She answered all of my questions and was very up front about the whole process and pricing. I scheduled my installation appointment with her (had to wait three weeks to get in!) The wait was definitely worth it. I arrived at my appointment and Deb and her assistant (who was lovely) started on the application. It took about 3.5 hours and looks fabulous! They took me from shoulder length t just below my waist and I love it. Deb recommended some after care products for me and advised on how to care for the extensions. They will still charge you the full amount even if they start late and don't provide the service for the full allotted time you paid for.
