for the purposes of casual dining. They do sell alcohol. Although I tend to end up there on the early side and haven't had the fun of partaking. To sum up, it's a solid spot to get a fairly healthy meal at. It will probably be a regular stop on my restaurant list.

Yummy and huge portions . Can't wait to try more things. Didn't get any of their drinks but they looked popular.

I've seen this restaurant advertised but had never been to it, but then it was right in front of me during an outing. OMG the food is so good. I'm from Miami now in GA and this menu is great and delicious. It's right up there with any great Asian restaurant where I'm from and that says a lot. We're coming back and will be regulars!!

Build Your Own bowl with tofu

I really wanted a quick bowl to go, and the selection of restaurants open in Augusta on Monday was not impressive, so I checked this one off my list. Ordering online got me a bowl that was ready in fifteen minutes or so when I arrived. I was impressed by the freshly grilled tofu on top. The menu also offered excellent variety; I got brown rice with a hint of quinoa, but could easily have gotten a salad or a noodle bowl. Toppings included edamame and avocado at no extra charge, along with quite a few others. The sauces were clearly marked for vegan and gluten-free needs. And the price, as such things go, was not bad at all. The fast casual bowl is never going to be the peak of haute cuisine, but as a fast food place, they did about as good of a job as I could have hoped for. I didn't see a ton else on the menu that I'd want, but I'd be happy to build another bowl if I need something like this again.

We stopped by here after a long day of shopping while we were in town. There is an open lot For parking and bright and welcoming inside. We ordered various items on the menu. The wings were nice and spicy. The fries were a fun fusion dish which was shareable and our meals were very tasty.

If you are vegan, you need to go to this place. If you eat meat, you need to go to this place. Either way, you will love it!! My mom and I were visiting relatives in Augusta and we had dinner here the first night of our stay. We ended up eating here every night for dinner. We loved the bowls so much! My mom had chicken and I had tofu. The tofu bowl has so much flavor that I didn't need to add the sauces that it comes with. I even asked how they seasoned the tofu and the girls in the front didn't know. One went to ask in the back and she came back and forgot most all they said except she told me they add cumin. I don't know what else they use but the tofu is the best that I have ever eaten. We really enjoyed our meals. The inside was very clean and I appreciated that. You could bring a large group because there is enough room. An added perk was that Sprouts Market is in the same shopping center so we would go over there after our meal. I wish this place was in NJ!!

The thai tea is not worth buying imo. Augusta just has better thai tea almost anywhere else. Everything else is perfect, though.

Because of this I felt reasonably confident that they understood what "vegan" means and would be able to accommodate me. Well things didn't start out great as we asked our server about vegan options and they didn't seem to know what could be made vegan. We asked about the "wok favorites" on the menu (you can choose marinated tofu as an option) and were told after we ordered that the marinated tofu could not be made vegan. So about half the menu we'd been eyeing was not available for us at that point. I ordered a noodle dish with plain tofu (the only vegan protein available). I made it clear that I would like the dish to be vegan and it came out made with eggs. They remade it for me, but it just wasn't good. Wasn't good before they remade it when I took a bite and realized it had egg and wasn't good when it was remade. The noodles were way over cooked and slimy and the flavor wasn't great. Disappointed with this place in every way and would not return. And on top of everything else it's way too expensive for the quality of food.

The food still felt authentic and full of true Hawaiian flavor. Coming from a family with roots in the Big Island and Maui, I can appreciate when a place captures that genuine island-style taste and atmosphere. One thing that really stood out was how they start you off with fresh in-house made pork rinds, similar to how Mexican restaurants serve chips and salsa when you sit down. It was a unique and welcoming touch. We ordered the spicy poke, Spam musubis, and a mixed BBQ plate with two scoops of mac salad. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and satisfying. The mac salad especially had that classic island-style taste that's hard to find done right. The staff was friendly, the decor looked great, and the restaurant had a warm, inviting feel. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for authentic Hawaiian comfort food.

It soaked up every bit of flavor from the meats and tied the whole plate together. Simple, but done exactly right. The restaurant was busy, which speaks to how popular it is. The staff looked a little overwhelmed during the rush, and you could tell an extra set of hands would've helped. Even so, everyone remained friendly, worked hard, and never let the quality of the food slip. If you're willing to be a little patient during peak hours, you'll be rewarded with a meal that's absolutely worth the wait.
