Scheduled a touch up appointment for my ombré brows with Cindy and I am so happy with the results! I went to Cindy three years ago and my brows still had their shape and some color which speaks volumes on its own but after the touch up, my brows look even better! The studio is easy to find and there's plenty of parking. The studio itself - so bright, welcoming and clean. Cindy was extremely patient and made me comfortable with asking her to make multiple adjustments on my brow map. The touch up process itself was minimal pain (on a scale of 1-10 it was a 2). She sent me home with care instructions and everything else I needed to take care of my new brows. My brows healed within two weeks and I've gotten so many compliments on them. I can't speak on their lash services as I didn't have that done, but I highly recommend avoiding the location and finding a specialist if you're looking to get your brows waxed. My appointment was with Erica, randomly placed with her through online booking - not selected by me. It's my assumption that brow waxing is not her forte as Kamiko (?) had to walk her through it. I could hear her saying things to Erica such as "clean them, ask if she wants them thinner" etc. At one point I thought the appointment was taking a little too long for a wax so I asked how long she had been doing brows for. Her reply? "Since I graduated" and she really didn't have much of a timeline of anything - "two, three, two years" as if she was unsure when her career started. I can't even recall how many times I had to say no to the upsell of brow tint. After the 4th time I thought it was a bit ridiculous and repetitive. Although both Erica and kamiko were very nice, conversation was forced and I found their questions a bit odd - like when they asked if I was close to the person who had recommended the location. The salon itself is bright, clean, and smells great. Based on other reviews, I should've realized they're all about lashes and not brows; but waxers and lash artists seem to be popping up on every corner, no reason to return. read more

No stickies or clumpies, she's gentle with my lashes and does such a thorough job. service is amazing and they care about your lashes here! if your lashes aren't going to hold a volume set, they will tell you when to take breaks!! inside the salon is also so cute and clean and you can tell they put a lot of work into making sure you feel comfortable. they also give you blankets in case you get cold or just wanna sleep while they work on your lashes.
