I was really liking this place until my recent appointment. I was there on Friday and the next day one of my nails chipped pulling laundry out of the dryer. I called and asked for a time to get it fixed and when I arrived the owner told me "you didn't tell me you had dip nails that takes longer to fix." I said I'm sorry I wasn't asked when I called what type of nails. She said you can come back in another hour when we have time. I waited all day for this appointment and the way I was treated was very rude! I told her don't bother because I will not be back. They say repairs are not a problem up to 3 days after, however they treat you like you are an inconvenience when it happens. The BEST pedicure I've ever had! I am so sad I lost their business card because the staff of three that was there deserves a major shout out. I have have pedis at private spas, locations that charge a hundred bucks and give you champagne and this experience was much better by far. my experience was very good getting a full set. i failed to get his name i didn't even ask because of how hard it is to talk/hear with the masks on. BUT, the elderly lady next to me did not have a good experience with her manicurist. (the other man, younger.) the man was very rough and impatient with her. he was hurting her and when she cried out saying it hurt, he snapped back saying it didn't hurt. he didn't listen to a word he said and he was very snappy. my manicurist and him were talking to each other and she kindly told him "i am hard of hearing, if you're talking to me, please speak up." and he snapped at her saying "i'm not talking to you." and then hurriedly finished her nails and didn't even see her out the door. she had a walker and needed help with the door. my manicurist ended up having to leave me and help her. (i have no problem with that because she needed help and i wasn't in a rush, just very rude of the other guy.) read more

They are great at getting me in at the last minute (within 24 hours) but I definitely suggest making an appointment in advance, especially if it's for more than one person or service! I came here to get my nails done a week and a half ago and was extremely impressed! I walked in and they were booked (word to the wise: make an appointment! This place is popular!). They managed to barely squeeze me in for a full set, SNS, and a pedicure. The fact that they were busy didn't show. They still took their time and strived for perfection. The massage chairs here are so cool! They massage your arms as well as your back. I asked for oval and got oval, my nails were thin and beautiful. This past weekend, I screwed 2 of them up on a jet ski and went in to get them fixed. Again, they were booked, but squeezed me in to fix them. When I went up to pay she said "no payment needed" even though it was over a week later and was my own fault. I felt SO bad I didn't have cash to tip, but I will get them next time. This has become my new place for Pedicures and manicures along with pure relaxation! The chairs they have are incredible!!! Everyone there is top notch and trained well in the art of Reflexology. I indulge myself with luxury spa pedi w/hot stones and manicure. Between the pedicure and the chairs that massage you, I find myself falling into a deep state of relaxation which isn't easy for me. The whole family that runs this new spa are wonderful. One of the hardest working family I know. Give this new spa under new management and you won't walk away disappointed. Garbage salon. Had to wait three hours yesterday for a fill, broke a nail TODAY, walked in at 2:00pm they told me to come back at 530 to fix one nail, that I literally got done less than 24 hrs ago. Staff are rude and unsocial. I have no idea how this place has the rating it does. My girlfriend and i like to get our pedicures done, so we usually call in for an appointment since the place gets pretty busy at certain times. When we walk in, the staff is so accomadating and friendly! They offer us water bottles while we wait for our pedicure chairs to be ready. Then we're in for a nice, relaxing treat by the staff and the options for the pedicures were amazing. We got the essential pedicure w/ callus remover, sugar scrub, paraffin wax, hot rocks, long massage, and the works! Keep in mind this place does have its peak times, so best to make appointments but totally worth the wait! The interior is so nice, and the tools they use are steralized and its the best feeling knowing you're trusting highly professional technicians to work on your nails. Love this spa, called last week to make an appointment for yesterday and the gentlemen took my name. I arrived at my scheduled time and found they didn't have my name listed but fortunately they had room and stuck me in (reason I took off 1 Star cause it could have meant me not getting service had they been busy). Otherwise this salon is fantastic.. the young lady who did my manicure chatted with me the whole time and did a beautiful job before taking me to the back for a pedi. Their massage pedicure chairs are amazing. If anything go for the chair. A young man took care of me here. He seemed to be looking at his watch (possibly text messages) often but he did a nice job overall. I have had better service before but I have had much worse at other places. Was super pleased with my experience here. My normal nail salon was over booked with and 1 1/2 hour wait time, that I just did not have. So I looked this place up and decided to give it a try. The atmosphere was amazing. Right away they offered me water? I can't think of the last place that has offered that small gesture in a long time. I was already happy and relaxed before I even made it to the HUGE massage chairs that are incredible. The chairs were definitely the highlight of my experience. But my services were also outstanding. Hands down the most relaxing pedicure I have ever had. I got the Deluxe which ran about $50 and had callous remover, paraffin wax, massage, hot towel, hot stone, and a scrub. I'm embarrassed that I don't know the name of the lady that did my nails, but she was magic. I fell asleep 3 times. Between the calf/foot massage and the amazing chair, I was as relaxed as can be. She took her time and I never felt rushed. She knew exactly which pressure points to hit. When she painted and designed my nails I was still half asleep and didn't really notice what she was putting for the design until after. It is beautiful and my feet are baby soft! I received a gift certificate and dummy me, misplaced it. Over a year later I called to see if they would accept it, even though it "expired" two months ago. The lady asked that I come in so she could check the signature since apparently they bought the business about that time and wanted to confirmed it was one they issued. I was slightly annoyed but understood. Fortunately for me, they honored it so I made an appointment for a mani/pedi with gel polish, which I had never used before. Overall, the appointment was good and my nails looked great. I admit I got antsy as I hate sitting for over an hour at a time, but that's not their fault. I used the massage chair and it was a pleasant experience. The gentleman who did my nails was very thorough, carefully removing excess cuticles, shaping my nails, ensuring the nail surface was clean so the gel polish could adhere well. Three weeks later, not a single chip and I'm am brutal with my nails! They are thin and tend to bend easily and break. The only reason the polish is beginning to come off is because my nail bed has grown. Wow! I used to get acrylic and silk wraps years ago but hated what they do to the condition of your nails but I am now a huge fan of gel polish. I don't like long nails and keep them "sport" length at best, but they look great for longer now. The shop is neat and clean. I watch for how hygienically they keep their equipment and tools, and I couldn't find any fault. It's the most nicely kept shop I've seen. And lastly, I appreciated that they offered me a bottled water when I arrived. read more
