Love it! My first visit was amazing. Kari did my hair and she did a wonderful job. She was so courteous and gave me just what I wanted! The interior of the salon is also very welcoming and clean. Not worth the money!! My stylist had two other clients at the samet ime as my appointment. What should have been a 1 to 2 hour cut and color took 4 hours becasue I had to wait for her to finish with other clients while my hair was being colored. Not only did it take forever but my stylist didnt even cut my hair the way i asked. I ended up looking like a boy, So i went to Great Clips and they fixed. I rolled out of bed today and went "Wow, my hair looks good." That's when I had to write a review. I went to Misbehaven a little over a month ago. I was set up with Courtney who at the time was one of their beginner stylists (they called it Level 1), and I was so impressed! We had a true consultation first--she felt my hair, listened, made suggestions, and we came up with a plan. Then during the cut she frequently explained what she was doing and asked for input. While drying/styling my hair, she also explained just what she was doing and why and gave me tips for doing it myself. I can say that my hair looks great when I "do" it, but also on days when I do nothing or just spend 2 minutes with a blow dryer. Impressive! It was $36 for the cut, which isn't cheap, but also isn't super expensive--I'm willing to pay that for such good work. The salon itself is a little much for me--very nice, but a little overboard with a sitting area, and people bringing you water or coffee, and clearly a lot of money spent on their image and team photos and so on. But...better that than too little? I suppose that it is also a spa. I'm just not that hip or into the idea of self-indulgence. That doesn't change my great haircut though--I have a feeling that all the stylists know what they are doing! read more

I decided to try this salon because of the appearance. It had a nice feel. I wanted a full set of nails and thought in this small town, the most I might possibly pay would be $40. Boy was I wrong! I guess it's my fault for not asking before the service was rendered! It cost me $68!! I about choked! My nails should have been more than perfect and they weren't even close! I used to be a nail technician before and know exactly what it cost to do nails. It also took more than 2 hours which was also crazy! I decided to humor myself and ask how much a fill was....$48!!! Misbehaven was able to get me and my bff in for pedis at the last minute to celebrate her birthday. They were very polite on the phone when I made the appointment. We showed up and were very impressed with the decor and ambiance. Both Bree and Lupita were so much fun and took really good care of us. The pedicure was very relaxing and we had a great time being pampered. I will definitely go back! read more

My Christmas present to myself in 2010 was to get a full cut and color. I took in color samples of what I had in mind, a picture of the cut and style I wanted. The lady that took care of me wasn't as personable with me as she was with other clients she had while I was there, but she did an amazing job. She had a lot of input and gave me options and ideas I hadn't thought about, helped me choose what colors would be best and listened to what I wanted the final result to be. I walked out of there feeling like a new woman, it was wonderful. It was worth spending the extra money on. I purchased hair care products from them and they offered me advice on which would be the best for the cheapest money for what I needed. I also buy my mineral eye shadow here, they have specials occasionally. I later tried to find out about massage services so my friend and I could have a spa day, and they weren't able to offer me what we needed (two massages at the same time, they only offered one after another). read more

I went here to get my make up done for a wedding. The salon itself looks beautiful. It has a really great design and is very hip. However the make up I received was the complete opposite. I showed the make up artist a photo of eyeshadow with pinks/golds and thick black lashes. I ended up with brown/purple eyeshadow and barely any mascara on. It looked NOTHING like the look I showed to the artist. I politely ask for a few changes but didn't get any. I felt like I totally wasted 45 dollars because I went home and redid the make up myself. read more

We had a group for a corporate event come here for a massage and pedicure for 4 women last weekend. They were difficult to schedule with because they had trouble accommodating our group that morning, but they finally agreed to accommodate our group. However, they failed to come through with their agreement of a massage and pedicure for each of the 4 ladies. There were only 2 massages and 3 pedicure services completed because one of their staff members was a no-show. Also, one of their staff members that gave a pedicure to one of the ladies did not have the skill set for a pedicure and it was awful! Side note: I was not at the event I just coordinated it, but this is the feedback I received the ladies that attended. Also, we put it on a corporate card and they said they had to mail the receipt. Like snail mail, who does that these days? It would be easier to have the receipt mailed or faxed. read more

This Spa/Salon is actually located on Poplar in Walla not Alder. So don't get lost! I recently had an 1 1/2 Swedish massage with Jeannie. She was amazing! I actually fell asleep it was so relaxing, which was just what I needed. I'm going back in six weeks for a Deep Tissue with her, and I don't imagine I'll fall asleep. Great front desk staff too. A lady named Lana did my hair, she over bleached it and when she went to wash it and brush it out ALOT of hair fell out and she didn't even say anything. Finally when she styled it at the end I saw how all over my head there was chunks of hair broken off and I said something. She blamed me and suggested I buy some products they sell and charged me full price. I definitely will never go back here, she was very clueless. I'm still growing those chunks out;( read more

I was researching online for Blinc beauty products and found a local retailer. I purchased the Blinc Heated Lash Curlers. When I used them they did not work at all. I explained my faulty product to the receptionist, how they did not curl the lashes at all, not even the slightest bit. She then explained that they were a "lash booster." That is not what it says on the product, it says that it will heat lashes to a curl. I tried using them for five minutes without any difference. She refused to return my product, but instead exchanged it. I then used the replacement the following day. They still do not work. Misbehaven will not return this falsely advertised product - as it says it is a "Lash Curler." Apparently, customer service is not their top priority. I was obviously dissatisfied with product that they sold me and they did notthing to try to maintain me as a consumer. I have been in the customer service industry for over 15 years, and know what good customer service is. I work at the busiest and most luxurious hotel in Walla Walla, I definitely will not be referring any clients to this Spa/Salon. There are Salons/Spas in Walla Walla that do a great job of ensuring customers are happy like Lefore's Spa or Impress. read more
