But then when I got into the actual facial procedure, it didn't go so well. I was assigned someone named Kyung. She used the needle/lancet A LOT. I had maybe one stubborn, deeper pimple, but the fact that she used a needle to puncture and squeeze a bunch of spots caused a lot of scarring/hyperpigmentation that's taken me over two weeks now to exfoliate and get rid of, and its not yet near to being clear. If their smaller ones that can be squeezed then a lot is normal- but the needle was used probably over 20 times. Not only that, but every time she spoke, it was always an attempt to get more money. First, it was asking if I wanted to buy a package or some sort of membership. She asked twice and kept on being pushy as she was doing the procedure. Next, she asked me to tip at least twice as well, and reminded me several times, even got the physical sign with her venmo/PayPal and showed it to me, to make sure I understood. Note that maybe had we made other small talk, then maybe, just maybe the way she was so pushy and trying to get more money out of me would be fine, but it was really every moment she spoke was an opportunity to get more money. It's a horrible feeling. That said, I wouldn't recommend trying, unless perhaps you're fluent in Korean and could veer the conversation to other things or speak more firmly when sold to.

What impressed me the most was how carefully they analyzed my facial expressions before doing anything. They didn't just inject in the usual spots. They actually asked me to make different expressions--raising my eyebrows, frowning, relaxing my face--and watched closely to see exactly where the muscles were working. Based on that, they explained where Botox would help and, just as importantly, where it was not necessary. That level of detail made me feel very comfortable because it was clear they were focused on natural results rather than simply using more product. I especially appreciated that they were conservative and thoughtful with the injections. They avoided placing Botox in areas that didn't truly need it, which made me feel like I was in very honest and experienced hands. Another pleasant surprise was how little the injections hurt. I was honestly expecting it to be more uncomfortable, but the technique was so gentle that it was much easier than I imagined. Overall, the entire experience felt very professional, careful, and trustworthy. I've gone to A LOT of spas, clinics... you name it, and Linda has proven that you can have gentle AND effective extractions. She uses high quality products tailored to my skin, and uses necessary machines/tools to prep for extractions. Linda doesn't stop there -- she spends a lot of time with post-extraction recovery: applying targeted serums, uses both cryo and LDM machines, in addition to high frequency wands and modeling face mask. Her extractions were basically painless (I don't know how she does it), and I didn't leave red or irritated like I usually do after facials. The lymphatic massage was AMAZING--super relaxing but also sculpting. I did the anti-aging treatment and she used a machine that gave me a noticeable lift. She showed me a side-by-side and I was like... okay wow. Snatched. I have sensitive skin and eczema in a specific spot, and she was so attentive about it. She added extra serum there and it actually felt soothing--no irritation at all, which is rare for me. Parking was easy when I went (not sure about peak times), and her space is located upstairs inside a nail salon. Already booked my next appointment and I'm seriously considering her package deals. They cancelled my appt the night before…read more Just for context: I booked the appointments 2.5 weeks ago to surprise my best friend for her birthday. I even went out of my way to message them and let them know that I was booking for 2 slots at the same time - they confirmed and said they were able to accommodate both of us (screen shot attached). I only received a reminder/confirmation of my appointments the day before my actual appointment - text messages and emails (screen shot attached). Then I receive a text message from an unknown # claiming to be from the spa assuming I cancelled the appointment?? In which I responded right away to let them know I did NOT cancel and that we are still set to go to our appointments the next day. I kept texting for confirmation until I finally received a response 2.5 hours (at almost 9pm!!) later saying they are actually cancelling my appointments and that they are "sorry." (Screen shot attached). No rescheduling efforts, no NOTHING. So here I am, calling my best friend at 9pm the night before we were supposed to go to this appointment I scheduled well in advanced to let her know the birthday plans I had were now cancelled. It's truly unfortunate that I have to give a 1-star review because I'm assuming this is a small business and they really rely on reviews, but this isn't how you conduct business. For them to first make the assumption and insinuate that I wasn't showing up to my appointment and that I had cancelled? To then not responding in a timely manner just to let me know hours later they are actually the one cancelling on me? I feel like they knew they wanted to cancel on me and instead of just owning that upfront, they tried to gaslight me into thinking I needed to cancel. I'm just lucky that my best friend is the BEST and was fine with just our brunch reservations I had originally planned for after our facial appointments. I even read the other 1-star review where they cancelled on a husband's appointment he made for his wife and said to myself there's no way that could happen to me. HA! Jokes on me I guess (and anyone else that will experience something similar in the future).
