Very friendly, quick work but good work. I got a short French tip set and payed $50, can't find those prices anywhere anymore. My nails lasted 5 weeks and I had to soak all of them off. Truly enjoyed my experience will be returning. read more

The staff members are awful. They don't care about appointments. They will care more about the walk-in versus the appointment. They don't do a single thing listed in their menu so if you pay $39 for extra stuff to be done on your legs, they'll probably cut that down and do a minute of each little thing instead of taking it to be 20 minutes. read more

I have been here twice: once with a friend and once today. The last time I went, I had someone (who's name I can't remember) and today I had Lisa. Today when I went, I asked for my nails to be short (if I can feel my nail over my finger, it's too long). Lisa told me that I was asking for them to be too short and I don't really want them that short. I confirmed that I actually wanted them the length I said initially, and even though she disagreed, Lisa eventually made them the length I wanted. I also asked for my nails to be clear pink and was told that it was "boring". For my pedicure, I also wanted clear, short nails (see a theme?) and opted for callous remover. The gentlemen who worked on my feet was nice and did his job quickly and well, or so I thought. Once I got home, I noticed that my heels were still rough. Might as well have not gotten callous remover at all. The "massage" was also a joke. Whilst getting my pedicure, I noticed my fingers needed to be cleaned up and that my cuticles were not smooth. Lisa came over and fixed them, but by then it was the third time I'd asked for my fingers to be remedied and she was pretty over it. Also, unlike the norm for manicures, there wasn't really a hand massage. Lisa kinda-sorta rubbed lotion on my arms, but that's really it. All in all, the whole thing (including tip) was about $70, and I don't feel like I got what I paid for. My perspective is: if I am spending money, I should get what I want. It seems that with this establishment, you have to reiterate what you want and even justify it.... even though you're the paying customer. I'm not sure I'll be back. read more

The first time I came here Mai did my nails, she did a great job! She was quick and very neat, she made sure I was happy with the job she did, which I definitely was! It was also very affordable, only $15 for a full. I came to miss for the second time today and I was extremely happy. I waited way way too long to get a fill and ended up needing a new set. I didn't catch the lady's name who did my nails but she did such a good job! I was in and out in less than an hour and she was doing someone else's nails at the same time as mine. Removing my nasty old set of nails and doing a fresh set with regular polish, not gel was only $35! I will be going to misa nails only from now on. read more

I felt so disrespected after leaving Misa Nails, which led me to write this. The technician who did my gel manicure was very rude to me, and I'm not sure why. It could have been the fact that he was so sick that snot was running down his nose, and he had to cough all over my hands. He asked me how many times I've had a gel Manicure before, and I responded three. After I was confused as to which hand went under the light he asked me, "if you've had gels three times why don't you know when to put your hands under?" Could have been humorous if it weren't for his condescending, annoyed tone. All this occurred after he made me bleed while filing my pinky. Despite the kind woman who scheduled my appointment, my overall experience ruined this nail salon for me. read more

If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. Everything from the cleanliness to the service was nothing short of dispicable!! I felt rushed and the pedicure I recieved was absolutely horrible. I paid $30 for something that took not even 20 minutes, the massage was rough and painful. May I mention, the massage was maybe 2 minutes at max?! Isn't the massage supposed to be one of the best aspects of a pedicure? My feet still feel as bad as they did when I went in and I even left a $2 tip, which was against my better judgement, because the service was that awful. Tried this place for the first time for a pedicure. I tried it because it's right next to my house. I normally get a pedi and a gel mani so I thought I'd try a pedi before I let them do my nails. I hated it. Hardly any colors to choose. The massage chair they put me in didn't work. And my pedicure was done in about 15 minutes. And it's cost me $25. Worst pedi ever. And the people who work there were not that friendly. I will not be back. read more

So the update is I ended up going to the doctor about 5 times, I was on antibiotics for 2 weeks, I got shots in my toe, had my toe cut into to try and drain the fluid, had to go to a podiatrist, and now I have no big toenail. I had to have my toenail removed all because I went to get a pedicure. Never again will I get my nails done. I suggest you do the same. read more

Based on other reviews I decided to give this shop a try for a pedicure. It was a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly and good at their jobs. Worst mani-pedi ever. Cuticles are a mess, there are 5-10 bubbles in the polish on almost every nail, and the polish stayed extremely sticky/tacky for 25 hours now. Getting it redone somewhere else. The main problems are that they did not use a uv light between coats, and they did almost nothing to my cuticles. I have no idea how the bubbles got in there...????? read more

I was very disappointed with the services I received. I went in for acrylic fills and a pedicure. The pedicure was a joke. The guy was more interested in dealing with personal phone calls than doing what was promised. He was so disconnected and rushing to be done, that he only massaged each leg and foot about two minutes max. My pedi was done in less than 20 min! He left polish on the skin of some of my toes and I had to show the manicurist and she had to clean up after him. Then came the fills. The gal was obviously rushed leaving mid fill to do other bits of business. The final product was terrible. The nails were not filled correctly and looked boxy. The part that did it was she filled the wrong way with a coarse file at the top of the nails and it looked like I had tree rings. She polished right on top of this. I didn't notice until she was done, and by then I was fed up and wanted out. Both procedures together took less than an hour, so that tells you how rushed the jobs were. This place was recommended to me. I contacted them about my experience and they were upset. I showed them the finished product and they couldn't believe how bad they were. Absolutely the very WORST pedicure/manicure I have ever had!! 2 of us went for pedis, 1 of us got water in the foot soak tub, the other had to ask for water!! Even though we were seated at the same time! Our leg & foot massage consisted of one rub up & down the leg & foot. The manicure was the same; a little lotion squirted on, then one time rub up & down arm & hand! Would not even recommend this place for my dog!! How do these people stay in business?? Was told it would be extra to "remove my calluses " I didn't have calluses- I had the typical very low grade rough heels- you know the prickly not smooth skin you get wearing sandals all summer. What total bs. I've been getting pedicures for 30 years - been to a million salons and have never heard such bull$hit as charging extra to run a rough sponge over my heels- of which is always done regardless. Because I politely told him no- just the regular pedicure- I swear he purposely did not EVEN rub the sponge over my heels- AT ALL!! cause you know if he did- my rough skin would have been gone. I was floored. The regular rub every other salon would have done (with no extra charge) would have smoothed out my rough (NOT CALLUSED) skin. Left feeling duped and pissed. I walk in and there was two people getting pedi and two people getting nails done. I asked if I should come back and the main woman says no pick a color and sit in a chair. I sit there for 10 minutes with no water in the tub, I should have left then but wanted to give them a chance to win my business. To make a long story short when I'm leaving I notice my nails aren't painted completely on the sides. I had to make another appointment but went back after to make them fix it. Yesterday I took my daughter and myself in we both got a manicure and pedicure which is $30 each. Last I knew 30x2is only $60 She first rang me up saying $65 and asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I only tipped $15 because on a couple of my nails she didn't even do the edges also didn't push my cuticles back at all. So she said ok $80 I said yes. She said thank you and I had to ask for my copy of receipt that showed she charged me $85. So I would never return here or recommend this place to anybody clearly they are thieves . And it's not about the little amount of money it's the whole principle I can't stand a thief . read more
