I usually have an idea of what I want done when I go in but I usually end up saying "Whatever you think. Make me beautiful!" And she has NEVER let me down. I always feel like a million bucks when I leave Divine and I know I look great (and it doesn't break my bank like some places do). The salon is beautiful, clean, tidy, and it really has a great atmosphere. All of the girls are so kind and friendly. I always look forward to getting my hair done because I get to chat and laugh with all the girls. Divine is a wonderful place to get your hair done (male or female). I'm sure you'll love it just as much as I do!

What's worse is I've been going there for years now and never had a men's haircut this terrible. I wish I could post a picture of what my hair looked like two days ago and what it looks like now. Just an update I got a call from the manager of the factory today and she explained to me that I should be happy I got a free terrible haircut. That I should not have been upset yesterday because my hair got butchered by Madison. Maybe the manager is right I should have been thankful for the resources I won't expend in that I can use less shampoo and conditioner. Thankful that I no longer need to spend time combing my hair as it is so short. Thankful my hair won't take as long to dry now. Attitude reflects leadership and if this is the managers attitude I get why the employees are like this. Do not go there in my honest opinion and this is from a regular customer for over 4 years now

It was driving me nuts so I booked with my regular stylist elsewhere and she said it was a bad haircut. That was $30 down the drain. I wonder if they don't screen staff? Have them do a men's and women's cut before hiring.

One came back only because she had to move and this place was where her old clients were. She is now getting mental health from there. I personally am getting mental health help from the trauma I had received from working there. If you had an issue that you would talk to the owner about, they threw it over their shoulder and do nothing about the many of the issues happening throughout my experience working there. Having my own salon now, clients from there have come to see me, only to be upset with the final service they were given from the salon. Good luck with your service at Epic. Not worth your time.

Her service was friendly and flawless. She listened carefully to what I wanted then went out of her way to make sure I was happy with the results. Her (environmentally friendly foam) foil job was done to perfection and her wash, scalp massage and hair handling was akin to a Gold-Seal chef creating in her own home kitchen. I knew I was in seasoned, talented hands, and best of all, I trusted Erynn's opinion, so I asked her advice about cut and styling, and she literally taught me step-by-step how to achieve the mop I want in 15 minutes or less. At the beginning of this year, I decided that I was going to chop my hair off to where it was almost buzzed and I really wanted to go to a good place to get such a huge haircut. That's when I found M.U.D.! I was obviously scared because I've never been there before but everyone was so helpful and friendly and really listened to what I wanted. Erynn was amazing and made me feel so comfortable with the huge change I was going to get to my hair. Erynn's haircuts also grow out very well. I've only had it trimmed once or twice since I've gotten it cut and it still looks really good and has a really nice shape to it. I've recently gone back to her to get my hair coloured and she was very knowledgable about what was reasonable and what can be done with my hair. Overall it's a nice salon. The staff are friendly and customer service has always been good there like any good hair salon should be.

I'm always greeted warmly at the door, offered a beverage and taken care of immediately. The service is top notch and all the staff I've encountered are amazing. She took the time to listen to my wants and needs. She offered choices and together, with her expert guidance, Renee cut and colored my hair. I felt comfortable to ask for some small changes at the end of the cut (wanted it a bit shorter) and Renee delivered without question. I have never had great hair (fine and thin and straight) but I felt great leaving the appointment. She also helped me to pick out some product without pushing a sale upon me. I was assigned Lexi even though I booked with someone else. The salon is upstairs in a cramped area and is very dirty. There was lots of hair in the brush she used on my hair. She curled my hair quite quick and was pretty nice. However, when I got home I looked in the mirror and only half my hair is curled. Half of it is still straight. Terrible. Save your money and go to an actual salon.

It's now been ages since I had my hair cut, I shopped around and even cut it myself a few times (not great, but not hoooorrible!). Today I had an appointment with Brooklyn. She was amazing. Fun, vibrant, and I honestly don't even know what she did. I closed my eyes to drab sad heavy hair and opened them to fluffy bouncy curls. I went from a 6 to a 10 in her care. Added bonus is the head massage when they wash your hair. Not every stylist is even able to wash hair and have me relax, but the massage erased a fully stressful day that preceded it. Everyone in the studio was eye smiling and seemed to be having a good time, definitely a nice energy to be apart of.

I booked myself and my four bridesmaids in to get our hair done for my wedding day. Christina was very helpful with the booking process and recommending the amount of time we would need to get ready. I had my hair trial about a month and a half before the wedding when I was in town, and I was so impressed with my stylist. My hair was perfect on the first try, and she was able to bring my vision to life while tailoring it to my features. I was a bit nervous on the big day that everything would go smoothly and we would be on time. I had nothing to worry about. We were finished around 20 minutes earlier than Christina estimated. Our stylists were super personable, kind and fun. We decided to get our hair done at the salon, and you get mimosas and snacks, which was a really nice touch. There is no reason given, and although I understand things happen and come up, it doesn't reflect well on the business if I can't rely on them to consistently make their appointments. Not to mention their own cancellation policy requires 24 hours in advance. Although I intend to return to get my haircut this time, I'm not sure that I will continue to come back if appointments keep getting moved like this.
