Chilaquiles half and half green & red sauce, with poached eggs and carnitas

After failing at making it into "Cha", we went down the street to this adorable cafe. They had room, no wait, and the cutest patio- it's modern, clean, bright and yet comfy and green - absolutely loved the style and all shaded with fans. I'm so glad we ended there, I ordered the half and half green/red sauce chilaquiles with the poached egg and got the carnitas for an extra 50 pesos, way worth it!! It was excellent, the onions and goat cheese and just overall mmmmh so good. I loved the green sauce more, I would totally go back and order that again. For dessert we shared French toast and that was some of the best French toasts I've had. Perfect amount to share for 4 of us, and my friends said the bacon was also delicious (I didn't try it). Best part about all this: the prices are extremely fair. We ended up paying about $50 usd for breakfast for 4 people with food, drinks, and an extra plate of French toast for dessert. Highly recommend making a stop there!

Wounderful atmosphere. Menu offerings are from avocado and toast to kambucha and espresso. Lovely modern Latin decor. Friendly service and chill vibe music. Walk up the stairs to reach it. The food is light fair. Coffee is strong:) The quality is unbeatable. Fresh made juices and metal straws! Pulled shots. Amazing!

Miscelánea Vallarta is an original concept that first started in Sayulita and now opened its doors in Vallarta. Located in Downtown PV few blocks from the Malecon, you must try their Cold Brew Bar with all original drinks minutely curated The all day served breakfast is TO-DIE-FOR! My personal favorite is the Croque Madame which has "Serrano Ham", Gouda cheese, Bechamel Sauce and crowned with a beautiful Sunny Side Up Egg. If you prefer a sweet breakfast they have Banana Toast or Berry Toast, delicious and perfect for a dessert! Their products are fresh! Don't hesitate to visit them!

Curious about the name, we climbed the flight of stairs and found a nice, minimalist space serving great coffee, juices, and food. We've come here three times so far, twice for breakfast and once for lunch, and the food is excellent and so is the coffee. We had a croque madam, avocado toast, avocado salad, and the ingredients were fresh, of quality, and nicely seasoned, but I want to mention the quality and European style of the bread, which can be hard to find here in PV .Service is great and they're friendly and speak English if that's needed.

The best chilaquiles I've ever had. Great service in Spanish and English. Beautiful patio. Reasonable prices.

Clearly marked vegan options. Staff aware of what is vegan and what can be made. The vibe inside is clean and really good. The service was really great. And the best part food and beverages - there is nothing we could find that was off. The mini churros were freshly made and came to us within a minute after that. The two vegan dips - peanut butter and strawberry jelly went so well together. The family tells me the condensed milk was very good as well. The Canadiano (black) was amongst the best we have had. The brew was so smooth and tasted just perfect. No bitterness or sourness and the temperature was perfect. The vegan Iced Chai Latte with soy milk was unlike any chai latter we have had. The spices were warm and drink cold and a hint cinnamon, cardamom and cloves - OMG. We were so impressed that we came the very next day and had the same thing again.

ATMOSPHERE: Cool and clean intimate cafe with a few seats. MENU: Salads, paninis, churros, cafe-style beverages and some alcohol. DESSERT: Churro Cup Choose a gelato flavor and topping. I opted for vanilla which went well with the generous amount of mini churros piled on top and declined a topping. The churros had good, creamy flavor, but were a bit too firm for my liking either due to their thinness or simply overcooked. SERVICE: Excellent. Very welcoming and friendly with follow up in between. TIP: Closed on Tuesday's; hours are 1p - 9:50p. OVERALL: Nice variety of churro combinations.
